This is a meditation to deepen your awareness. Allow yourself to surrender to the present moment by becoming quiet and still. Observe what arises within you with your full undivided attention, allowing sensations and emotions to surface without the need for immediate change. In this very moment, acknowledge that you are complete and whole just as you are.

Welcome to this meditation to deepen your awareness.

Your awareness holds a sacred energy which is the foundation for any journey of personal growth and transformation.

It serves as one of the keys for igniting the Shakti energy within.

So let us take some time now to become still and quiet in order to tap into this awareness.

We are creating a space where we can simply witness whatever is arising within us in this very moment.

Allowing ourself to be vulnerable and authentic as we explore the depth of our being.

When we witness our current reality with our full undivided attention,

We can explore what lies beyond the outer layer of our being.

We can witness what is emerging within us and wants to come forth.

In solitude and silence we can sink into a deeper state of awareness and surrendering all our resistance to what is.

And by doing this,

Embracing the current moment as it is,

We become open to connecting with our true authentic self.

So in this meditation,

Allow your heart to stay open and trust that you will be able to handle whatever arises.

The only thing I will ask of you right now is to get comfortable,

To rest back and let stillness be your guide in the moment ahead.

And also remember that it is okay to just rest here for a while without having to achieve or accomplish anything.

Simply existing is enough.

So if you haven't already,

Close your eyes now and take a deep breath in and out.

Let go of any tensions your body might be holding on to.

Let's do that again together.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Surrender to this moment,

To stillness.

One more.

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let that go.

Breathe deeply and allow yourself to slowly move away from the busyness of the mind.

Slowly moving deeper and deeper within.

Feel your body and mind releasing and relaxing.

Surrender to this moment,

To stillness.

Let's now take the next minute to dive deeper within and become aware of our inner world.

Witness whatever is moving through you right now.

Let all sensations and emotions that wants to emerge to do so without pushing anything away.

Effortless resting in the vast space of awareness.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Just linger a little longer with whatever was present for you.

We often search the external world for things that will make us feel complete,

But it will never be found out there.

True contentment can only be found within ourself.

All that you'll ever need to feel whole is right here within you.

Your body is a condit for your soul to speak through you and all that emanates from within you has purpose.

It adds depth and richness and is what makes you a whole human being.

Venturing inward can sometimes be intimidating.

It can feel like a frightening place to be,

Which is why we often avoid it.

But I want to remind you that this is a safe space to be.

Your journey to growth and transformation begins in the awareness.

The mind is always wanting to make sense of everything.

Can you resist the urge to find immediate answers and remedies and simply surrender to what is?

Create a space for whatever may come and let it fill you from the inside out.

Even if it causes unease,

It is okay to stay in this moment and experience it all without the want for change.

Take one more minute here to delve even deeper within.

Be with whatever arises and trust the message your body is conveying.

Take a long and slow breath in and let it go.

Your body is not only longing for pleasure and contentment.

It desires to experience the fullness of life.

It seeks to fill the whole spectrum of what it means to exist as a fully embodied human being.

It is through this awareness,

This experience that we learn the rhythm of life.

Come back as often as you can to simply rest in awareness.

Rest in this safe space within you where you are allowed to be all that you are.

To take up space,

To trust yourself,

To attune to all that's within you.

Knowing that it's all part of who you are.

It is what makes you whole and complete.

Slowly start to bring yourself back,

Taking a couple of more deep breaths in and out.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.
