Welcome to this guided meditation,

I'm your guide Emma from Forsage Alchemy.

Arrive in your meditation position,

Whether that be lying down or finding a comfortable seat.

For a moment allow yourself to arrive in the space by taking a slow and deep breath,

Feeling your bones gently sinking towards the ground and your skin begin to sigh.

Allow your jaw to unclench and your fingers to gently splay apart.

Allow your navel area to expand on the inhale and stay expanded as you exhale,

Allowing the fullness of your sacrum and sacral area to relax.

As you gently close your eyes,

If they're not already closed,

Allow yourself to become aware of the rhythm of your natural breath in this moment and with a perspective of curiosity over criticism,

Allow your breath to be free to be and allow yourself to be free to feel.

Become aware of the sensations now in your physical body.

Are there spaces that you're holding tension unconsciously or consciously?

And we're going to start to use our breath,

Our slow intentional breath,

To start to transmit the tension in our body.

Identifying a space inside that you would like to release and picturing your breath like a vacuum.

The in-breath starting to draw this tension up into your throat space and as you exhale allow that tension to be released out of an open mouth.

On the inhale draw a steady long breath,

Vacuuming this tension out of the body into the throat.

Hold it there for a moment with love,

With gratitude and exhale,

Sigh it purposefully out of the mouth.

Five more rounds,

Inhaling,

Pausing,

Reflecting,

Exhaling it out of the body.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

This time inhale all tension from the toes up the shins,

The knees,

The leg,

The pelvis,

Abdomen,

Back,

Fingers,

Hands.

Keep breathing up the arms,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Head.

Hold it all in the throat.

With gratitude we exhale it long and slow out of the mouth.

Sigh,

Closing the lips,

Taking a moment to view yourself again.

And now visualizing the internal landscape of your body like a blank canvas we can repaint.

We're going to draw this universal love,

This universal energy into our body to nourish and replenish.

When you're ready you're going to activate a long inhale through the mouth,

Drawing in this prana like a straw into wherever you need it most.

And as you exhale imagine a shower inside spreading it to where you need it lovingly and slowly.

When you're ready inhale long and slow through the mouth like you're sipping a straw,

Directioning it with intention to where you need it.

Hold it there for a moment and exhale.

Internally see the showering raindrops of love caressing your insides.

Five,

More like that,

Inhale that loving universal energy.

Hold it for a moment and exhale showering it down.

Inhale and exhale and exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale let it pitter-patter and shimmer and shower around where you need it most.

Big breath,

Our last breath.

Exhale within.

This last and final full body breath we inhale,

Draw that loving universal energy in.

Hold it for a moment and we exhale watching this shimmering and showering raindrops down the head,

The neck,

Shoulders,

Down the arms,

The hands and the fingers.

It showers down around the shoulders and the chest,

The navel,

The pelvis,

The back,

The legs.

It continues to shimmer down around your whole body,

This gentle rain of universal love.

It starts to pull at your toe and it starts to fill your entire body.

From the toes,

Up the legs,

To the shoulders,

Up to your face.

Feel the fullness,

This cascading love within and around your whole body.

Allow yourself to bathe here in this energetic reprogramming.

Take a full and deep breath absorbing this energy deep into every cell,

Every atom harmonising with that of universal love.

Drawing your hands together at the centre of your chest,

Pressing your palms together,

Keeping the eyes softly closed.

As you take a slow and deep inhale,

We start to rub the palms together creating friction and as you exhale cup the closed eyes with the warmth of your hands.

Feeling that love radiating from your palms deep within the subconscious mind.

Before you open your eyes into your palms,

I invite you to set an intention of how you would like to see the rest of your day.

Blinking open the eyes into the darkness of the palms and pitter-patter the fingertips down around the face.

May you see the world and yourself anew,

One of wholeness,

Of order and most importantly unconditional love.
