Integrity,

Being of a complete personality.

Let me start to explain the origin of this word first.

Integrity comes from the Latin word that is the meaning complete,

Intact.

It refers to a holistic principle of our total being.

A state of who we should be.

To be of integrity implies that you are who you are in a more easy words.

What you see is what you get.

A clean and clear personality.

When I did my research on the word,

It did strike me that most people do consider it a very positive and high virtue.

I have my doubts that everybody honestly see it that way.

As most people who are able to vote in politics is choosing for lying,

Cheating politicians and in business it is not a standard but an exception.

We are not born with integrity.

It is something we learn during our life but also need to have a strong foundation in character and family history.

It happens very rarely that people of integrity rise from the ordinary levels to society or become leaders.

But we have a few examples like Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Nadella.

An interesting fact is that both their rise to fame did start in South Africa.

Where apartheid and full segregation between races was the standard at that time.

Both were confronted with a system slamming the integrity of the people.

It was a system that forced people to betray their own values,

Be humiliated and separated just because of race and color.

Still they were able to rise and shine.

Integrity demonstrated itself in the following features of personality.

It is the principles having a clear set of life rules.

Reliability.

Do what you say and say what you do.

Honesty.

Be true to yourself and others at the same time.

Respect,

Treat others like you wish to be treated yourself.

Trust.

You give trust to earn trust.

Sincerity.

Do things and stand for what you do.

Pride and honor.

Be who you are and carry that with a strong shoulders.

And help others.

This is not a charity help.

It is an attitude,

A gingine interest in others and a desire to assist who is in need of help.

Why in general do people not always favor such personalities but go for more flexible with the truth and easy with the circumstances people?

The most important reason is that people do not like to hear the truth all the time.

People prefer a flexible truth,

One that suits them well.

If you are a person with integrity you tell people what you consider right and wrong.

You are able to explain why and will not shiver for that.

Most people do not like to hear the truth,

Especially when it involves them as a person.

A person of integrity does not bend the rules but uphold them.

This can show a rather stubborn personality when it comes to interpretation of the rules.

Only great personalities are able to use the rules to change the situation as they do not bend them but break or change them.

Real integrity does not make people obedient followers.

They have their own mind and will break or disobey rules when it is needed in their eyes.

People with integrity do not have an easy life.

Most of the time they run into troubles with other people simply because they are clear in what they say and what they do.

They have principles and do not let others move them away from that.

How important is integrity for you?

The first place we see integrity is in our relationship with others.

When we enter any relationship it is our hope to find a person of integrity but also realize that it is very rare to find one.

The reason why people are not fully integral is because of past experience.

During life time we learn that being completely open,

Frank,

Honest and direct bring us into problems and make other people do not like us.

As social beings we turn some of the facts till they suit our situation and personality.

The facts are loaded with our vision and thoughts and become a story around the facts and no longer the actual truth.

Most of the time you wish integrity to rule your life but when it comes to applying it to your daily work and relationship you hesitate.

You question yourself with,

Hey,

Why should I tell the full story?

It may be negative for me.

Or is it good to tell these facts?

They may come back and hunt me.

Or I told part of the truth but not the full truth.

Shall I add the rest of it or just leave it for what it is?

Or if I tell that person straight in the face that the behavior was cheating,

Will I have a problem?

These are only a few examples of how we all make considerations on a daily basis and we do not wonder about our integrity but our social status.

Most people consider the social status more important than their personal integrity.

You want people to like you more than respect you.

Integrity is important to a world but it can set you apart.

A person of integrity can feel lonely sometimes,

Even wrongly treated.

Integrity evokes power for justice and right companionship instead of letting the negative that will set them away.

Standing up and standing for something is never easy and will get you punished by the minority of the people and will not put you in the most liked position until the moment it is proven that your nature prevails over those who are flexible with the truth.

The politicians with elastic minds and the wicked people.

If integrity is your nature you will be able to uphold powers at all times,

Even in times of weakness,

Misery and pain.

Integrity is a normal and it is not a pride.

How can you become that person of integrity?

You do not need to stand out in something.

It is no need to be a world class leader or a person of importance.

Having integrity tells others that they can rely on you.

That you are sincere and truthful.

A person of standing with a stable character and goodness.

You learn to be that person if you want to be by following before mentioned.

Being faithful to yourself and principles carry you a long way in life and makes it easier to make personal decisions.

You have less or no fear at all and you have friends,

Often true friends.

Be a sample and others will follow you.

But also you have to make choices.

Some people will fit in your life and others do not.

These choices must be made all through your lifetime and are sometimes not easy or even nice.

Being a person of integrity gives value and meaning to your life and finally it brings you a peace of mind.

If you are seriously planning to become a more totally integrity person it will be good to follow my lectures and consider each topic to suit your personal vision and knowledge.

All my lectures are based to finally give you the ability to become a holistic person with the opportunity to be a person of integrity.

For those seeking peace of mind and a higher truth the value of integrity is never ending.

It is the first step to find the right way in your life.

The best way to have satisfactory love life.

An immortal tool to grow up your children and strong backbone for your friendships.

But it is not easy and the best way is often the hardest.

Question and answer.

Question 1.

I am in a working situation.

Being a person of integrity will not make me a career.

On the working floor I am demanded to be flexible,

Understanding and cooperative with all.

How can I connect with that and integrity?

If you are,

Answer 1,

A sincere person to yourself,

You really work at the wrong company.

A company that does not appreciate integrity will finally fall down.

The person who told you that must be watched carefully as the chances of cheating,

Stealing or corruption are very high.

When you do not suit in this kind of environment you are most likely suffer and finally you get burned out.

It is better to leave when you can.

Question 2.

In my personal life I tried to be in Tigha but I did fall in love with a person while I am married.

I do not dare to tell my wife what is happening.

Now I am losing integrity in many ways.

Is it true when you corrupt yourself once the next time is easier?

Answer 2.

Yes.

Integrity is an always process.

When you break it once,

You do it twice and then so on.

Finally you lose it all and you become involved in a web of lies and cries.

They lead to a corrupt personality and often failure by yourself and in every way.

Question 3.

I have a leading position.

Integrity is important but so very hard to implement.

Often I need to judge situations,

People and money affairs.

There is no black and white solution in most cases.

Things are not clear.

How do I keep my integrity?

Answer 3.

Integrity is not an almighty wisdom and knowledge.

You are allowed to make mistakes and errors.

That is human.

Being an Tigha person does not stand for perfection or being always right.

Your integrity stands for being open and clear,

Honest and thoughtful.

Tell why and how you make your decisions and what the foundation of your judgement is.

Keep in mind,

Being an Tigha also does not mean that you satisfied all or all parties.

And sometimes they will not be happy with your solutions.

But being responsible,

Justice and trustworthy must be your leading values when you make decisions.

Question 4.

I wonder if all monks are Tigha people.

Is that true?

Answer 4.

No.

It is a fact that some monks are Tigha personalities but most are not.

Keep in mind that monks and other religions people follow the code of the religion,

Group,

Sect or order with certain rules and values which are often not in Tigha at all.

A strong sample is that male and female are divided,

Separated by force and mind.

Reasons why a monk became a monk.

Family situations of the monk and the influence it has on a person and personal feelings and emotions.

Some monks fall in love,

Others have physical and mental desires.

Some steal or give others more benefits.

Some are involved with superstitious acts,

Magic or even witchcraft.

The answer is that monks are just human and not more.

Question 5.

Does religion make people more integral?

Answer 5.

A very difficult to answer question as integrity is a personal issue and has no connection with any religion,

Belief or cult.

The answer this question needs.

I had to think deeply if religion itself is integral and only could decide that it is not.

Religion give us a set of rules to live by,

Their rules.

These rules are made by old people and do not suit the current time,

Habits or even social structure.

Most rules discriminate,

Divide,

Judge and give wrong information.

Integrity is a personal virtue and cannot be given nor led by outside powers.

You may use the advices of religion,

Even consider the philosophy or way of thinking but must always interpret it to suit your personal integrity and situation.
