Part 3 from the Immune System The Stomach Digestive System Everything we eat contains contaminations.
You can clean your food thoroughly,
Even cook it very well,
But it always will contain something that could make you sick if you are weak enough.
But we are not that weak.
Our stomach is a massive defender of our health.
A very strong fight in danger.
Your stomach contains strong acids and enzymes to break down food and destroy contaminations.
And the best thing of all,
It's always working 24 hours a day.
Our stomach is considered the filter and the structure of all what is possible can harm us.
But still,
Some organisms are able to pass it all.
These harmful elements have still some barriers to pass.
When entering the digestive tracks,
They are confronted with more enzymes and very few hazardous organisms do survive this.
In normal circumstances when we are in good health or body or mind.
But we are not always at the best of our health performance.
We all have good and bad times and during the bad times we are vulnerable and the organisms are able to penetrate our system.
Some may even enter our bloodstream and make us sick.
Our digestive protection is powerful but the strength of the total makes the best chain as strong as the weakest element.
A big question is how we can prevent and protect ourselves against the dangers who are luring for an attack through our digestive system.
The first step of protection is understanding and feeling.
We need to understand that our body follows a bioclauge regulated cycle.
Everyone has an individual programmed bioclauge which is often unknown to us.
This is one of the secrets we know about but are not able to carefully map it.
As we do not have a map we need to guess and construct something that looks like a map for ourself.
As mentioned before everybody has the good and bad days.
When you write down the good and the bad days for a long period of time you are able to discover some kind of regular pattern in it.
Most of us do not have that time and it is a question are we willing to do it.
We need a better and faster solution.
The easiest way to discover a short term bioclauge is the sleep pattern which gives us an indication of the first short term pattern.
Are you a morning,
Afternoon,
Evening or night person?
The best way is to seek the moments you feel at best and most alert.
This is different per individual and period.
Female have a different pattern of males also due to their evolvulation schedule which interferes a lot with the physical and emotional pattern but it is also a great indicator of the bioclauge.
This is one reason why women have an easier time to figure out their bioclauge than men will do.
Write down all you find and later on the collected information starts to make sense.
After the sleep and activity pattern we look at the hunger cycles.
When do you feel hungry?
When do you feel real thirsty?
When does graving start to show up?
The need for food and the desire for food satisfaction show the influence of hormones and blood sugars in the brain.
These influences are important for the mental state which shows that what you eat does influence your mood and the way you think and how your body will react to that.
This is why scientists say that your belly is your second brain.
The next part of our defense system is to know exactly what you eat and how you eat it.
I am not a vegetarian or even have promoted to start a full vegetarian lifestyle but it is important to understand that we are not made to eat meat every day.
Our body is not made to eat meat every day even we are used to it at the current time.
Meat eating has only become a habit after the second world war and before that it was normal procedure to eat meat or fish only once or twice a week.
Only after we started mass production of meat and all what did accompany it,
It became so cheap that everybody could afford it.
It even became worse when the fast food industry took over the regular cooking meals.
Eating meat is a direct attack on the digestive system as it is hard to dissolve meat completely and efficiently,
Digest it properly and minimize all dangers of pollutants.
The most effective and healthy food pattern over the duration of seven days should be one or two days per week fish,
One day poultry and one day meat and the other days filled with vegetables and beans.
This vegetarian like diet has some very positive side effects.
The meals are light on the digestive system,
Contains enough fibers for all a better functioning of the digestive system and leaves less rest materials.
Eggs can be a good addition to the veggie lifestyle as there is animal proteins inside it but if you really want animal proteins to be a part of your daily food you can use all kind of dietary products like milk,
Yoghurt,
Cottage cheese.
Spicy food with the number of herbs available in the market you can vary with dry and fresh herbs.
Variation in the use of carbohydrates such as potatoes,
Rice,
Corn,
Buckwheat,
Couscous,
Quinoa,
Sweet potatoes,
Oats,
Pasta and so on is very important to maintain or improve a good digestion of it.
Using a variety of different carbohydrate rich resources enables your body to show the best way to digest a meal that suits with you.
The wrong use of carbohydrates can cause gastric spasms or air when not digested well enough and some foods do that with you because of fermentation in the digestive tract.
Avoiding negative food must become a priority in your personal defense system.
Be aware that food is a very individual item and there is no two persons with the same digestive tract.
Food has a strong relation to culture and how we grow it.
The foundation of who we are in food consumption is laid down in the first four years of our life.
During these years your body is programmed with enzymes and hormones based on the take in of the food products supplied by the parents and the caretakers.
After the age of four we start to become more independent in choices and taste.
This show a very specific taste pattern which is not always healthy and should be corrected,
Controlled or guided.
The stomach defense has many influences beside the intake of food.
Speed of eating is important as people with a high speed do consume two large parts,
Jugs,
To be digested properly which can lead to all kinds of hazardous items to enter the body easily.
Slow conscious eating is the best way to do but not always very practical.
Another important factor that takes down our immune digestive defense are nerves.
Nerves are referred to people who are nervous in mind,
Stressed or having mental problems.
Your mental state is a direct influencer of your food intake and digestion.
In our society we see many people have problems with food.
Some take too much while others take too less.
All these food related mental problems also cause a direct disturbance in the immune defense system of your body.
They make vulnerable.
After digestion comes excretion.
We finally have to get all out and what is left over from the digestive system.
When we get problems at that side of the body it can become serious and harmful.
Our body wish to actually create all what is not good to be used but also the bacteria,
Viruses and other harmful products.
They must leave the body as fast as possible.
Containment can be harmful.
That is why we should address constipation fast and already within one or two days.
Stimulation is important and can be done in different ways.
Exercise,
Right breathing and activity are all strong influencers on the positive side while stress and neurosis are on the negative side.
From all this information you can imagine that our immune system depends on many ways on our digestive system.
Exercise eating and digesting is very important for a good health.

Agecontrol.
Nl for more information on the effects of aging on our immune system and our living.
Age is an important change factor in the way we eat and digest.
During our lifetime the taste is changing,
The intake of food will vary and our digestion is first growing stronger and better with later on weaker and less functional.
Eating of the digestive tracts has a strong influence on our immunity.
Being aware of this and control our intake and enjoyment of food that will improve our immune system and immune awareness empowers of our physical construction.
