Part 2 - This is a series of teachings on the real struggle of life. Buddha already referred to these thousands of years before. All other religions mention it in one way or another. My podcasts are separated to give you time to digest and overthink. Listen one by one. Parts feel controversial and opposing to common thoughts. Did society become a consumer good, product-oriented, and followers-oriented one and you are one of them or do you still wish to have a mind of your own?

I take you back to the core of our being.

Let's go to the conception in its first act.

Imagine yourself to be that sperm who are going for that exhale.

And we can call that the battle of the sperms.

That's the first battle we all face in life.

That's the beginning of your time,

Your personal space.

There is only one,

And sometimes more than one,

Sperms enter the exhale zone and must fight to get accepted.

Although many people think that the conception is an easy set and done series of action,

But the reality of the situation is that the sperm and exhale are facing a different situation,

A battle for the entry.

The whole conception is not easy in most cases and often it fails to happen.

So it's not an easy set and done to be born.

It is a battle to be born,

To be alive,

To find the first connection with life.

In fact,

Nature of the human is a complicated process of acceptance and denial.

The egg has to accept the sperm and it can be denied.

And most of the time it is and most of the sperms will be denied.

So why do I pay so much attention to this part of the first human existence?

My reason is to show that every holy person ever existed is the result of this serious struggle for coming to life.

This immediately made me ask the question,

Why do we have only holy men and so little holy women in any religion,

In any culture?

Is that the result of a still going on battle of the sexes?

Ask yourself.

So let's go back to the conception and the final birth.

The act of delivery is a real struggle for most women.

Only a very rare few can have the delivery of the baby without much effort.

During delivery most physical elements oppose each other to make it finally work together and get the baby delivered out.

Many things can go wrong and help is always needed.

Unlike animals the human being is not able to deliver a baby on her own.

The woman must be strong and puts a lot of effort in each delivery.

Usually when the baby is delivered and everything is all right,

The woman can relax a little and let the body extract all fluids and other parts that comes with the delivery.

Here the first act of physical and mental love becomes visual.

Mother and baby are united and it is clear that both are strongly connected in body and mind.

It's imminent that love is so very clear and visual.

But the path of struggle for the baby just started at the moment of the first breaths of air are taken.

To get the breathing started there must be stimulation to start the process.

This happens in many many different ways.

Up to now everything you hear is a part of the struggle for life and living the foundation of every human being.

To let the baby grow into a child we need a disciplined lifestyle of feeding,

Cleaning,

Nourishing and sleeping.

A discipline is an important element as the routine actions who much look all the same and when they practice often they still look the same but they are not.

Not one of the disciplined routine-like actions is the same.

Every routine has a variation in movement,

Intensity,

Duration and so on.

So there is never anything the same.

This implies that routines,

Even they look and feel the same can never be exactly the same.

So every day is different and the baby is continuing to grow and change which all lead to the core of the story.

In life and training,

No matter what the goal is,

You should never expect different moments to be the same.

Every routine is different.

Even they look and feel the same.

From this we can conclude that the only real stable thing in life is change.

And when we expect every moment to be different,

We are prepared for the rest of our lives.
