In this practice, you are invited to seek deep relaxation and create opportunities to find pain relief. We work with a 4-4-8 breath along with a heartbeat and 174hz soundscape. The breath pattern encourages relaxation and the possibility of tapping into the body's natural wisdom to heal itself. The 174hz frequency tone has been shown to reduce physical pain in the body and the heartbeat is one of the first sounds we know that helps us connect back with a sense of safety. You will be guided into the practice, led into the breath, and given space to continue on your own for a total of 10 minutes with the breath and then guided out again.
