Welcome into this mantra meditation.
Begin by sitting comfortably in a space where you can be completely comfortable and completely still.
Begin to lengthen your spine and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up all the way and exhale out of your mouth as you relax your shoulders,
Relax the arms and place the palms face up,
The right palm on top of your left,
Touching the thumbs together.
On your next cycle of breath,
Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose as you softly close the eyes and listen to the sound of my voice.
As you begin this mantra meditation,
Allow the gentle rhythm of the words to quiet your mind and soften your body.
Mantra is a sacred vibration that calms your nervous system,
Releases stress and anchors you fully into the present moment.
With each repetition your mind becomes clearer,
Your heart more open and your spirit more aligned.
Mantra rewires limiting beliefs,
Dissolves emotional tension and elevates your energy into peace,
Love and trust.
As you breathe and repeat the sacred sounds,
You strengthen your connection to divine wisdom,
Awaken your intuition and return to the truth of who you are,
Calm,
Centered and deeply supported.
The mantra we are using today is Om Anandam Namah.
This sacred mantra translates to I bow to divine bliss.
Om is the universal sound of creation.
It's the vibration of divine consciousness that lives within all things.
Anandam means bliss,
Not the kind of happiness that comes from the outside world but the deep eternal joy that lives in your soul.
And Namah means I bow.
This is a soft surrender of the ego and a returning home to the truth.
When you repeat this mantra you are remembering that joy is not something you need to chase.
It is something you already carry within you.
As you chant Om Anandam Namah,
You are gently affirming.
I honor the divine joy that I am.
I surrender into peace.
I come home to bliss.
Let's begin the mantra together by taking a deep breath into your heartbeat.
Expanding the space of love,
Of compassion,
Of forgiveness.
Gently exhale as we begin.
Om Anandam Namah.
Om Anandam Namah.
Om Anandam Namah.
Speaking the mantra out loud.
Om Anandam Namah.
A little bit faster now.
Om Anandam Namah.
Om Anandam Namah.
Om Anandam Namah.
A little bit softer now.
Om Anandam Namah.
And now silently to yourself.
Om Anandam Namah.
Speaking out loud.
Om Anandam Namah.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling up your heart space.
Breathing in the vibration.
Allow an exhale to come gently out of your mouth.
Feeling the frequency of this peace,
Of all the love,
Of all the joy and of the pure bliss within.
Breathing in through your nose.
Breathing out through your nose as you feel this bliss circulating in every cell of your being.
Feeling connected and grounded to the eternal peace,
The eternal love,
The eternal joy and the eternal bliss at the center of your being.
Knowing and trusting as we go forward we can stay connected to this place and circulate it throughout our life everywhere we go.
And with a gentle smile on your face,
Feeling gratitude to yourself for showing up for yourself today.
And take a deep breath in and a big breath out as you slowly open your eyes.
