Welcome into this evening meditation ritual.

Be sure to take a moment to get completely comfortable.

Settling in,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Softening the jaw,

Arriving into a space of complete stillness,

Letting go of your day,

Allowing yourself to receive.

Begin to notice your next inhalation through the nose,

Observe how your belly rises on the inhale and how it gently falls on the exhale as you allow yourself to surrender even more,

Settling the monkey mind,

Allowing yourself to observe each thought and with every breath,

Letting it go.

Feel your body completely relax,

Every muscle in the body softening,

Surrendering to the support of the earth.

Relaxing the arms,

Relaxing the legs,

Relaxing each finger,

Relaxing each toe.

Begin to take a deeper breath in through the nose,

Filling up your heartbeat all the way and allow a gentle exhale to come out of the mouth.

As you settle in even deeper,

Allow yourself with each breath to create space between those thoughts,

Letting go of all that happened today,

All the interactions,

Releasing all the to-do lists as you move away from doing and you allow yourself to come into a place of simply being,

A place of rest,

A place of calmness,

Of stillness,

And complete surrender As the mind begins to settle,

If the thoughts are still jumping from one to the other,

Simply come back to the breath,

Focusing on the next inhalation through the nose and as you exhale through the nose,

Allowing yourself to completely let go,

Giving yourself full permission to create space for complete rest,

For complete stillness,

As you breathe in trusting and knowing that in this moment,

Everything is exactly as it needs to be.

This is your time of rest.

This is your time to be still.

This is your time to nourish your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit.

And trusting that all is well,

Right here,

Right now,

As you breathe into the heartbeat,

Create space and allow yourself to let go of any thought,

Of any emotion,

Of any energy that you are ready to release.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Letting go of any negative energy that might have filled up this day or you're weak,

Allow the breath to completely let it go.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Take another deep inhale into your heart space,

Filling up all the way and as you exhale,

Visualizing in your mind all that you are grateful for in this moment.

See in your mind's eye,

Maybe a person,

Maybe an interaction,

Maybe something positive that happened today or this week.

In this moment,

What are you grateful for?

And now take another deep breath in,

Filling up all the way,

Allow a gentle exhale to come out of your mouth as you begin to visualize all that you would like to create in your life.

The kind of day you would like to experience when you wake up.

What is it you are doing?

Who are you interacting with?

How are you feeling?

In your mind's eye,

Create your day,

Filling it up with joy,

With laughter,

With creativity,

With kindness and compassion.

See your day filled with so much love,

Offering it to everyone who will cross your path,

Knowing and trusting it has a ripple effect and all the positive energy that you give out returns right back to you.

Very slowly begin to place your palms over your heartbeat,

Holding so much gratitude for this space,

For the breath or life force energy,

For the possibility of a new day,

For the peace,

For the stillness,

For the serenity that replenishes our spirit.

I am grateful,

I am safe,

I am peace.

Begin to take one more deep breath into your heart space,

Filling up all the way into our center of love,

Of forgiveness,

Of compassion,

Of peace and exhale as you know and you trust this is your anchor into the most powerful moment that we have,

The now moment is always here for you.

Now is now and in this moment now is well and very slowly open your eyes,
