Guided meditation to trust the process.
Begin by closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths in and out.
Focus your awareness on slowing down and breathing deeply for in this moment that's all you need to be doing breathing deeply and being here now.
And whatever brought you to this meditation today,
Acknowledge that thing.
Let any stress,
Frustration,
Uneasiness,
Uncertainty,
Let that be present here now as you breathe deeply with your eyes closed.
Noticing any shapes or colors you might be seeing on the backs of your eyelids and letting your body relax into the moment now.
If you need to,
You can direct extra breath and attention to any tense areas,
Helping them loosen up,
Breathing deeply and trusting the process of this meditation as well.
So the more we can bring trust to everyday things that we do in our lives,
The more that trust will extend to all situations,
Most situations,
External situations.
Oftentimes we don't have control over everything and part of not trusting the process or needing to know the answer is that we want to feel in control.
So breathing deeply,
Just releasing now any urge to control the situation or control the outcome.
Feeling this need or desire for control,
Releasing and leaving your physical body now.
No longer needing to be in control.
Another thing you might be experiencing is resistance,
Resistance to the way that things are,
Resistance to how this situation is in this moment.
Resistance can often look or feel like wishing things were different,
Feeling disappointed in the way that things are now.
So breathe deeply and release any disappointment or resentment that you're holding in your body,
Letting it go.
Your mind will likely try to intervene here.
See if you can push these thoughts aside and release any of this disappointment,
Any of this resistance that you're feeling,
Breathing deeply,
Releasing it now.
Letting it go,
Trusting that it's okay to let this go.
You might also be experiencing some external pressure,
Whether it's perceived or it's real,
It feels real to you.
So once again,
Direct your breath to help you release this energy of external pressure.
Maybe it looks like people asking about the situation or you thinking that people are watching you or expecting something from you.
For now,
Breathe deeply and let this external pressure go.
You might get a felt sense for this somewhere in your body.
So trusting that,
Directing your breath there and letting your breath help you release any type of external pressure you might be feeling or experiencing.
And taking a deep breath now and switching to any internal pressure,
Pressure from yourself,
Pressure from your own mind,
Your own brain,
Your own body to do a certain thing,
To have a certain outcome,
To get to a certain point already.
Let's acknowledge this internal pressure and release it now,
Letting it go,
Letting it go with kindness.
It's so natural to place pressure on ourselves,
But for now,
Let's just let that go.
Let's release it.
Feel where it is in your body,
Direct your breath there and let it go.
Trust that it's okay to let go of this internal pressure.
It doesn't mean anything.
We're simply becoming free from it now.
Breathing deeply,
Releasing this pressure and then releasing anything else you feel like is getting in the way of you trusting the process,
Getting a felt sense for where that might be in your body and directing your breath there to help you release it.
And now that you've released these common blocks to trusting the process,
Direct your energy and attention to being open to trusting the process,
To being open to not knowing exactly how it's going to look or turn out and feeling comfortable with that,
Feeling okay with that,
Trusting that you are exactly where you're meant to be in this moment.
Noticing any resistance that's coming up to those statements and seeing if you can let it go and welcome in that sense of trust,
Feeling that groundedness in your body,
In your energy that you do trust the process.
And this doesn't necessarily mean that you trust or believe that everything's going to work out.
It means that you believe that you're on the path that's meant for you and you can trust that.
If you can trust yourself,
You can trust the process,
Breathing deeply,
Allowing in the sense of trust and really basking in this sensation of trusting the process,
Feeling the lightness that you're welcoming in,
Feeling the groundedness,
The rootedness to trusting the process.
You know that you're sending roots down into the earth.
You know that you're growing,
You know that you're blossoming.
You may not be certain or sure of where it's going to lead,
But you trust the process.
You trust yourself and you can feel that in your heart.
I trust the process.
I'm letting go of any need to control the outcome.
I'm releasing any external pressure I feel to be at a certain point.
I show myself kindness for the inner pressure that I'm placing on myself and I let it go.
I welcome in ease and abundance and trust,
Trust for myself and trust for the situation I'm in,
Trust for the path that I am on.
I trust the process.
I trust my process.
Breathing deeply and basking in this energy of trusting the process.
Breathing deeply,
Experiencing this sense of trust and take another deep breath and when you're ready,
Open your eyes once again and softly look around the room that you're in,
The place that you're in,
Reacquainting yourself with the present moment.
