Guided meditation for when you're needing strength.
Begin by focusing on your breathing,
Breathing deeply in and out.
Close your eyes if that feels comfortable,
And if not,
Just take a soft gaze downward.
With your eyes closed,
Breathe very deeply.
Full inhales and full exhales.
Bring your awareness to yourself in this moment.
Take a hand to your heart and acknowledge where you're at.
Noticing the quality of your thoughts,
Where your mind is,
How your body's feeling,
Your circumstances.
Everything that makes up this moment now,
Noticing it,
Being present with it,
Breathing deeply.
And as you take a deep breath in,
Breathe in the feeling,
The sensation,
The thoughts,
Everything associated with strength.
Breathe it in.
And exhale.
Breathe in strength,
Strong thoughts,
Strong body,
Strong mind,
Strong heart.
Breathing in that strength,
Feeling it here now.
Exhale,
Release.
And continue this breathing pattern,
And you might even add in something that you need to release.
Maybe you're feeling the opposite of strength right now.
What is that word for you?
What is something that you could remove from yourself in this moment that you have control over in order to help you feel more strength,
To feel stronger?
Breathe deeply in and out.
Breathing in strength,
Releasing what's ready to be released.
Breathing in strength,
Releasing anything in the way of you feeling strong.
And continuing with this breath pattern,
With this mantra.
And as you breathe in the strength,
Feel it here now.
Maybe it takes on a certain color quality.
Maybe you're feeling it in a particular area of your body.
However it feels or looks,
Really sense into that.
Feel the strength within you.
Breathe in strength.
Breathe out whatever is blocking you.
Let it go.
Release it.
Full exhale.
Feel strength as you breathe in.
Feel it.
Sense it.
Embody it now.
And release when you're ready what's in your way.

Take one more full inhale and exhale with the mantras.
And then with your eyes closed,
Bringing your awareness back to yourself,
Back to your body,
Back to your hand on your heart.
Once again,
Checking in with yourself,
Noticing,
Observing,
Witnessing where you're at now.
Feel yourself sitting in the chair or laying down wherever you may be.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and look around the room to take back in your surroundings.
