The Three Middles Chakras: Soul, Higher-Self And Expression

I talk about the Heart Chakra, the Higher Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra. My goal is to provide fundamental information to empower you on your spiritual growth and journey. This is an overview with the most important information you should know to identify things happening with you and within you. Briefly, the Heart Chakra is the gateway to the Soul and the Higher Heart Chakra is the gateway to our I AM presence/Higher-Self. The throat chakra is the bonafide centre of expression and it is affected by numerous energies and experiences.

This episode is the third on the topic of chakras.

I've shared two episodes relating to chakras.

One is where I speak a bit of how I perceive the body energetically and I mentioned the chakras there.

It's a long episode,

Can be really intense I think,

Depending on your level of interest and so why are you interested in the topic.

Then I have an episode focused on the three lower chakras.

There's a lot to talk about on the topic of chakras but my main goal here is to help you get a good overview of the main energies that play out on each chakra and how they can manifest so that you can better understand what may be happening with you or with someone that you care about and this way to empower you in your own personal growth,

Healing and spiritual journey.

Today I'll be talking about the middle chakras,

So the two heart chakras and the throat chakra.

Why are they called the middle chakras you may ask?

It is mostly due to their anatomical location and on an energetic level it is due to their major role in acting as bridges between energies,

Between realms,

Between parts of ourselves and other chakras.

Let's begin with the heart chakra located close to the solar plexus right above it.

One of the main roles of the first heart chakra is to serve as a bridge between our experiences on the physical plane in our 3d life and our spirit and soul.

However I'd like to quickly mention here because I think it's important and circling back a little bit to one of the main messages from the episode of the three lower chakras that I wanted to bring forth was that all chakras are important even for your spiritual awakening or evolution and in here the extent to which the heart chakra can process and receive the correct information at the right time in the right way from both realms the physical and the spiritual is actually quite dependent on how well the other chakras may be doing.

For example if blockages on the root and sacral chakra have created a dominance of fear and shame then the heart chakra will struggle to help us find balance with our experiences since it cannot perceive much outside of those frequencies when relating to situations that trigger those feelings and if it escalates it doesn't even need an actual triggering.

If you stop to kind of observe a little bit you will notice that a lot of experiences that induce feelings and emotions that affect the three lower chakras also affect the heart chakra for example grief,

Sadness,

Loss,

Shame and embarrassment,

Feeling unloved and so on.

In essence the first heart chakra can help us find an equilibrium and a level of healthy acceptance and understanding between what and how we feel relating to our physical experiences and our souls wishes and experiences.

Because of this the heart chakra is crucial to help us to understand deeper feelings that we may have about someone or about a situation.

It is fundamental to help us perceive higher perspectives,

Gain deeper insights,

Process information that raises our awareness and thereby our consciousness.

That's why the process of ascension is always about being heart-centered and heart-based.

It's the well-functioning of the heart chakra that can really help us to make sense of negative experiences and help us to transmute negative energies of any kind.

This heart chakra is also a portal for us to receive the information about our soul's wishes,

Deep feelings,

Wants and needs that we can then put all of that information from the soul into our lives,

Our choices and our creations.

Basically it's the gateway of intuition.

It is through this chakra that we feel or have a sense of easiness when we are on the right path or doing the right thing or doing something that we truly enjoy,

The soul enjoys,

The inner child enjoys,

Even if the external reality is not comfortable.

It is also this chakra that offers us the other way around feelings of uneasiness and inner feelings of not feeling well inside of us for often an unknown reason we can't really describe.

When things are not right,

When something's not right around us,

Then that's also the chakra that gives us that form of intuition that can have many physical symptoms and can be very associated with the instincts on the solar plexus.

So when we are heart- whatever may be happening on the outside,

Like externally,

Inside of us we have more serenity,

More peace,

More feelings of wellness,

Feeling better in life and with life.

In summary,

The heart chakra works as a compass,

As a source of information and feelings about our internal landscape and in our world in relation to what happens in our lives and our spiritual aspects.

Before I get into the blockages and symptoms of blockages on the heart chakra,

I'm actually going to talk about the higher heart chakra because the blockages,

The reasons for the main reasons for the blockages and the main symptoms are associated with both heart chakras.

Right,

So let's then dive in a little bit in the higher heart chakra.

This is located right above the heart chakra in the middle of the chest.

This is the chakra of connection to the higher self.

So the soul connection is through the first heart chakra and the higher self connection is through the second or higher heart chakra.

Just to clarify because I've seen a lot of misconceptions and confusion around incarnation points of the soul and the connection and receiving of information from the soul.

These are not the same.

There are several crucial points of incarnation of the soul in the body and of course they are all important and many of the work in healing and clearing energies that I do is to help the soul to incarnate better and more in the body,

Not just retrieving any fragmented parts of it.

It's actually to help already the parts that are in to also incarnate as much as the retrieval.

So the gateway of connection with the soul is the first heart chakra then the gateway of connection with the higher self is through the higher heart or this second heart chakra.

The higher heart chakra is the chakra that helps us to know more about who we are in our core essence,

Our essential nature,

What we have to do in this life to honor our pure essence,

What are we truly passionate about and enjoy and have fun doing and being on earth and the energy around it is very much about being in the flow of the great energy of the cosmos or of the light energy on earth,

Being in the easiness of the light flow of energy.

So when you combine your soul's wishes to have a certain experience in this life,

For example with your higher self's self wishes that is somehow honoring the nature of that wish of the soul,

That's when you kind of have this feeling of having a higher purpose.

So usually the the fulfillment of a soul wish gives you exactly this sensation of fulfillment and sensation that something is right,

Something clicked right and then the energy from the higher heart gives you a kind of an elevated octave of energy of the same experience,

The same energy where there is somehow a higher purpose behind it that even if you can't really explain at a time you feel it.

So that's more or less how they work in combination these energies.

So in essence this chakra,

The higher heart chakra is the holder of our Christ consciousness of our I am presence,

Our higher self portal.

We receive a lot of higher information about any aspect of ourselves and lives.

This chakra helps us to be our truest self in this life,

In the several areas of life and from it we can obtain insights that lead to higher forms of enlightenment.

So these informations that come through the higher chakra may be as detailed about something,

A situation or about a part of ourselves but then they also can are transformed into a higher picture of why that detail happened or why that detail was like that or why was the purpose of it.

Something that is as much detail that also allows you to have a much higher sense of enlightenment and perception about the whole picture,

The whole thing.

And because of this,

This is the chakra that we receive deep information,

Deep knowledge about our life purposes,

The reasons for our life experiences,

Not just about this life but then across lifetimes.

And I think that many people are not aware of this but actually when you can tune in well with this chakra that's where you can easily and with a lot of fluidity like clicking on a button,

On and off switch button almost to access your past lives and Akasha.

Because when you are really heart centered in that moment you really tune in to what is the right information for you to know and you can really remember,

See and everything about anything that is important about past lives to know now.

Because this is the other thing about knowing about our past lives.

It can be very tempting to know what was your name and how many kids you had,

What was your job and all of those details but actually the purpose of remembering past lives is to help you to evolve in this life.

It can be because you are clearing something,

It can be because you are ending karmic patterns,

It could be because you need to access some soul memory of some gift that you have that you are now activating.

It can be for many reasons but it's really about a higher spiritual reason.

Yeah so I think I've shared the most important things about this chakra.

And now what I would like to talk about are the blockages in the heart chakras.

So most commonly they have to do with an excess and unprocessed emotional and intellectual energies and this is one of the reasons that the spiritual evolution is intrinsically associated with personal maturity and evolution.

And you can kind of see these from people who have matured as they aged versus the people who did not mature with age and with time and with experiences.

The most common symptoms of heart chakra blockages are issues of identity,

Issues with sovereignty that can be expressed for example as people-pleasing or the need to be perfect in all areas of life to feel validated or that needs that you have a value.

So the association of self-worth to external sources including people and having the identity associated with ego rather than heart soul centered essence expressed through a healthy type of personality.

Physically for both heart chakras and throat actually as well to some extent in many cases.

Most commonly there's the development of pathologies then depending on what are the issues and other factors.

So I'm really here giving a very short small and perhaps even a bit limited and reductive summary of heart chakras blockages but let's stick to it.

So depending on the spectrum and other underlying energies and issues when it comes to physical symptoms the escalation of all of this comes with the development of pathologies that have underlying etiologies on the dysregulation of immune responses.

Most commonly you'll see it on adaptive immunity.

So you can see this through having many infections,

Having lots of issues of allergies and having issues of autoimmunity.

Lastly let's talk about the throat chakra whose location is obvious,

Has the same name as its anatomical location.

Many many many did I say many energies affect this chakra from things of this life things of past lifetimes,

Ancestors that may want to silence you,

It's not as uncommon as people think,

To spells or curses or any other form of these forms of manipulation of energies and the list goes on.

In a simplistic way the throat chakra is pretty much the expression of everything that's happening downstream of it.

So all the other chakras located below it,

Everything that may be happening in it individually and upstream of it it is highly affected by a not very well-known chakra but I'll mention it when I talk about the upper chakras and this chakra is called the Soma.

And because of all of this throat chakra issues are not uncommon they are probably much more common than many people realize just because someone doesn't feel like they have a physical issues in the area it doesn't mean that it's not heavily affected energetically and sometimes it's only when the healing and clearing begins on a deeper level that the person starts realizing how much that chakra was either blocked or negatively being impacted by something.

So the path to heal the throat chakra is not linear and is often full of layers of origins of these issues adding the complexity of the composite of all that makes up the blockages and therefore it actually tends to take quite some time to fully heal and clear.

I can tell you that often even if someone has an obvious issue on the throat chakra we actually so we my team and I actually have to address energies that are also or perhaps even mostly coming from other chakras that are affecting the throat chakra in a very intense way and it's not always that perceptible that there is such a strong connection there.

So in essence the throat chakra is of course the bona fide point of expression both regarding in our energies and our internal talk as well as regarding the expression of energies to our external world.

It manifests the energies that come through other chakras in particular from the sacral chakra.

Remember I was just saying that sometimes we have to address energies that are coming from other chakras that affect a lot the throat and the strong connection between the sacral and the throat chakra is mostly due to the throat chakras major role as the expression center.

So as I said the bona fide center of expression and of course this also means communication so it's the point the central point of form of communication and how you communicate with yourself to others and how you relate the conflict or not between your inner world and your external identity and your external reality.

Because of this then the throat chakra is the powerhouse of authenticity and individual expression.

So healing of the throat chakra offers us more personal power,

More self-confidence in our endeavors and decisions and a greater sense of who we truly are because it lets us express our true essence and what we want to do in this world.

Main energies that negatively impact it are for example judgment,

Criticism,

Humiliation,

Anything that destroys or negatively impacts your sense of self and identity whether towards the outer world or other people towards yourself,

Your own self-perception when it is affected will impact negatively this chakra.

Other main energies that negatively affect it are lies,

Both self lies or external lies,

Any form of manipulation of outcome and control over people.

For example gossip this is very underlooked but gossip is a huge issue for the light so it really diminishes capacity of the throat chakra to hold light there.

Right and I think I've shared the most important points for each chakra that I wanted to share.

I don't wish to do a very long episode with too much information so I've chosen what my experience has shown me to be more common and important for people to know if I want to empower them with this knowledge that they can use for themselves.
