In this coaching session I am going to share any pieces of advice that will aid for you to sleep better.

And these are very important aspects to keep in mind.

And I want to share that many sleep experts,

After decades of studies,

Recommend using the bed only for intimacy and for sleeping.

Nothing else.

Not even for meditation.

However,

If the bed is your most comfortable place to meditate,

Of course use it for that.

But this is an important note for you to understand,

That the bed is super important to use only for what is intended.

And now I am going to share with you a few pieces of advice that you can apply for before going to bed.

The first and the most obvious one is meditation.

And I am sure that if you are listening to this,

You enjoy meditation as well.

There are millions of studies on the benefits of meditation.

And these multiply if you meditate an hour or maybe 90 minutes before going to sleep.

You want to stimulate your brain with a meditation journey and even send intention for this to take you to sleep.

And daydreaming also will help you very much to get ready for bed and also to materialize your wishes.

Piecing things together is also very important because we always have so many things to do and sometimes we cannot finish.

It is essential to have something halfway and take it a little at a time and not rush yourself until you complete it.

Not in a way that will stress you and not before bed.

If we accomplish a little every day,

We are going to be able to release from our consciousness what we have done for the day.

And this way it will not be spinning in our heads when we get into bed.

And if it's something big,

You want to try to finish the part that you are doing,

The most difficult one,

And then leave everything to continue the next day,

Knowing where you left it.

This way you can let go completely and be aware of your needs.

Time of silence before bed is something magnificent and I have been doing this for a very long time and not only because of the rest itself,

But also because of the positive consequences that it will bring to you.

You will have time every day for your consciousness to talk to you.

The thing is to remain silent half an hour before bed.

No music,

No television,

No noise and of course no cell phone.

But most,

If you need a voice recorder,

You can use it.

Unless of course you don't have a notebook nearby.

So you can use the phone for that purpose,

But before the session make sure the phone is in airplane mode,

So there are no notifications or other things that will distract you.

During this time you don't have to do anything.

It is not necessary to do something consciously.

In fact it's very very exhausting.

And in this period,

Particularly in the beginning,

There will be a lot of noise in your mind and this is because of the overload of stimuli of the day,

Every day.

So making moments of silence will help your mind to organize its thoughts.

And I am sure that you have noticed that this is also true for deep sleep.

So definitely this can help you to have an aid and to have less to work through when you are asleep.

And on a side note,

I want to share that your mind has a lot to say.

And usually we are unconscious,

Asleep,

And we don't realize it.

But some receive something through dreams and some understand that it is a straightforward way to get some information and some insight.

So also during your quiet times you also will be aware and you will have great ideas or even great memories.

So avoid reading any articles in bed or doing social media.

Connect with your mind instead.

You will be amazed.

You will be surprised.

Because it gets better every day.

So if it's late,

After that session go straight to bed and get to sleep.

Because you are going to see that even in your dreams you will receive the answers.

And these are the main ones.

There are many more.

And many are obvious.

But I wanted to touch base on this and especially about the moments of silence.

As adding this before some changes in what you should not do before bed,

You will see a significant change in your life,

In your sleeping.

And this will be as soon as just two weeks.

And it will grow exponentially.

As a personal experience after so much time doing this,

I've noticed that my mind is much more clearer.

The ideas flow much better.

And the attention span has increased.

And these are all benefits to put aside before sleeping.

You will notice that you will be less forgetful.

And your mind will be less collapsed.

You'll find yourself to be more focused.

And you are going to feel more happy throughout the days.

And don't forget,

Admitting that we need outside help for sleeping is not something to be ashamed of.

It is part of learning how to sleep better.

And remember that meditations help.

And you can find here plenty of them.

So I invite you now to leave me any comments if you wanted me to touch base on something.

In a future coaching session,

I will create a reply to all of these comments.

I also invite you to listen and check what you should not do before sleeping.

I hope you have enjoyed and thank you for listening.

Namaste.
