Today is all about self-care and honoring your needs.

It is a fantastic situation to be selfless,

But not caring for yourself is reckless.

Like with the last situations in your life,

I am sure that you know that you have forgotten some things in terms of self-care at a physical,

Mental,

Emotional and spiritual degree.

So you will find a lot of helpful points from here on.

So the main goal for today is for you to bring to every area of your life the opportunity for improving into greater balance and well-being.

When you keep a few simple things into account,

You bring massive changes to your life.

Some of these can be crazy,

They can sound like that,

Even more on the internet,

So you gotta find your way.

What matters the most is for you to be at a wholeness-less level of energy,

Passion and gratitude.

So let's start with the physical being.

The easiest step is working with what you perceive what are your physical senses.

So let's start with your body.

This is no more than taking good care of yourself,

For you to learn to communicate this way.

The best way for physical self-care is to be connected with your body and start listening to the,

Sometimes very clear,

Signs it gives you.

It's your body,

It is not that difficult,

You can do it naturally,

You only need to reduce the stimuli in your surroundings by starting to stop paying attention to them constantly.

One example of proper physical self-care is to ensure you have a deep and restorative sleep.

But even 15 minutes are great if your time is super tight.

But you must give this to yourself.

A healthy diet.

Here comes the second obvious step.

We are talking about the diet,

The food and what to eat.

It's always the same mechanics.

You know what eating healthy means,

Maybe you didn't see this one coming,

But this is no less obvious.

When you invest proper time in grooming,

You are also taking proper self-care.

You need to feel connected to your body for proper self-care.

And I do not mean liking yourself and accepting how you are,

Even though this would be ideal.

It means keeping into account the four steps above,

Within the results of your efforts and rejoice with a healthier and happier physical body.

Next step is the emotional self-care.

Because in this society,

While there is a need to take good care of grooming,

Clothing and maintaining a decent health,

There is a lot more.

And one problem is that our current society doesn't honor the emotional help as much as the others.

So sharing your feelings with those who you love and who love you back promotes proper emotional self-care,

For example.

Because for starters,

At a soul level,

You and me and everybody else will feel a little lonely because of the concept of duality.

On top of this,

We have a society in which one of its cornerstones is unfortunately ego-based,

And not in a good way.

So you need to understand better your emotions,

Listen and learn to listen to your heart and don't be afraid to do it.

Proper emotional self-care allows you to receive the love that you need,

Starting from yourself and then coming from others.

So let's keep these four points into account.

Setting healthy boundaries.

It is important for proper emotional self-care for you to not allow others to take away your energy.

If you need to keep a distance from a person for a reason,

Keep it.

You want to make sure you have some intentions about what you want to feel.

Of course,

You can't control this,

But you can't stop doing something if it's making you feel wrong,

For example.

You need to know your feelings,

To be true to them and to not be afraid to pursue what you need.

Stress management techniques.

This perhaps sounds more mental,

But also goes to the emotions because it takes a heavy toll if you have anxiety.

Stress weakens your mental toughness,

As well as bringing several health problems and keeping you away from wellness.

This is another form of self-care is making sure that you find and keep these wonderful connections because the human being is a social animal,

So it's essential to socialize a little.

Even if you have a small group of friends,

This is good,

But make sure to connect with them often and get the most out of your time with them.

Make sure to honor your emotions as they are powerful guides,

And make sure to allow yourself to have time for them.

So mental state.

The self-care of the mental state is super important as well,

Because there are way too many negative stereotypes that won't allow you to pursue a proper mental health,

But you need to do it if it's necessary.

One essential step is prevention,

For example from contracting anxiety.

And yes,

I am saying contracting,

Because it's something like a virus,

Something that you get,

Something that it cultivates over time and it develops and it takes control of your life,

So you need to pay attention to any signs when anxiety develops.

When you work on your mental self-care,

So the first point is saying no when necessary.

This might be a harder lesson than you think,

Otherwise people will suck your energy drain.

Now engaging in positive activities.

You need to engage in positive activities in your life.

Even if you have a lot of problems,

You deserve to unplug a little and have fun,

Also avoid toxic influences.

Perhaps there are some people for some reason that you don't want to push away,

You should not have toxic relationships,

Engaging in negative thinking.

And this is a very easy one to fall with.

It is very easy to dwell within negativity,

But you should not.

You should avoid it,

To start checking the positive outcomes,

Because they are always positive outcomes.

And focus on this.

For the negative parts,

Minimize them while you learn from them.

As you can see is quite simple,

They are not difficult steps but you have to take them.

So as with everything in life,

You need to take action.

And the same goes for the spiritual self-care.

You need to take proper self-care of your spirituality as well.

You cannot separate spirituality from the rest,

It is part of everything,

Including part of you.

For this reason,

You need to take care of your spirituality as well.

You can continue living your life in the same way,

You don't even have to change your beliefs.

But it is very important to have a good spiritual balance,

Because for example,

Your seven main chakras are connected to your main organs.

If your chakras are balanced,

You will promote optimal health plus other things.

You only need to keep a few things into account as you navigate through your day to day.

You will feel a lot more connected,

More in oneness,

Unable to temporarily disconnect from duality.

So keep these four into account for your spiritual self-care.

You can find a lot of wisdom around,

But I am going to ask you only one thing.

Question everything you read or you listen to.

Even question to what I am telling you right now and see how it applies to your life.

Connecting to the spirit.

You want to make sure you enable 5 or 10 minutes a day where you can clear your mind and heart.

So from here,

You open to your spirit guides and set intentions to feel them.

And as you get more used to them,

You will be able to ask questions and get answers.

And then act of kindness.

This world needs a lot more of this,

And I am sure that you already do many acts of kindness.

If we all help one person or did one selfless thing every day,

Every single human,

This civilization would be amazing.
