Feeling prepared is one of your cornerstone tools in the professional field that will significantly improve your performance.
You too can develop your gut feeling by starting to practice it.
As you develop trust,
You grow stronger.
So find a comfortable position and take a deep breath.
Slowly inhaling,
And holding it for a few seconds,
And as you let go,
Slowly close your eyes if you want to,
And give yourself a few moments.
Focus on your breathing,
Observing how the air comes in and out.
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Notice how your body feels right now.
Observe this for 5 breaths,
At your own pace.
I will call you back.
Think of a question or a situation,
Something that matters to you.
A situation at work or a challenge.
Focus on your question for a little bit while you put your attention on both your stomach area,
Where your personal power is,
And also on your heart,
To ensure passion.
You may feel a tingling sensation in between your eyebrows,
A little above,
But focus instead on what you notice.
Silently ask your question once,
But don't think the solution.
Just observe the sensations,
Images,
Words,
Or memories that arise.
Don't judge or analyze,
Just observe,
And help yourself to be ready.
I will call you back.
Now it is time to write down the answer,
So without losing your focus,
Slowly start to move your body while you take a deep breath.
As you let go of the air,
Slowly open your eyes if you had them closed before.
Write down the first three things that came up.
It doesn't matter if they are weird or seem insignificant.
Circle the one that feels more aligned with your energy in this moment.
Take a small action over what you chose and reflect on how it felt.
If you get used to go into this state of being,
You will be always ready for any competitive environment,
Even when it is an urgent or pressured situation.
I wish you lots of success!
