Relax your body.
How to relax your body and get deeper into your meditation.
Welcome to your secret space today.
My name is Fernanda Colanquero and it's going to be an honor to guide you during this meditation.
Let's just begin.
Find a comfortable way to sit or lying down.
Or take even another position or posture that will make you feel stable.
Between those moments and go on.
Just notice how you are feeling and why do you decide to choose to do this today in this specific and particular time.
Everything that we decide to do must happen for a reason.
When you're ready let's find a way to start.
Take a slow and deep breath in coming through your nose.
Feel how your lungs and chest expand.
Hold it for a moment.
And even so gently exhale and release it.
Slow close your eyes,
Let them rest.
Take another deep and slow breath in.
Let's hold this one for a little longer and when you're ready,
Even so gently release it.
From your mouth listen to the sound of the air flowing out through your body.
Continue guiding your breath during your meditation and let your physical body relax and release.
Let's have a moment together to observe any change.
Relax completely and notice the pace of your breath slowly going down.
You can even feel the herbits from your heart one by one.
Like the sound of drops of continuing water coming down through leaves of trees connecting with Mother Earth.
Connecting with Gaia,
With the feelings and sensations that your body,
Mind and soul creates with the stillness in the universe.
Coming back to your physical body gently soft and relax your toes and feet.
Breathe with a slow and release them.
Relax and soft your ankles and knees just with a little touch of breath.
Let your hips relax and feel grounded at the same time.
Align and strain in your spine without any tension.
Let your shoulders release and together feel the heaviness in your arms and hands.
Let your palms relax in facing up on top of your knees or besides your body so you can receive and absorb the energy from your practice today.
Breathe through your fingers focus on your inhales and exhales and let your body walk alone for this path of stillness.
Taking tension from your neck and letting your chin release a little bit down.
It will help you to keep your body aligned for the rest of your meditation.
And feel the lightness of the release of your physical body creating healing sensations and a peaceful mind.
Now,
Let's have a moment to feel the slow and deepest pace of your breath.
Connect with your powerful mind and find good thoughts for your practice today.
Discover in these words joy,
Happiness,
Peace awareness mindfulness,
Acceptance self love and any other word that's already crossing to your mind.
Try to find the ability to create a powerful thought that will guide you from the rest of your day.
Week months,
Year or maybe your whole life.
Softening muscles in your face will help you to find deep release and smooth relaxation.
Release your forehead and that will help you to take tension away from your eyes.
Connecting with your third eye in between your eyebrows and let the light guiding you through the end of your meditation and clutch your jaw and relax your tongue.
And simply find the way to breath.
Let's take this peaceful moment of silence and being together.
You you you Even so gently when you're ready,
Let's bring this meditation to this end.
Take a deep breath in.
Open your mouth and exhale the rico.
Ahhhhhh Let's take another deep breath in together.
Stretch your arms in top of your head.
Bring your hands to your heart center and exhale.
And for finish our practice today,
Let's breathe in and chant on the powerful sound of the universe.
Ahhhhhh Ahhhhhh Ahhhhhh Ahhhhhh And be grateful in your own words for this practice that we share together.
In sound,
Light,
And deep energy vibrations that unite us in this way.
Namaste.
