Welcome to practice.

It's an honor to be your guidance today.

Let's start to find a comfortable way to sit to align them.

Give your body a moment to settle down and get into relaxation.

Taking tension away from those muscles that could still feel tight.

Just discovering the simplicity in your breathing.

Inhale slowly without putting any tension in your intake breath.

Exhale at the same rhythm through time and let it go.

Let your shoulders drop and relax itself together with your hips,

Legs,

And any other parts of your body that are still in tension.

Your breath will be the one to guide you to full relaxation and release.

Now acknowledge a little moment in this present time and ask yourself,

Have you ever been stuck in the past and got anxious about the future?

If you do so,

Our true home and real space to live is here,

This present moment.

The present is where our lives are actually happening,

Where you can learn to leave mindfulness in the here and now,

And where it will make you more grounded,

Balanced,

And happier.

Continue guiding your body through your breath.

Take another deep breathing and even so gently release it.

Coming back slowly to the connection with your mind and thoughts and dig deeper into your emotions,

Discover that the past is a source of emotional support and a treasure of memories and images.

While thinking about the future,

May open the doors of optimism,

Determination,

And ambitious.

Even so,

It's not good for us to spend too long in these places.

The only good way to come back to the present is to find attention and get grounded through mindfulness.

Just find relaxation in your physical body again with the guidance of your breath.

Follow the present in your inhales and exhales.

Let your mind fly in between your thoughts.

Your power in the past is made up of the things that we already have been experiencing.

And some of those may probably be the bad ones.

If that is so,

Let them go and fly away with your thoughts.

You cannot change the past,

But you can leave those mistakes behind you and transform them into true experiences.

With this,

Find in the present the chance of happiness and reality.

Take a moment,

Observe and notice how you can get deeper in this present time.

Let's get together into this space of silence with the company of your breath.

I will be coming back to you so you can listen to my voice again.

Continue through the silence and stillness in your body and keep yourself connected with all the mind,

Thoughts,

Senses and sensations.

Release yourself in pure love and acceptance.

Come back to the present space and let it go.

Through this moment of mindfulness,

You can harness the positive power of the present and change the relationship with the past.

The present has barely been attached to,

And the power of the past events will fade away.

Mindfulness is a great plan to escape.

The key is to learn how to stop judging ourselves and find self-compassion.

During the meditation state,

You can release yourself from the captivity of the past.

Because it's in mindfulness zone,

You form yourself pure feeling of your present.

Be present with your feelings,

Thoughts,

Sensations and emotions and help to liberate your mind from the past and the future.

Continue relaxing your physical body and travel up with your imagination.

Visualize a pure place that will make you feel organic and release everything that will help you to find freedom.

Freedom is part of the universe and you are the universe.

When you're ready,

Don't rush.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let your eyes open if they were closed.

Bring yourself back to the present and exhale and let it go.

And together,

Let's be grateful for your practice today,

Just in your own words.

Feeling sound and light and deep energy vibrations that unite us in this way.

Ebow,

Namaste.
