Welcome everybody.

My name is Fern L.

Kahn and I welcome you to our chakra meditation.

I invite you to please get comfortable.

You can either lie on the floor or sit in a very comfortable position which will allow your muscles to relax.

And first we're going to notice the physical body.

You can begin by closing your eyes and take a deep breath pulling the air through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.

And take another breath and deep breath in.

Allow the muscles to grow soft,

The bones heavy.

Feel the energy of the body begin to soften.

Your feet,

Your legs,

Allow the hips to relax into the place where you are sitting or lying down.

Feel the belly rise and fall as you breathe,

The ribs expand and contract.

And allow the shoulders to soften,

The arms,

The fingers.

Notice your throat.

And take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Soften through your face,

Your brow,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.

And as you take your next deep breath,

Imagine you are breathing in a warm light.

And that light is filling the body providing energy to all your chakra centers,

Your entire being.

Breathe deep into the belly.

Allowing the belly to expand in and out with the breath.

Breathe a little deeper,

Inhaling positive and encouraging energy.

Allowing that to just waver in the mind,

This feeling of positive energy.

And do not worry if you are doing it right or wrong,

The important thing is just to breathe.

And as you exhale every breath,

You release the stress in the body.

You can picture the exhalation as a cloud of black smoke being exhaled.

You breathe in white light and breathe out black smoke.

And just picture this,

The way that you feel most comfortable.

With each breath,

Pay attention to your muscles relaxing and your mind slowing down.

Breathing in through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

With your next breath,

Picture a light entering your root chakra,

A red glowing light of physical energy.

This is your root,

Your balance starts here.

Spend some time picturing a ball of red light glowing strongly at the base of your spine.

Strong energy keeping you grounded,

Allowing you to bring all you gain from this meditation back to your everyday life.

Spend some time picturing this red energy.

Take a beautiful deep breath in and sigh it out.

Now move up just below your navel.

You are now at your sacred place.

An orange glow of energy continues to get stronger as you breathe into this space.

Picture the energy radiating out and releasing any stress or discomfort.

And spend time feeling this orange glow.

And please take a beautiful deep breath and sigh it out.

Move up now to your yellow chakra,

Your solar plexus.

An inch or so above your belly button,

Your navel and breathe into this again picturing the energy getting stronger.

Releasing in negative aspects this place of fire and strength.

And allow that glow of yellow to find a balance in the body.

We now move to your heart chakra,

This green colored beautiful center of our emotions.

We love with all your heart as you picture your love and energy flowing out from your chest.

And each breath brings more and purer energy into your heart.

Keep your heart open and love the world around you accepting others,

Accepting yourself,

No judgment.

Feel at peace in this green vibrant energy.

And take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

We'll now come to our throat,

The throat chakra.

And a beautiful blue resides in the neck,

The throat and communication is the key here.

Can you speak your truth?

Here is where you give back to the world,

Where you comfort and communicate and you share with others the beauty that you are.

And see the blue light swirl around you.

Our energy then goes to the third eye,

This indigo colored energy center between your eyes.

Your place of intuition and vision,

Where you see and solve problems.

Can you picture what your future holds?

Let the energy grow stronger as you breathe in allowing for your insight and intuition to grow as you meditate through and with this indigo color.

And breathe in and breathe out.

Now you have reached your crown,

Moving up from your third eye to a location just above the top of your skull,

Your connection to the divine and spiritual.

To that greater power you are part of and that is part of you.

And feel this sense of enlightenment here.

Acknowledge this sense of peace with yourself and all of existence.

You are part of the divine.

You are divine.

And take a beautiful deep breath in and sigh it out.

And now we will focus on the interaction of all of our energies.

Picture them.

The colors sharing,

Harmonizing,

Feeding,

Giving power to each other.

Feel your complete being as all seven centers glow together emanating a very strong power while they heal each other and heal you.

Continue to breathe easily,

Allowing this energy to fill you up.

You are healing.

You are divine.

You are light.

You are love.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

In your own time you can open up your eyes and just feel the abundance.

Feel the love and light.

You are light.

And you are love.
