Welcome to this powerful gratitude meditation.
Thank you for being here.
Thank yourself for being here.
Just taking a deep breath to ground into this moment.
Get comfortable.
And bring to mind a situation where life was just working for you.
A situation you're very grateful for.
No pressure,
Even if you can't think of something right now.
Breathe slowly and it will come up.
And when you have it,
Just really tap into that feeling of how you felt in that moment during that time.
And bring that feeling into the here and now.
Breathe in that feeling.
Feeling it bubble throughout your body.
In that moment,
During that time,
You really felt how life was working for you and not against you.
Thank you.
Now let's tune into our body resting here.
And slowly start to scan the body for any sensations that are here right now.
Let's bring gratitude to any sensations of tension because they're telling us something.
Listen to the message that they're trying to tell you.
And breathe into them with acceptance and non-judgment.
Make a mental note of the message and move on to an awareness of your body resting here as a whole.
Seeing if on some level you can realize that you are whole.
Even if that's just a tiny drop of insight and understanding.
See if you can connect with that feeling of recognition that you are already whole.
That nothing external can ever take away from that or give to that.
External things can be fun and they can enrich our life but we are already whole regardless of what happens on the outside.
Let's hold gratitude for that by placing both of our hands on our hearts.
And just bathing in that wholeness.
Bathing in that gratitude for our entire body and being.
For our senses.
Now bring to mind another situation or time where you really felt that life was working for you.
Where you met some amazing people that led you somewhere or that showed you parts about yourself that you didn't yet know.
Or maybe it's a practice like meditation that really changed your life and you felt like life is really working for you.
Bring this to mind and tap into that feeling of gratitude for life and how it supports you.
Breathe slowly and mindfully.
Basking in gratitude in the here and now.
The more you embody this vibration in your day to day life,
The more you will attract positive things in your life.
We live in a vibrational world where like attracts like.
So if you show the world you are grateful,
You will continue to receive things in your life that make you feel like life is working for you.
And the same works the other way around as well.
So be careful.
Breathing slowly,
Let's take a deep breath to release.
And again.
And one more time.

Give gratitude for this day that you get to experience.
For this moment.
And any moment to come.

Let's bring some gratitude to things that we commonly take for granted.
Such as Mother Earth.
The food that she provides to us.
And everyone that's involved in that process.

And Father God,
If that resonates with you.
Or maybe the universe.
The power of love and the interconnectedness of life.
Just bring gratitude to the food,
To the bed,
To the water,
To the resources that we have.
Whatever comes to mind,
Just hold gratitude for it.
