This practice is designed to release tension in your jaw. Our jaw can get tense by stress in our daily life (resulting in grinding or clenching our teeth) or by our tongue not resting in its right position. This meditation is brought to you by Kieferfreund, founders of Jaw Yoga, who offer effective tools to tackle jaw pain.
