Before starting the meditation,
I would like to give you a short introduction of intention setting.
Intention setting is a tool to provide you more focus for your upcoming time.
It is not a clear to-do list or it is not a strict plan how you should do.
It is more a calibration of your inner compass.
It is a tool to guide you into a direction where you really want to go.
If you are new to intention setting,
I really recommend not to choose a time frame that is too long.
You set your own time frame at the beginning.
I will guide you to this.
If you are experienced with intention setting,
Feel free to choose your time frame as you like.
As already mentioned,
It could be the lunar cycle,
It could be the upcoming month,
It could be the upcoming season,
Or it could be the upcoming year.
You can repeat this meditation whenever you like.
Every week,
Every month,
Every lunar cycle.
Feel free to play around and to experiment and to discover the power of intentions.
You can also choose several intentions.
You can choose an intention for your work life,
You can choose an intention for your private life,
For your relationship life.
You can set a personal intention or whatever you like.

Now let's start with the meditation.
Find a comfortable seating position or if you like you can also lay down.
Make sure that you are not distracted by any surrounding people or noises and take care of yourself.
Show your body presence,
Straighten your spine if you are seating and support your body if you lay down.
Maybe you can put a blanket under your knees,
Maybe you can put a soft pillow under your head and if you like you can cover yourself with a blanket.
If you like you can close your eyes and just listen to the sounds around you and following the natural rhythm of your breath.
Trust your body and surrender into the natural inhale and exhale rhythm of your body.
Your body exactly knows what you need,
How deep you should breathe,
How fast and how often.
Listen to your surroundings.
What can you hear around you?
Maybe there are some sounds far away,
Maybe from your neighbors or from nature outside.
Feel the temperature around you,
Maybe you can smell anything and then feel the air on your skin.
Feel the temperature on your skin and then recognize this boundary between your inner and the outer world.
Feel your skin and feel into the touching points with the earth.
Feel the weight of your body and then make a check in into your body.
Bring the awareness into your inside and recognize what kind of feelings or emotions are there right now.
Finally bring your awareness into your heart space.
Breathe into your chest,
Breathe into your heart and feel the space around your heart.
If you like you can place your hands on your heart.
Connect with your emotional center and with this wonderful energy and space in your chest.
Enjoy this wonderful warm safe space where you are in right now.
Within this space I invite you to listen to your heart and your inner needs.
What is important right now?
What does really matter to you right now?
What do you want to change?
What difference do you want to see in your life from now on?
Find your own very individual time frame.
Can be a week,
Two weeks,
A month or whatever feels right for you and ask yourself the question what will have changed within this time frame?
What differences can I recognize when I look back from this point in my life?
Find a heading or a topic for this change.
A single word or a short phrase,
How would you describe this in one word or two or three words?
Repeat this phrase by yourself and listen to it and answer yourself the question what does it mean to me?
What does this single word or phrase mean to me?
What is my unique understanding of this change,
Of this word,
Of this single phrase?
And why is it important to me?
Then ask yourself the question how you can measure the achievement of this intention of this change in your life?
How do you recognize that something changes and that you are closer to your intention?
Be creative and allow your mind to be creative and to send your ideas and pictures.
Repeat by yourself your single word for your intention,
The meaning of your intention,
Why is it important to you and how do you measure it?
How do you know that you achieved your intention?
And what is one tiny step you can take further into the direction of your individual intention?
What is the next tiny step you can do right after this meditation?
I invite you to write down your insights,
Your intentions and maybe some steps you need to take.
Feel free to stay here in this safe space as long as you need,
As long as you wish.
Make sure that you feel comfortable and whenever you like you can come back into the present moment or stay here listening to the music.
