Journey through the left side of your body to your yin (feminine energy), uncovering any emotional, physical, or mental blockages that may be hindering your intuition and receptivity. Bring the energies you gathered from the left into your heart chakra (Anahata). Use the power of your heart to nurture the feminine aspects of yourself, revitalizing this connection to create harmony. Allow the energy to heal and transform any previous blockages, strengthening the bond between your intuitive self and your heart. Complement this meditation with journaling to reflect on your visionary meditative journey, acknowledging any clear connections you have built between your heart and the self that experiences ease and receptivity.

Start to prepare yourself into a comfortable meditation pose.

Start to notice how your body feels.

Notice the parts of yourself that feel heavy and light,

Becoming aware as you breathe.

Feeling the heaviness against the eyes,

Becoming heavier and heavier.

Noticing that feeling,

Allowing yourself to surrender to the journey within,

And feel the rising and the falling of your breath,

Noticing that sensation.

Start to follow the breath as it moves within you.

Notice how you feel.

Notice the sensation of the ground,

And feel your inhales.

Feel how expanded they are,

And as you inhale,

Breathe in cool air,

Expanding your lungs and your nostrils,

Noticing that sensation.

Allowing them to expand and expand,

Feeling the cool winds drifting through the nostrils,

Down the throat,

And into the lungs.

And as you breathe in,

Start to expand through the left side of your body,

And notice that feeling.

Notice what you feel through the left side,

Allowing it to expand and expand each time you inhale.

Just keep feeling that sensation as you deepen through the breath,

Expanding and expanding.

Noticing how you feel,

Noticing the emotions,

Thoughts and memories that come through,

Becoming aware of them as you continue to breathe through the left side,

And notice the swirl of energy of your breath roaming through the space of your left side.

Feel that sensation,

And as you breathe in,

Feel that cold energy streaming through the space of the left side,

Noticing how that feels.

Allow that cold to roam deeper and deeper.

Notice what you feel,

And within the left side of your body,

Find yourself within it.

And look around,

Noticing the darkness and the cold breeze against your body.

Breathing here,

Becoming aware of that sensation,

Notice what you feel emotionally,

And how you respond to be surrounded by the darkness,

To feel the cold breeze against you.

Take time here to walk in whatever direction you felt called to.

Keep walking and walking,

Hearing the echoes of your footsteps.

Notice how you feel,

And start to hear the echoes of your breath,

Getting louder and louder through the room of darkness.

Slowly allow the echoes of your breath to shake the walls around you,

And feel that vibration,

Noticing that feeling.

Continuing to feel the cold sensation pulsing through your skin,

As you feel the vibration of the walls shaking by the echoes of your breath.

Breathing slower and slower,

Notice how you feel emotionally and physically.

Gently allow the walls of darkness to slowly diminish,

As it fades away,

Notice the feeling that you receive,

As the walls of darkness crumble and fade.

Notice yourself in the glow of the moon,

Feeling that gentle,

Gentle light around you.

Notice how you feel,

Breathing deeper and deeper,

Notice the sensation of the glow of the moon against your body,

Allow yourself to accept it,

And to feel it,

The more you deepen through your breath,

You notice any visionaries,

Any sensations come rising through you,

And start to feel the glow,

Gently,

Gently releasing from you,

And as it fades away,

Notice the moon directly in front of you,

Notice the textures embalmed to the surface of the moon,

Look deeply,

Take some deep breaths here,

On the moon,

Feel female presence rising through it,

Notice who you see,

Maybe it's yourself,

Others in your life,

Or an unknown entity,

And just feel the presence of a female within the moon,

Who knows how you feel,

And gently feel a rope around your arm,

Connected to the moon,

Notice what you feel in this moment,

Noticing the sensation of the rope around your arm,

And slowly,

Find yourself walking in the opposite direction of the moon,

Taking one step at a time,

Allowing the rope to extend,

And extend,

As you walk away from the moon,

Further and further,

Noticing how you feel,

Breathing through all the sensations,

Find yourself walking through the darkness,

Hearing the echoes of your footsteps,

Taking time here to slowly walk,

And listen,

As you find yourself walking further and further away from the moon,

Breathing deeper and deeper,

As you walk further away from the moon,

Notice what you're walking towards,

And visualize your heart,

Notice the size of your heart,

How big it is,

Or how small it is,

Notice how you feel,

As you look towards the front,

Where you are walking towards,

And seeing your heart,

Breathing deeper and deeper,

As you continue to walk towards it,

Once you've reached near to the heart,

Take the remaining of the rope that's connected to the moon,

And wrap it around and around the heart,

And notice as you do so,

How you feel emotionally,

And once you've wrapped around it,

Maybe tie the very end,

A knot,

And as you have the linking of the moon to your heart,

Notice how you feel,

Feel the texture of the rope around your heart,

Feel that sensation,

And slowly feel the glow of the moon off to your left side,

Gently absorbing through the rope,

And slowly moving in the direction to your heart,

Notice the feeling,

Take this moment to just breathe here,

As the glow of the moon moves closer and closer into the heart,

And start to feel the glow of that moon,

Into the heart,

Breathing in that sensation,

Feeling the glow of the moon,

Expanding and expanding through the heart,

Every time you breathe in,

And breathe through the heart,

Feel the glow expanding and expanding,

And feel a deep connection between the moon off to the left side of your body,

Into your heart,

And breathe through that connection,

Noticing what you feel,

And feel that cool sensation from the moon,

Moving through that connection,

And into your heart,

Feeling that moment in this time,

As you breathe deeper and deeper,

Notice what you feel,

And every time you breathe in,

Start to feel that connection solidify,

Becoming stronger and stronger,

Each time you breathe in,

Noticing what you feel,

And take this moment to feel the expansion of your left side,

And the expansion of your heart,

At the same time,

And slowly feel the heaviness of your exhales,

Weighing you more and more,

Weighing through the left side of your body,

Through your heart,

And start to become aware of your body as a whole,

And notice how you feel,

Your exhales,

Allowing you to become heavy,

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Take a gentle inhalation,

Feel everything expand,

Hold onto your breath,

Gently release through the mouth,

Start to wiggle through the toes and fingers,

Maybe rolling through the wrists and ankles,

If you're laying down in shavasana,

Gently make your way up into a comfortable seat position,

Once seated,

Feel the heaviness,

Feel the spine igniting and rising,

Allow the shoulders to fall,

Bring your palms together into a prayer pose,

Gently bring it into the heart center,

As you feel your heartbeat,

Noticing that feeling,

And take a gentle inhalation through the nose,

Allow everything to expand,

And release through the mouth,

Namaste
