Take this moment to prepare yourself into a comfortable meditation pose.

Arrange yourself very slowly.

As you settle in your pose,

Take this moment to feel the heaviness of your eyes.

Allow them to become heavy and feel the motion of your breathing moving through your body.

Notice the sensation.

Notice how you feel.

Notice the parts of yourself feeling heavy against the ground.

Notice the touch and how it feels as you breathe.

Gently bring your right hand in front of your face.

Place the forefinger and the middle finger against the bridge of the nose.

Have the right thumb beside the right nostril and the ring finger beside the left nostril.

Gently close in the right nostril and breathe through the left.

Hold on to the breath.

Lay the ring finger against the left nostril.

Release the thumb.

Exhale through the right.

Inhale through the right.

Hold.

Press the thumb back down.

Release the ring finger.

Release through the left.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Release.

Exhale through the right.

Hold.

Press the thumb back down.

Release the ring finger.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Out through the right nostril.

In.

Hold.

Out through the left.

In.

Hold.

Out through the right.

Out through the left.

In softly.

Hold.

Release through the right.

In.

Hold.

Out through the left.

Hold.

Release through the right.

In.

Hold.

Release through the left.

In.

Hold.

Release through the right.

In.

Hold.

Release through the left.

Inhale as deep as you can.

Hold.

Release the hand.

And as you exhale,

Release through both nostrils.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale deeply.

Notice what you feel in this moment.

Notice the sensation that's rising inside of you.

Breathing slower.

Gently bring your attention into your heart.

Feel your inhales pushing the walls of your heart.

Out expanding.

Enter exhales allowing yourself to release.

Inhale as your heart expands.

Exhale as it releases.

Inhale as it expands.

And releases.

Notice the sensation of the breath into the interiors of your heart.

Notice the way it caresses your heart.

Feel that.

Notice the emotion you feel.

Be aware of the emotion as you breathe deeper into your heart.

Slowing down through your breathing.

Gently feel the air that you breathe in.

Circulating around and around the heart.

As you breathe,

Feel the motion of the air.

Going around and around.

Inhale one way.

Exhale the other.

Inhale one way.

Exhale the other.

Feel it like wind.

Going around and around.

Feel that sensation.

Notice what you feel.

Allow the motion to go faster and faster.

Around and around the heart.

Slowing down through your breath.

Feel the wind thicken and thicken.

Notice how you feel.

How do you feel emotionally?

Feel the sensation of the wind.

Notice how it makes you feel.

And feel the vibration.

Tangling throughout your body.

Notice that feeling.

Where you feel it.

How you feel in this moment.

And feel the tangling motion through the bloodstream of your body.

Roaming into every limb.

Through the vessels.

Feeling that motion.

Tangling and tangling.

Notice the emotion that you feel.

The visions you see.

As you continue to feel that tangling sensation through the darkness I want you to envision the light being green.

Surfacing your vision.

Notice how bright or dimmed this light is.

How vibrant or faded the green is.

As you look into the green notice what you feel and how you respond.

Take moments here to breathe deeper and slower.

Look into the green.

Feel the tangling within the body.

And feel your heart expanding and expanding as you look deeper into the green light.

Feel this green light.

Surfacing your whole body.

Like a blanket.

Feel the gentleness of the light against you.

Notice that feeling.

Breathing deeper and deeper.

Breathing slower.

Notice how you feel as the green covers you.

This light gazing upon you.

Notice the emotion you feel.

How you respond to it.

And gently through the light where you see nothing but green gently allow it to fade away.

And as you exhale allowing it to fade and to fade until you find yourself surrounded by nature filled with trees,

Bushes.

Notice where you stand within this landscape.

Notice the sensation of the ground beneath you.

Look down to your feet.

See the green grass crunching your toes amongst it.

Notice the texture and the sensation.

Feel the heaviness through your feet.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Breathing deeper and deeper.

Gaze around you.

Notice all the beautiful luscious green that surrounds you.

Notice what you feel in this moment.

Breathe through this sensation.

Every time you breathe in absorb the energy of all the green luscious nature into your body.

Every inhale absorbing it,

Absorbing it.

Take this moment to do that the more you breathe.

Gently find yourself walking and notice in which direction you walk.

Take one foot at a time,

Stepping forward.

Truly feel the sensation of the ground underneath your feet.

Feel that sensation as you breathe.

Feel grasses or plants hitting against your legs.

Notice what you feel in this moment.

Breathe deeper and deeper feeling that sensation.

Gazing your palms against the plants or grasses.

Noticing each texture.

Noticing the feeling you get when you feel touched by nature.

Take time here to notice,

To breathe.

Gently bring yourself through a path of trees.

Look around you.

Notice all the type of trees that you see.

How they look.

Notice what you feel in this moment.

Notice a tree that calls to you.

Look at this tree.

Notice what you see.

Notice how you feel.

Notice in which direction it lays,

Either to your left or to your right.

Straight ahead.

As you gaze upon it,

Allow yourself to move forward towards it.

Bring yourself closer and closer.

Notice what you feel in this moment.

Once you've come into contact with the tree,

Place your palms against it.

Notice the sensation of the texture.

Its very skin of the tree.

Take deep breaths here.

Notice that feeling.

Notice the way as you inhale,

The vibration from the tree through the palms into the body and into your heart.

Inhale all the way into your heart.

Notice how that feels.

Feel the pulsing of the tree and the pulsing of your heartbeat to be synchronized.

Feel that.

Notice what you feel.

Allow that sensation to become more powerful the more you breathe.

Feel the pulsing of the tree into your heart.

Gently allow your arms to wrap around,

Having your chest against the tree feel that deep contact.

Feel your heart pulsing deeper and the tree pulsing deeper.

Breathe here.

Notice how you feel emotionally.

Notice if any visions come to mind.

Breathe deeper through this feeling.

Notice how your heart feels.

Notice how you respond to the feeling of your heart.

Envision your eyes closing looking into the darkness and feeling that deep connection between your heart and the pulsing of the tree.

Slow down through your breathing and gently breathe back into your heart.

Feel your inhales expanding it.

Your exhales releasing it.

Inhale expanding.

Exhale releasing.

Notice the difference in the sensation of your heart now.

Notice how you feel.

Feel an inhale pushing the heart away from the body holding onto the breath.

Exhale through the mouth Breathing in out through the nose.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

Notice where you feel heaviness.

Notice the firming of the ground below you.

Become aware of your body as you wiggle through the toes and the fingers rolling through the wrists and the ankles.

Gently from here bend through the knees if you're laying down and gently lift your way up into seated.

As we're seated take the palms together into a prayer pose.

Place it against the heart.

Notice the sensation of your heartbeat.

Notice how you feel in this moment.
