Namaste my beloved friends.
Today I will share one of the simplest meditation technique with you.
This meditation technique is really powerful.
And if you can practice this meditation technique for 3 to 5 days.
It will help you a lot to grow your consciousness.
And you can realize a lot of things inside you.
For this meditation technique you don't need any special equipment.
Or you don't need to sit or lay down in any specific position or posture.
This meditation technique is so simple.
It is said that this meditation technique is more than 5,
000 years old.
So you can practice this simplest meditation technique when you are having food.
Or when you are working in your office.
Or when you are just laying down at your home.
So try to practice this meditation technique for 3 to 5 days.
And if you feel something is happening inside you.
Then just stick to this meditation.
And if you don't feel anything then just wait for the next meditation.
And try to practice that meditation for 3 to 5 days.
This simplest meditation technique.
You have to be just a little conscious about your breath.
Yes,
While being conscious about your breath.
You will become so conscious and you will be centered inside you.
And you will get that essential core of your own being.
But just being conscious about your breath will not work in that sense.
So I will guide you how you have to become conscious about your breath.
You have always breath.
I can say since you have born you are breathing.
And without breathing a human body cannot exist.
So when you breath,
Whether you are in the office or you are laying down.
Or you are working your home chores.
If you can become just a little aware about two points in your breath.
Then these two breath points can bring you to that center point of your own being.
But where are these points?
These points are when you are breathing in and out.
Yes,
Let's breath with me.
When you breath in and your breath ends then there is a point inside your belly.
Just before exhaling your breath.
Let's breath again.
And yes,
There is a point when your inhaling ends.
And before exhaling just a little point for a mini second.
There is a point.
You have to just become little conscious about that pause in this breath.
Let's try again.
And you will realize there is a pause just before exhaling.
The same way when you exhale your breath.
Before inhaling there is another pause.
Yes,
Try it again.
And then there is very little pause after exhaling the breath.
And before inhaling.
So you can simply observe two pauses in your breath.
Maybe you have never observed these breath points.
Maybe the first time you have observed there are two pauses in your breath.
Yes,
These two points or these two pauses can make a very big difference in your life.
And whenever you are breathing in.
Just try to become a little conscious on that pause.
And in the same way when you are exhaling.
Try to become a little conscious on that break or on that pause of your breath.
So there are two pauses in every breath.
You are inhaling and exhaling.
Just become conscious about these two pauses.
Try to practice this meditation technique for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Try to just be conscious on these two pauses of a breath.
And within couple of days you will feel that an immense peace has arisen in you.
And this peace is guiding you something more deeper down to your center.
And very soon you will realize that you are merging yourself in these two pauses.
For this meditation technique you don't need to sit in any posture or in position.
Wherever you are just try to give little consciousness or little attention to these pauses.
And these pauses when you don't breathe actually will guide you to the whole universe,
To the happiness,
To your own being.
So wherever you are try to practice this simplest meditation and it will make a big difference.
Try this meditation with your friends.
And you don't have to practically do any physical or mental zigzag in that.
You have to just be and you have to just be a little conscious about two pauses in your breath.
So I will again explain this whenever you inhale.
Then there is a pause in your belly and then when you exhale there is a pause at your nose tip.
So these two pauses are enough to bring you to your consciousness.
Just remain closed eyes and then practice it.
Then practice these two pauses and one of the most best time can be in the night when everything is silent.
If you have any questions or queries regarding these two points just ask sending you lots of lots of love.
And I hope this meditation will help thousands and thousands of people,
Thousands and thousands of beloved friends all around the world.
Sending you all lots of love.
Namaste.
Thank you.
