Hello there beautiful one,

My name is Faith Hunter and welcome to my Gratitude Affirmation Meditation.

Gratitude is not just a feeling,

It is a practice that enriches our lives by connecting us with the beauty of the present moment and all of the abundance that surrounds us.

This Gratitude Meditation will begin with some very grounding exercises to connect you to your mind and your body and then I will follow that up with the affirmations that are designed to cultivate a sense of deep loving gratitude.

Let's begin.

I want you to find a really quiet,

Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

The key here is to get comfortable and relax.

Whenever you're ready,

Close your eyes and then start to take a few deep breaths in and out of your nose.

Allow these cleansing breaths to nourish you,

Expand your lung capacity,

And know that as you exhale you are letting go of tension and stress.

Continue to breathe and start to imagine yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a sense of calm.

I want you to bring your focus into your body,

From the soles of the feet to the crown of your head and feel the earth supporting you,

Cradling you.

Allow your entire weight to melt into the earth.

Then start to visualize some roots growing from your body down into the earth,

Anchoring you there,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

With each inhale and exhale,

I want you to draw up and feel that sense of stability and strength that the earth is giving you.

And of course,

As you exhale,

Let go,

Release all the distractions and maybe even say to yourself,

I am here,

I am grounded,

I am safe.

I am here,

I am grounded,

I am safe.

Now begin to bring your awareness right between the center of your chest,

Your heart chakra,

That place of love,

Compassion,

Understanding,

And forgiveness.

Imagine a warm light starting to glow from your chest,

And this warm light is getting bigger and brighter with each breath that you take.

This warm light represents gratitude.

It's radiating and filling you with love.

Begin to absorb the vibrations of these affirmations.

That's all you have to do,

Is listen and feel the energy.

And with each affirmation I share,

I want you to continue to visualize that warm light at the center of your chest expanding and getting bigger,

And bigger,

Sending you love,

Peace,

And joy.

I am grateful for the moments of my life.

I am thankful for the endless possibilities that each day holds.

I appreciate the people in my life who support and love me.

I am grateful for my body,

My health,

And the air that fills my lungs.

I cherish the challenges that help me grow and the success that builds my confidence.

I am thankful for the beauty that surrounds me in nature and in every day of my life.

I appreciate my journey and the lessons that I've learned along the way.

Allow all of these affirmations to resonate within you.

Feel the truth of those words as they integrate into your being.

Slowly begin to bring awareness back into the present moment.

And I invite you to take another deep breath in through your nose and then exhale slowly,

Feeling that sense of gratitude wash over you,

That gratitude that you cultivated.

Whenever you're ready,

Bring organic movement into your body,

Stretching,

Yawning,

Doing whatever you need to.

As the eyes gently blink open,

I want you to remember that gratitude is a powerful practice that shifts our perspective and brings light into our life.

Regularly pausing to acknowledge the good not only nurtures our soul but also enhances our overall well-being.

Embrace these moments of reflection.

Allow them to enrich your everyday life and be present with all the experiences.

Thank you so much for joining me for this gratitude practice.

Stay spiritually fly.

Ciao.
