Anxiety or negative thoughts that you may be carrying.

As you come up for air you feel renewed and refreshed.

As you leave the water you feel a sense of clarity and peace you haven't felt in a long time.

You allow yourself to sit down,

Enjoying the sun shining on you and warming you up,

Energizing you from the inside out.

As you sit there in this peaceful place,

Getting fueled by the sun,

Allow yourself to listen to positive suggestions that will be communicated and accepted on every level of your body and mind.
