Wholeness,
A breath of abundance.
Today I'm gonna talk about why am I on the liquid path,
Why do I choose to consume liquid nourishment,
Completely unstructured right off the bat,
When the colon is clean and there is no food either in the stomach or the intestines.
The superhighway of nerves,
The nerve endings in the colon which are infinitely greater than the ones in your brain,
Can communicate with your brain.
I don't take things personally at all.
I flow from one moment to the next.
If you want to look at it in terms of frames per second in the movie,
It's like the difference between 180 pixels.
There's more little images between the big images.
Let's say you're looking at a tree over there and then you want to look at a tree over there.
When I'm purely on liquids,
Between looking over there and completely shifting the focus over there,
There is so much in between that you don't notice if there's food inside you.
There's a thing that solid food does.
It makes things a little bit more angular,
A little bit more difficult to maneuver.
It gives you a different character.
It gives you like a pinball machine type of feeling in life where suddenly people and situations are kind of bumping into you.
Whereas if you're purely on liquids and you've cleaned out your colon sufficiently so that almost every liquid you intake is very quickly digested,
Ingested,
Absorbed and your digestion works very well.
If you get yourself to this place,
Your energy field becomes stable.
All the little sounds,
All the little things,
Your emotions and other people's emotions do not,
You're not hooked into them.
Everything flows,
Which is,
I mean,
It makes sense that you yourself become more fluent and liquid,
More hydrated.
Your mind is more hydrated.
I find myself that there's not a time in a day where I feel sleepy,
Where I feel,
Okay,
I want to lie down a little bit.
It's just a little dip and you take two or three breaths and the engine is kind of always there.
It's a different kind of energy.
It's your own innate energy.
There is no,
There are no gaps of not knowing where you are,
Who you are,
What is happening.
You are just present all the time.
You're just present all of the time.
From one moment to the next and you're not afraid of the next moment and you allow your body to move.
You're allowing your body to flow.
Another thing is that if I'm only on liquids,
Liquids,
The body's intelligence becomes so keen and precise.
In human design terms,
I would say the spleen becomes refined,
Your survival instinct.
So because you're fueling your body only with the most optimal thing and you're not burdening it with anything that's gonna take energy from the body,
That also translates into the body on its own almost thanking you for doing that.
The body then on its own starts moving away from people that might drain,
Starts not doing things that are not giving it energy.
So the more good fuel and the less bad fuel you put in your body,
The more your own body starts saying,
Yes thank you finally,
Finally the thing we need after all these years.
And then the body starts going,
Okay now I'm gonna drive us,
Now I'm gonna take us where we need to go,
Now I'm gonna take us away from all the all the stuff before.
Fear disappears,
Fear of the future,
Fear of lack,
Your breath expands.
If I exchange 15 minutes of mouth pleasure of swallowing and chewing,
Even though there are ways like eating a watermelon but not swallowing it,
Just using your mouth as a juicer.
Another thing is so many things you usually don't notice that are beautiful around you,
Now you suddenly have the bandwidth to notice them and absorb them.
It's like you start eating with your eyes,
It's like every single tree now that's around me here and every single step I place on the grass with my feet and every flower and every person that smiles to you,
This becomes food,
This becomes nourishing in a way that you cannot,
It's almost like the body rejects this type of energy if it's filled with dense solid matter.
You take it with your eyes,
You take it with your breath,
However you cannot take it in if the if the digestion is not clean,
If the digestion is not working.
Why am I on the liquid diet?
Why am I on the liquid path?
Because it feels so effortless,
It feels like I'm close to my inner child,
Like I've been burdening my body with all of this matter that comes into you and comes out of you the same.
The only thing that gets absorbed is water.
Anything we put in ourselves,
It's only the water in it that you can actually absorb.
And then the same watermelon residue that you might spit out is the same thing that's going to come out of your other end.
Same,
If you don't chew the seeds,
The seeds come out whole.
So why do we need to have this matter inside of us?
It's like an obstruction.
The main thing are the emotions.
The main,
Main thing are the emotions where I can not get hooked into conflict.
I do not get hooked into conflict.
I do not need to prove myself.
I just pack up and leave.
It's going with the flow.
It really is a liquid state of being,
A flowing state of being.
Why am I mostly a liquidarian?
Chronic breathing and enjoying liquids,
Watermelon juice,
Cantaloupe,
Grape juice,
Green juice.
When we eat too much,
We become scared.
This breaks your energy field.
When I'm on liquids,
I don't feel the breaking of the field.
I feel like it's one continuous stream of energy and consciousness.
It's just there.
It's just there and it's on.
It's just always on.
It's just there and it's on.
It's just always on.
And the solid food breaks that and you become,
We become scared.
It's like reality becomes angular.
It's like you need,
You need to bump into things to know where you are and who you are.
You need resistance.
You need that solid feeling and that's because that's the tumbling effect that's inside you.
It's the solid matter bumping alongside of you or in the worst case scenarios,
It sticks.
It just sticks inside of us.
There's just no fear.
It's just looking at opportunities.
Time slows down.
You don't need so much sleep at all and then the days are endless.
And you just have ideas what you want to do and your mind is there with you.
Your mind is there with you at all times.
You can hear your own thoughts maybe for the first time in your life.
You can hear your own thoughts maybe for the first time ever and your mind is there with you.
When we overeat,
When we eat dense foods,
The mind is no longer there as a companion.
The mind is an observer and it's hijacked by other thoughts.
I also have to tell you that when you go on liquids for long enough and when you clean yourself out with fasting and juicing and enemas and reducing the diet,
Which is a long-term process,
Parts of your identity fall away.
You have no need to prove things.
You don't need to.
You don't have a need for conflict,
For validation.
And it's a present liquid state.
A present liquid state.
