Hello and welcome.

If you're here,

You may be looking for support with processing a recent miscarriage.

By taking time for yourself during this meditation,

You're kindly inviting in any feelings you have around your pregnancy loss and acknowledging them as a normal part of your healing process as you honor your loss with loving support.

Beginning by finding a comfortable posture.

And as you arrive here,

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to deepen.

Bringing your awareness to your body and visualizing it as deeply relaxed.

Noticing any lingering feelings of tension slowly beginning to soften and fade as you gently breathe in and out.

Your awareness becoming more expansive with each inhale and exhale.

Perhaps inviting in your deepest breath since your pregnancy loss.

Gently guiding your awareness into your body.

Tuning in to your own innate wisdom.

Honoring whatever you may need in this moment as you breathe into any feelings of hurt,

Defeat,

Or anything else that could be emerging for you.

Allowing your awareness to continue to open and expand as you invite in compassion towards yourself and your journey.

Allowing your awareness to continue to open and expand as you breathe into any feelings of hurt.

As you settle into this space,

Being with any thoughts or emotions that are arising around your miscarriage,

It can be helpful to first acknowledge what you're feeling as normal.

Helping yourself to find comfort in knowing that right now in this moment,

Other women are grieving alongside you.

Your healing hearts are all connected and your stories are forever bound together.

Knowing this,

Allow yourself to show up as the wise and compassionate friend you need within this moment.

Holding any emotions of worry,

Blame,

Anger,

Or anything else within the gentleness of a forgiving heart,

Letting yourself receive support,

Trusting that any clouds of hopelessness or loneliness you may feel won't last forever.

Simply holding space for yourself and the loss of your baby with openness,

Kindness,

And compassion.

Imagining now that you could send a message to your baby,

Sharing with them whatever you would like within this space,

Allowing this message to move through your heart and out into the world.

Each and every word clearly heard like a symphony of comfort stringing together.

Lingering in this awareness for a few moments,

Connecting with yourself and continuing to expand through your heart as you observe whatever arises with love and compassion.

Elitist AA Guiding your awareness into your heart.

Feeling your breath rise and fall here.

Recognizing that by inviting in this loving connection,

You're allowing any waves of grief to move through you,

While also creating a safe space of healing to take place deep within.

Feeling each in-breath and out-breath flowing gently through you.

And if you wish to continue meditating,

Please remain doing so for as long as you would like.

Or if you'd prefer,

Simply conclude at the end of this recording.
