Hello and welcome.

Beginning by finding a comfortable posture,

Either seated in a chair with your feet flat and your spine long,

Or perhaps laying down if that feels more supportive.

Finding this space to be a judgment-free zone,

A place to feel safe and just be with what you're experiencing in this moment,

With kindness towards all that emerges.

And as you arrive here,

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to deepen,

Bringing your awareness to your body and visualizing it as deeply relaxed,

Allowing any areas of tightness to soften.

Breathing in and out,

Fully and deeply,

As you become more present with each cycle of breath.

Perhaps observing how it would feel to just be okay with not feeling okay in this moment.

Bringing your attention into the present moment.

Giving yourself permission to experience heartache,

Sadness,

Or anything else that may be arising within you.

Simply accepting all that is present here as you allow kindness and compassion to enter you.

Breathing in and out,

Fully and deeply,

As you become more present with each cycle of breath.

Breathing in and out,

Fully and deeply,

As you allow kindness and compassion to enter you.

As you notice any waves of grief from your pregnancy loss,

It can be helpful to first acknowledge not feeling okay as normal.

Remembering you don't have to force yourself to feel a certain way and that by simply observing your emotions,

You are honoring what is arising within you as part of your natural healing process.

Knowing this,

Allow yourself to show up in this moment without needing to fix or change the way you feel.

Holding any emotions of worry,

Sadness,

Or anything else you may be experiencing with the gentleness of your loving heart.

Giving yourself permission to experience what you're feeling as okay,

As you invite a kind acceptance into all corners of your being.

Listening now that you could mentally scan your entire body,

Starting from the top of your head through your fingertips and toes and pausing at any areas of your body that need love.

Breathing deeply into these places that maybe feel unsettled,

Just being with your emotional landscape and inviting in an acceptance of all your feeling.

Breathing in this awareness for a few more breaths.

Staying present with yourself and the space around you as you continue to expand through your heart.

Breathing in this awareness for a few more breaths.

Guiding your awareness into your heart,

Feeling the breath rise and fall here.

Realizing that by inviting acceptance within you,

You're allowing any waves of judgment to pass through you,

Like wind effortlessly flowing and passing through the branches of a tree.

Creating a safe and grounded space within you for healing to take place that will carry with you now and always.

Starting to bring your attention back to your body and the space you're in.

Realizing each in-breath and each out-breath moving deeply through you.

And if you wish to continue meditating,

Please remain doing so for as long as you would like.

Or if you'd prefer,

Simply conclude at the end of this recording,

Knowing that the feeling you cultivated here may stay with you throughout the rest of your day.

Great meditation for pregnancy loss. A note to the creators: as of now, there’s no mention in the meditation description that that’s what this meditation focuses on. You might want to change that. I only found this one because I had done some of your other meditations on the subject of miscarriage/loss and figured this would be on the same subject.
