Before the day picks up speed,
Before the demands and expectations pull you outward,
I invite you now to accept this invitation of pause.
Allowing yourself to arrive here now,
Breathing in deeply and exhaling fully.
Allowing the body to settle into this moment.
Right now,
Nothing else is required of you.
There is nowhere to rush,
Just this moment.
Just your breath.
Just the quiet strength that already lives within you.
Empty the lungs completely and with an intentional inhale,
Following the breath with the awareness as it inflates the belly,
Travels to and through the chest and out the nose.
Once again,
Emptying the lungs completely and inhaling from the bottom of your belly,
Using the awareness to travel with the breath to and through your chest and noticing the sensation as you exhale through the nose.
Once more,
Emptying the lungs completely and inhaling from the bottom of the belly,
Traveling with the breath to and through the chest and noticing the subtle sensation at the end of the nostrils as you exhale through the nose.
Success isn't built on exhaustion and burnout,
It's built on a foundation of ease,
Trust and deep self-connection.
We've been conditioned to associate growth with struggle,
To believe that if we're not pushing,
Forcing or proving,
We're falling behind.
But real sustainable success isn't about constantly chasing,
It's about learning to hold success with ease.
Comfort is queen.
Not complacency,
But the kind of deep embodied comfort that allows your nervous system to exhale.
The comfort of knowing you are safe to expand.
The comfort of feeling at home in your own body,
In your own decisions,
In the way you show up.
And this isn't something you just think your way into.
It's something you train into your system every time you let yourself slow down without guilt.
Every time you soften into trust instead of grasping for control.
Every time you allow yourself to feel the ease you've been chasing all along.
Because when your mind and body learn to feel safe in ease,
Success stops feeling like something you have to hustle for and starts becoming something you naturally attract and create.
Shifting the awareness to the whole body.
Becoming aware of the whole body.
Noticing how it is to have the body rest in this position.
The weight of the hands on the knees.
The weight of the body on the surface you're connected with.
And breathing into the space of the whole body.
Body being breathed.
Noticing any sensations beneath the surface.
Any points of tension,
A fluttering heart.
The gentle rise and fall of the chest as you inhale and exhale.
And taking a moment right now to breathe into any space within where you notice any tension.
Any discomfort.
Breathing into this space.
And allowing the breath to expand and fill the body up.
Body being breathed.
Scanning from the top of the head.
Using the awareness to travel downward all the way to the toes.
And breathing into any tension points or unease along the way.
Now from your toes following the awareness all the way up to the crown of your head.
And breathing into the space of any tension points along the way.
Inhaling through the nose.
And exhaling through the nose.
Following the breath from the bottom of the belly.
Inhaling through the nose.
And exhaling through the nose.
Grounding more and more into the present moment with each passing breath.
Now in your mind's eye.
I invite you to raise the following questions.
And notice what answers emerge.
Not from the analytical mind.
But simply from a space of awareness.
The answers may emerge as a simple word or phrase.
A color.
An image.
A sensation.
An emotion.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhaling out any resistance.
Any tension.
Any overthinking.
Now becoming aware of the heart space.
Feeling the connection to yourself.
And asking.
How do I want to move through today?
How do I want to move through today?
Taking a moment to see what emerges.
Now shifting to the question.
What would it feel like to approach success with ease?
What would it feel like to approach success with ease?
And seeing what emerges.
Now the last and final question.
What do I need to remember to stay in my personal power?
What do I need to remember to stay in my personal power?
Creating a pocket of space for an answer to emerge.
And if it doesn't,
That's okay too.
Whatever came up for you.
Trust it.
And release it out into the world around you.
Into the universe around you.
Not grasping to hold it close.
But trusting that you are supported along the way.
In your mind's eye repeating.
