Hey there,

My name is Violetta and welcome to your practice.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up today and creating a pocket of space out of your busy schedule just for you.

This is your time to pause,

To reconnect with the deep well of serenity within you,

And in this space you will be guided to release the anxiety,

Overthinking,

And burnout that can arise from your relentless pursuit of excellence and success.

Here,

You are free to rest,

To heal,

And to remember who you truly are and what's important to you,

Beyond the busyness,

Beyond the responsibilities,

Beyond the ambition,

And all of the things pulling on your attention.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Comfort is queen,

And if it feels comfortable for you to do so,

I invite you to close down the eyes and begin to turn your awareness inward,

Focusing on the breath.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And then exhale fully,

Letting go of any tension or worries you may be carrying.

Widening your awareness now to notice how the breath feels in the body.

Perhaps it's moving through fluidly,

Effortlessly,

Or maybe there's a little bit of tension or stress attached to it.

As you inhale,

Deepen the breath just a little bit more,

Filling your lungs completely,

And on the exhale,

Letting go of any tension or worries you may be carrying.

Continue breathing deeply and naturally,

With each inhale drawing in peace,

And with each exhale,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Gently begin to bring your awareness to the crown of your head,

The crown of your head.

Feel a soft,

Warm light entering here,

Spreading relaxation throughout your scalp and neck,

Your neck and shoulders,

Your neck and shoulders,

Your neck and shoulders.

Let this light melt away any furrowed brows or tightness in your temples,

Inviting a sense of ease into your mind.

Allow the light to flow down into your face,

Awareness on the face,

Releasing tension in your jaw,

Your neck,

And shoulders,

Jaw and neck.

Jaw,

Neck,

Shoulders.

Feel your shoulders soften and drop away from your ears,

Letting go of the burdens they carry.

The soothing light now moves down your arms and into your hands and out through your fingertips,

Releasing any strain or stress.

Awareness is on your arms,

Moving into your hands,

And out through the fingertips,

Releasing any strain or stress.

Feel this wave of relaxation moving through your chest now,

Your heart center.

Awareness is on the heart center.

Imagine the light gently expanding here,

Opening your heart to receive all the love,

Peace,

And fulfillment you deserve.

Breathe deeply into this space,

Allowing yourself to feel nurtured and held and supported here.

Now feel the light flowing into your abdomen,

Your solar plexus.

Awareness is on the solar plexus,

Where your power and will reside.

Here,

Imagine releasing any tightness,

Any Imagine releasing any tightness,

Any need to control,

Any anxiety about the future.

Let your breath soften this space,

Bringing in trust and a deep sense of inner security.

The light continues down into your hips,

Your thighs,

And your knees,

Releasing any tension held in your lower body,

Grounding you into the earth,

Into the present moment.

Awareness is on the hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Releasing any tension held in the lower body,

Grounding even more into the here and now.

Finally,

Feel this light traveling down to your feet,

Anchoring you,

Connecting you with the earth's stability and strength.

Awareness is on your feet,

Connecting with that sense of anchoring,

Stability,

And strength.

Connecting with that sense of anchoring,

Stability,

And strength.

Now,

In this state of deep relaxation,

I invite you to visualize yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful,

Serene forest.

The air is fresh,

Filled with the scent of pine and the sound of rustling leaves.

The path before you is one of ease and peace.

Take a moment to notice your surroundings with all of your senses.

What do you see?

What do you smell?

What do you sense within the body?

What do you feel?

And how do you notice this moment in this beautiful,

Serene forest?

As you walk into the forest,

Notice how each step feels lighter.

The burdens of overthinking,

The heavy weight of expectation,

The relentless drive to be more,

Do more,

Slowly begin to dissolve with each step you take.

Right here,

Right now,

However you are,

Is enough.

In this space,

You come upon a crystal-clear stream.

The water is inviting,

Reflecting the light of the sun.

This stream represents your inner flow,

Your true nature.

Kneel down and cup your hands,

Dipping them into the cool water,

Refreshing water,

Connecting with the sensation of coolness on the surface of the water.

As you breathe into the water,

Notice how your with the sensation of coolness on your hands.

As you drink from the stream,

Feel its healing energy filling you up,

Washing away any remnants of anxiety or doubt.

The water clears your mind,

Soothes your nervous system,

And restores your energy.

As you rise,

Notice a wise,

Gentle presence beside you.

This is your inner guide,

The wise part of you,

The embodiment of your deepest wisdom and intuition.

She is the part of you that knows you are enough,

Just as you are.

She smiles at you with deep love She smiles at you with deep love and compassion,

Reminding you that you do not need to carry the world on your shoulders.

Take a moment to rest in her presence,

And notice how it feels to witness the love in her eyes and compassion on her face,

Looking back at you.

She places her hand on your heart and whispers,

You are worthy of rest.

You are deserving of joy.

You are allowed to let go.

Feel these words resonating within you,

Touching any wounds of unworthiness,

The fear of failure,

And the belief that you must always strive to prove yourself.

Now,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I release the need to be perfect.

I trust in my inherent worth and value.

I honor my boundaries and prioritize my well-being.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

I release the need to be perfect.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling these affirmations settling into your being,

And exhale,

Releasing any remaining tension.

Taking a moment to be in this resonance and simply noticing what's changed,

If at all,

And how this moment feels right now.

As we come to the end of our practice,

I invite you to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the breath,

Wiggling your fingers and toes to gently awaken the body more and more.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing with you the peace,

The clarity,

And the profound sense of worthiness you have connected with today.

Remember,

You are not defined by your achievements,

But by the light that you bring into the world.

You are enough,

You are loved,

And you are exactly where you need to be.

Carry this serenity with you,

Knowing that you can return to this place of peace whenever you need to.
