Welcome,

I'm Jolie Wilson and I'm going to take you through this seven minute ecstatic breath work journey.

Before we get started,

I want to tell you that if you are breathing correctly,

You cannot physiologically be anxious,

Stressed,

Worried,

Depressed,

Agitated,

Angry,

Or any of those low vibrational emotions.

They cannot exist.

So important to note,

Most people breathe 14 to 16 breaths per minute and that keeps you in fight or flight.

So learn to start breathing better,

Fuller,

Deeper throughout your day.

This ecstatic breath work will be two rounds of 30 breaths with a little fun in between.

One hand to belly,

One hand to heart.

The first breath is through the belly,

Open mouth.

The second into the chest and let it fall out.

Okay,

Let's get started.

Three,

Two,

One.

If you can,

Resist the first urges to breathe.

One in through the nose,

Deep inhale.

Hold the breath at the top.

Pull up your pelvic floor,

Draw energy up through and into the body.

As we release,

Invitation to laugh,

Let it go.

We can breathe a couple more rounds.

You may not feel like laughing,

That's okay.

You might just feel like sighing or making a bunch of noise or maybe you feel other emotions or tears.

Whatever is present,

Allow it to be.

Just breathe fully and deeply as we prepare for round two.

Let's take a deep breath together.

Let it go.

We begin in three,

Two,

Changes in temperature,

Vision,

Sensation,

Coolness.

These are natural and normal part of this breath work.

Hold the breath out if you must.

Half sip in,

Release it,

Hold.

Five,

Four,

Two,

One,

Deep inhale.

Hold the breath at the top.

Pull up the pelvic floor,

Draw energy up,

Draw navel into spine,

Hold and squeeze.

Again,

When we release,

Invitation to laugh or make noise,

Whatever you need.

Three,

Two,

One,

Let it go.

One minute breath retention,

Hold at the bottom.

Relax your entire body,

Float the world looking for gurus and spiritual teachers to tell them how to live,

How to heal,

How to be happy,

How to live by the secrets of life.

To only discover what's within them all of the time.

It's within you.

The only way out is through.

The only way through is to go within.

Soften.

Dream job,

Moving to dream location,

Dream life,

Dream partner,

Changes trauma,

But we all have hard traumas through physical practices.

Talk therapy is amazing.

It does not integrate trauma.

This was only seven minutes,

Just a little appetizer of all that is waiting for you in the breath work.
