Taurus Lunar Eclipse: Lilith And Juno Restored

This lunar eclipse is exceptionally intense as it not only comes two weeks after the Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse, but it touches one last time on the Scorpio/Taurus eclipse axis. The Sun in Scorpio invites us to look within for what may be beneath the surface as our own inner truths, while Luna in Taurus reminds us that we need to cultivate a deeper sense of grounding, and personal empowerment. The alignment with Lilith and Juno highlight the need for releasing old versions of feminine power lurking in the collective consciousness. This full moon has the opportunity to illuminate for us how we are subconsciously running old/outdated programming that was put into the collective as a mechanism for domination over the divine feminine.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Welcome to the full moon in Taurus which is also a lunar eclipse.

This event is exact at 123 p.

M.

On October 28th,

2023.

We are living in such big times right now and this eclipse season is no exception.

I know I've been saying this for a while.

I get the sense that this process is going to take a little bit of time but the blessings that are here during this eclipse are huge and the types of changes that we're going to be experiencing internally very likely that will affect our external world are going to be transformational.

Parts of us are going to be dying so that parts of us can be reborn and while this journey might feel intense we can find some security and comfort and an ability to let go even a little bit more knowing that this is a journey of self-healing.

This is our soul's journey because our soul has a mission and it's worth noting that just after this eclipse on the 28th we have October 31st,

Excuse me,

Celebration of those who have crossed over.

So we're going to be going through some sort of a life-death rebirth experience very likely.

I'll get to what this might be about but first let's let's take a bigger picture look for a second.

So the full moon,

Luna is in Taurus.

Taurus is fixed feminine earth ruled by Venus and we not only have the moon in Taurus we have six planets in fixed signs.

So this can feel both a sense of steadfastness,

A sense of groundedness,

A sense of determination but we might also feel a little bit of stuckness and part of the the portal the beyond linear time and space nature of an eclipse is that we're going to be receiving messages through the things that we notice,

The things that happen around us,

The things that happen to us,

The things that we are doing.

Some of those messages might be that we're right on target,

Others might be supporting us and letting it go.

With all this fixity if there's something that isn't working to release.

So full moons in general are times of realizations.

The eclipses when there's a full moon a lunar eclipse is no exception.

It's a reset.

It's a reset because the the earth Gaia herself is essentially blocking the Sun's light to the moon and this is happening in the sign of fixed feminine earth.

So this means that when the earth is blocking the Sun's light the Sun is our external 3d self.

Gaia herself is blocking the Sun's light to the moon,

Our inner world signaling an inner reset.

An inner reset about our relationship to our planet,

About our relationship to this physical world,

About our soul's purpose in this body in this lifetime.

And the realizations might be as I mentioned a little bit about our self-narrative.

Simply maybe there's some self-limiting beliefs that are ready to be released during this reset.

But with this eclipse this the Sun is in Scorpio and Luna is in Taurus.

So Sun is saying encouraging us to.

.

Sun in Scorpio is encouraging us to look within.

Luna in Taurus is encouraging us to look within for what we need to feel grounded,

To feel present,

To feel empowered.

But the Scorpionic energy is supporting us in digging deeper and opening up to realizations about how our subconscious or really it's our collectively programmed subconscious.

There's so much thought forms that are in the ether that are up for revision that may have just been in the air the moment we took our first breath that we did not create but that we have been influenced by.

This type of collective programming can feel very much like our own inner world,

Our own inner talk.

Because it's so subconsciously internalized it can be limiting.

So really the letting go is releasing the limitations we might not even know we have.

How is it that we think we need to be,

To do,

To look,

To behave in order to be worthy?

In order to be these beacons of light and love that we truly are meant to be?

And in what bigger ideas,

What bigger causes and understandings can we embrace and embody as we release our limitations?

So during a full moon the Sun is always opposite the Moon.

Sun and Moon are opposite each other so that Sun and Scorpio,

Luna and Taurus look within for what needs,

What we need to feel grounded and connected to the earth and for what needs to be released.

What's keeping us from feeling so connected and abundant and open to everyone and everything.

What are those things that are up for revision,

Up for release during this opposition of the Sun and the Moon?

It's also worth noting that the Sun and the Moon are both squared Pluto and Capricorn.

This is this overarching backdrop energy that's part of the massive reboot and rebirth,

Death rebirth of the world that we live in.

So this is signaling that this inner journey,

The inner voices,

The messaging from the collective that we've absorbed,

Likely subconsciously because at this point we've all been in it.

We've all been working with the energies and there's still more layers.

These layers are about how we're connected to the collective and the collective has these as I mentioned these thought forms that so many people have contributed to in the past that they've really felt were true but that no longer serve us where we stand right now.

So it's up to us to be open to those realizations.

Pluto's here to help us with that process.

Squares are breakdown and breakthrough to get to the other side.

We also have a wonderful series of trines and sextiles.

Trines and sextiles are very positive energy.

The sextile is a 60 degree separation.

So let's back up.

So this is when when two planets,

Two celestial bodies are interacting with each other in the sky.

So we start off with the conjunction where they're sitting right next to each other or on top of each other.

When that happens that can be a glorious union of things moving forward but it can also be if you don't like your roommate and they leave dirty dishes in the sink it can also be a little bit of a bristling feeling.

Sextiles get easier than conjunctions.

With the 60 degree difference they're in highly compatible elements.

Two different planets,

Two different celestial bodies are in highly compatible elements.

So this is helping us to feel support,

To feel that there's opportunities,

To feel that we can make things happen,

That things can happen for us.

So this is very perfect and fortunate energy and a trine is some astrologists would say is even more fortunate.

This is when the celestial bodies are in the same element,

Not just highly compatible elements.

They breathe and live and move in a very similar way.

So let's get to what this means for us.

So we have the Sun trine Saturn and the Moon sextile Saturn for start.

So trines and sextiles are about these opportunities,

This compatibility,

This feeling of support.

Saturn is the planet often simply seen as a planet of karma and restriction but I would offer the restrictions that we feel,

Those limitations are really to support us and in grounding things down from our higher dimensional consciousness to be able to create them and weave them into the world in which we live.

So Saturn is a helpful energy and the Sun and the Moon are in these highly compatible relationships with Saturn.

This means that we get to trust what comes up.

Whatever makes itself known that might feel a little bit challenging,

Might feel a little bit like here we go again,

Might feel a little bit like isn't this over yet?

We're being supported in releasing even more for ourselves and for the collective because as I'm mentioning whatever's left right now that doesn't serve us is likely been something that's been put into the collective a very long time ago and it's up to us to release it.

So the restrictions that Saturn is gonna bring through right now are really simply restrictions so that we are almost gonna be forced to let go.

The next trine sextile configuration we have is with black moon Lilith.

We have the Sun sextile and the moon trine Lilith.

Lilith is in Virgo.

Virgo is mutable feminine earth.

Luna is in Taurus,

Fixed feminine earth.

Sun is in Scorpio,

Fixed feminine water.

All of those are introverted signs.

I hope you can see how this trine sextile action is really helping this symbiosis.

And what is the symbiosis here?

Well it's wonderful because during this eclipse,

During this intense energy,

During this opposition of the Sun and the moon,

We have wonderful and powerful Lilith showing up.

Lilith,

I've mentioned before,

Is interesting.

She's an interesting rendition of the female divine feminine archetype and if we look at it historically we can see how the divine feminine has been slandered or maligned or disempowered by this story.

Lilith was the precursor to Eve.

She was said not to be made from Adam's rib as Eve was because Adam needed a helper in the Garden of Eden.

Lilith was in many cultures likely even came first and her her slander was a strong word I realized but she's she's known as a baby eating goddess to get to what a winged demon she's she's somebody that even in Jewish folklore she was they they say she was the first woman ever created but Lilith because she's bold and independent she refused to accept Adam as her superior she wanted to be treated as his equal and it's said that Adam when confronted by Lilith about these inequalities forced himself on her and she fled the Garden of Eden taking the form of an owl and then she exiled herself to the Red Sea where she found her freedom.

In Jewish folklore they say she copulated with demons and gave birth to thousands of children and became a baby eating demon monster.

Interestingly enough woven in there and this isn't just Jewish mythology this is Babylonian Greek this is just and very likely there's deeper versions in the text that we cannot find and read about Lilith's story but when we would look at her as the first woman and her refusal to lose her equal space she understood the the need for the yin and the yang to be equally present the need for the divine feminine to be equal-footed with divine masculine so as we descend into times of darkness this woman becomes something to be feared but instead of her being feared I would offer right now that this is perfect this is part of us embracing and embodying the beautiful harmony of divine masculine and divine feminine within ourselves so what is some of the programming subconsciously that's still a few layers deep about the energy of this goddess the first woman to know she was equal to a man not above not below just equal how can we invite her in for strength for confidence for sensuality for healing and especially for moving beyond any this is where the Sun and Scorpio is perfect is anything that's beneath the surface that's toxic that just won't work anymore Lilith's here to help us release to remember to remind us excuse me how to live authentically how to find our souls voice and to release anything that might even feel like an inner demon any past grief any past pain any past trauma can be released so that we really can connect with our true primordial creative power that's a lot but that's precisely why I'm saying this eclipse in this eclipse season and then we have another one coming in 2024 that I'm so excited about this is the energy that's in the air and let's get next to the net the the final trine and sextile we have again the Sun sextile in the moon trine Juno Juno is a goddess within equally interesting story to say the least equally sort of disempowering story if we consider Lilith and Juno Juno would be the equivalent of the Greek goddess Hera in the mythology that we know today and so Hera if you remember was the wife of Zeus who was a philandering husband and while she never cheated on him she was always seen as just this angry vengeful a little bit of a loose cannon type of a female because she had all this pent-up energy but if we look at what she was pent up about we can we can get a glimpse kind of like the myth of Lilith we can dig a little deeper and get to the both these female archetypes that aren't the most savory stories to read they're both speaking to they're showing us the wounding of the divine feminine the collective wounding by not holding masculine and feminine as equal peers all right so let's dig a little bit deeper into what we know about Juno.

Juno is married to the Roman God Jupiter and she's traditionally been concerned with all the aspects of women's lives and in this modern world that could be a little bit of a heavy responsibility and even in the ancient world that was a heavy responsibility she was also come to be written about as a powerful military goddess she had oracular powers and she was a very if we look around there's a lot of different stories just there's this complexity about her and I believe this speaks to her underlying innate primordial power and the complexity might be something that we're ready to release some of that complexity could be stories that are woven to keep us from connecting with her and from understanding her there's some compelling connections between Juno Lucina and her relationship to the moon and you know generally goddesses who are associated with the moon are also associated with some aspect of childbirth she was also associated with childbirth she was also associated with renewing the nature of cosmic time just as the menstrual cycle would be the the childbirth cycle cosmic time would be not just biological time but multi-dimensional time and while we know through most of the readings that Juno is married to Jupiter and and you know Juno's myth in the Roman literature runs very similar to Hera's myth so Juno married to Jupiter Hera married to Zeus these are troubled marriages and it's an interesting mirror that we can find when we look at what are the contemporary realities about gender roles what are the contemporary realities about what it means to have feminine energy versus masculine energy but in her role we get it we get a glimpse here renewing the nature of cosmic time her role in renewing time puts her in direct relationship with Janus Janus presides over the passage of time from the previous cycle to the subsequent cycle and if we think about time before the Greco-Roman world time before the Gregorian calendar these were lunar cycles so Janus presides over the passage of one lunar cycle to the next Juno helps that cycle thrive by lending it the strength of her vitality it has been suggested by some scholars and I would like to offer what you think about this that her original spouse was Janus not Jupiter when I hear that I kind of take a deep breath of relief because Juno and Janus seem to have much more symbiosis much more in common than Juno slash Hera in an unhealthy sort of toxic relationship with a man who had power over everything and a woman who had no power to control him subsequently lost her mind and didn't lose her mind but the actions of of Juno and Hera in response to Jupiter and Zeus they show their frustration but they also show that the pent-up emotion so so let's let's let's loop it back to Lilith here Lilith who sought to be a peer to Adam would not submit knew she was an equal Juno potentially not ever married a Jupiter which would mean potentially Hera may not ever been married to Zeus what if Juno's original spouse was Janus what if that symbiosis about cosmic time about the grand cycles of time I'm getting an image of the sacred geometry of the flower of life that these these harmonics that are present in the earth that that couple understood the harmony of divine masculine and divine feminine and they thrived but it does not serve when we descend into darkness to have women or anyone for that matter remember Juno and Janus in this light so just sit with that for a second and see how that feels for you all of that to remember that we have the Sun and the moon both square Pluto what in our subconscious collective is up for revision what about this this innate need we see we know we feel the need to rebalance reharmonize divine masculine and feminine what's still lurking beneath the surface for in plain sight also but it takes us with a new set of eyes to see the things that we hold as collectively true so Pluto's here to help us with this process of transformation Pluto's here to help us with this quote-unquote death and rebirth and this eclipses right before October 31st modernly we celebrate Halloween all ancient cultures knew that this was a time when the veil was thin this is a time to honor the dead this was a time to connect with other worlds with higher dimensions of consciousness how can we pivot how can we release how can we look within for what we really need to feel present and empowered and how can we release some of the subconscious collective programming so that we can have bigger ideas bigger visions so that we can expand and shine more brightly so I would offer that even though this is intense I hope that you can feel the the scorpionic passion of the intensity the right on time the grounded in Taurus but Scorpio's here to show us what's beneath our the surface for our eyes to now see fixed energy steadfast and determined but also if it feels stuck to release it let's go ahead and get to a practice find somewhere where you can sit comfortably with a straight spine or lie with a straight spine somewhere where you won't be disturbed close the door go outside silence the phone do whatever you need to do so that you can really take an eclipse journey and begin simply by finding your breath feeling the air come in through the nostrils feel it traveled on the back of your throat feel your chest rise call of your focus here and now to just simply feel your body feel your body breathing feel that miracle of you your conscious mind doesn't have to tell your body to breathe just like it doesn't have to tell your heart to beat take a moment to connect with your physical heart in your chest take a moment to also connect to your heart center and as you look at your heart center maybe notice how it looks right now wonder if it's pink if it's green if there's a flame there notice your heart center today as you're opening to the energies of this eclipse whether or not you do this exactly on October 28th at 1 23 p.

Does not matter the energies are here notice your heart maybe there's a gentle soft glow an eternal deeply knowing flame that's there maybe also there's a sense that it could be shining more brightly no judgment just observation now I invite you to travel with me to a space in the natural world that's deep in a forest a forest where there's grass beneath you the grass is soft there are flowers in the grass there's leaves of trees the canopy of trees overhead is spackled so that you can really see the light of stars through the trees and now notice as you're sitting here that there's all of this light coming from the moon and as Luna is shining down her light dappled through the canopy of trees her light hits some of the flowers and they seem to glow in this deep dark natural space you feel as if you're in another dimension as if nature is so alive and you can feel that all of the plants even the ground where you're seated or standing on as you're in this primordial woods space everything knows you feel how safe you feel and as you look up through the canopy of trees you can see Luna herself big and full she knows you she is reflecting the light of the Sun on her face and sweetly and softly shining it down onto everything onto you and lift your face up as she as she slowly moving she comes into this opening in the in the trees and the leaves and she's there so brightly and and just close your eyes and lift your heart and lift your face and connect to her and as you connect to her light in the background know that her light is the light of the Sun and that she and the Sun are in this wonderful dance with these two goddesses Lilith and Juno and as you make this connection the forest starts to come alive it starts to glow it's as if the flowers are reaching their faces up and finding the light of the moon so that everything is is welcoming these energies and again now feel how not only safe you are it's as if this is a celebration a homecoming everything in this forest knows you it's as if you've been here before and Luna herself knows you and if you're feeling like sitting down on the ground you can if you're standing them on the ground you can start to send your roots down through the soil ground yourself down feel the soft warmth of the earth beneath you and as you're rooting down just like a plant just like a tree feel how the ground itself is alive and it knows you move your roots around the tiny rocks maybe there's other roots that you get to mingle your roots with maybe there's a source of water send your roots deep and wide and feel how safe you feel how much this is a homecoming and then again lift your face and your heart up to connect with Luna herself and as the eclipse starts to happen Gaia is moving between blocking essentially the light of the Sun the moon so her face is starting to grow dark as the eclipse starts to happen you notice something very interesting the flowers still seem to glow the forest is somehow naturally even as the sky is going dark still alive as if it's celebrating this recent this this energetic reboot of the eclipse and at this point during this eclipse this is when the energies of Lilith and Juno you're looking up the light of the moon now she is darkened but you know she's there and these two goddesses are here to greet you keep your heart lifted keep your face lifted and feel the power of this primordial darkness these goddesses who know that everything comes from this type of energy this type of space allow them to show you how you can embody this energy maybe how you've been blocking this energy maybe something to be released that no longer serves your your choice to be a vessel of equal divine masculine equal divine feminine be with this darkness and it's as if time has stopped linear time has stopped and you can just bask in the darkness deep in the woods this place that you've been here before and allow them to even through the darkness no visible light can be seen lift your heart lift your face and receive the transmission from Juno and Lilith about what it means to be embodied as equal parts what it means to hold space for the divine feminine to more fully embody this how can you welcome them in how can you allow space for them create space for them spend time with them so that you can fill yourself up with this divine feminine energy fill yourself up so that you are this harbinger of balance this embodied balance nothing to do just to receive and there may be something very 3d and visceral that you receive there may just be an energetic hum or a certain vibrational feeling that you have eclipses are portals for transformation and each of our souls is uniquely here with the same purpose and with a very unique purpose that's ours alone so receive this transmission from Juno and Lilith hmm maybe send a pulse of gratitude back up and as you do the time continues on and Gaia continues to move thereby allowing the Sun to start to lumen Luna's face she's growing bright again say thank you to Lilith and Juno invite them to be with you if you'd like in your daily life and again raising your heart and your face to receive the light of the moon understanding that the the moon is really only illuminated because of the light of the Sun but how innocent what an essential part she plays in our remembering and embodying the divine that are raising their faces to her light as well all the trees that know you the soil that knows you send a pulse of gratitude to this sacred natural space the space that knows you and invites you to consciousness your energy to this web of light that we're that we're weaving in this the sense that we can and we are shifting the collective every moment that we choose our vibration every moment
