Solar Eclipse & Goddess Aine

We have a Solar Eclipse, new moon in cancer on the World Axis, and Summer Solstice at the same time! These energies are intensely helping us to purify, and rebirth ourselves and our world. We also celebrate and commune with Celtic Sun Goddess Aine, Goddess of the Fairy Kingdom.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Welcome to the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer and Summer Solstice.

I'm recording a couple days before this event,

June 21st,

Starting to capture the energies.

This is going to be the most potent eclipse of 2020,

And it happens in sync with,

It falls on,

Summer solstice in the northern hemisphere.

So first let's dig into the new moon a little bit.

This new moon is happening at zero degrees cancer.

Zero degrees cancer is a world axis.

This actually happens four times a year.

Whenever any one of the four cardinal signs,

Aries,

Cancer,

Libra,

Or Capricorn,

Whenever they're at zero degrees.

Whenever the sun,

Excuse me,

Is at zero degrees,

We have a world axis point.

So the sun is at zero degrees in the sign of cancer on solstice.

And these world axis points happen on solstices,

Winter and summer,

As well as on equinoxes,

Winter and summer.

And this world axis represents,

Astrologically speaking,

Human affairs about social and global events.

So let's leave that for a moment.

I'll circle back.

But as you likely know,

New moons are traditionally,

Are energetically,

They're seeding times.

They're new beginnings,

Or times of rebirth.

And we're having a new moon in zero degrees of cancer.

Cancer is sensitive,

Secretive.

Cancer can be reclusive and avoid problems or not want confrontation.

Cancer is also caring and affectionate and protective.

Cancer energies.

When we have our vivid imagination and we understand our sudden hunches.

So this new moon in zero degrees cancer is going to be a time of rebirth for us.

Time for us to consider how we might be feeling sensitive about something or secretive about something that has to do with social and global events.

How we might be avoiding something,

Not wanting to have confrontation or we might feel a little bit reclusive in something related to humanity,

Social and global events.

And we might also consider how we can rebirth and use our imagination,

Our intuition,

Our sudden hunches for human affairs and global events.

I hope that you can see that this is exactly what's up on our planet right now.

Where I'm recording in the United States,

To say we've just been through the coronavirus,

We're not done with that energy,

But that's definitely about human affairs and social and global events.

We have equal rights and basic human dignity and values being charged up.

And it is a very sensitive time.

It's a time where we might witness a lot of confrontation,

A lot of avoiding confrontation,

But we're in a time of rebirth and cancer is helping us to remember that,

That we also have this deeply caring side,

This intuitive side,

The side of us that knows deeply what is true.

So this new moon at zero degrees cancer,

These energies are converging with the solar eclipse.

And a solar eclipse happens whenever La Luna comes between our earth and the sun.

So this new moon that we in theory can't quite see in the sky crosses in front of the sun,

Blocking the light of the sun to earth.

And the sun is our ego,

Our external selves and world and Luna is our intuition,

Our internal self.

So our internal world,

Our intuition is going to eclipse our ego.

It's like our inner self saying,

Hey,

You wake up.

Stop all of the things that don't work.

Stop all of the fear.

Stop all of the nonsense that's running in your mind.

Not only this,

But this is an annular eclipse.

Annular eclipses are when the moon's shadow,

The moon is moving directly over the center of the sun.

This is not a partial eclipse.

It's a full eclipse and,

And she's going to cover the center of the sun,

Leaving behind what's known as a ring of fire because it looks like there will be just a ring of fire in the sky.

And that's also pretty intense and profound.

The ring symbolizes a circle,

The whole,

All encompassing.

So it's,

It's pinging off of these global events that we're all connected,

That there is no separation and fire.

Fire is burning things down,

Melting things down and rebirth.

Fire is Phoenix energy.

And we've likely known for a long time in our own unique way that there are many things on our planet that are in need of massive rebirth,

Massive course correction,

Melting down so as to recreate.

So this eclipse at zero degrees cancer on the world axis equals full impact.

And we're being invited to live,

To know,

To have no doubt that separation is an illusion.

The illusion of separation illusion means not real.

And this is where this reclusive energy of cancer is being rebirthed.

There is no hiding.

We're all connected.

Energy carries information and we're all one.

And we're being invited,

We're being asked to burn and melt away so as to rebirth.

And so the themes of this eclipse are the rebirth of our secrets,

The rebirth of our inner world,

The rebirth of our sensitivities,

The rebirth of any,

Anything we've been avoiding,

Anything we've been protecting that we don't need to protect,

Rebirthing it for the better of all,

Because we are being invited to truly understand that we are all one.

And this includes our mother earth.

Everything we do to her,

We do to ourselves.

And this includes everyone we meet,

The people,

Our community,

Everything we do to others or avoid or don't do.

Non-action is also considered action in the universe.

We are also doing to ourselves.

All right,

So that might feel a little heavy.

This is where the energies of the solstice come in to show us the bigger picture.

So solstice,

We consider what that celebration might be.

I was guided to bring us to remember the megalithic sites.

I usually talk about Egypt,

But I was guided to go to Stonehenge for example.

Stonehenge is one of the megalithic sites that was built among other things to capture the energies of solstice.

On summer solstice at Stonehenge,

The sun rises behind the heel stone,

The ancient entrance to this stone circle.

And the rays of the sunlight are channeled directly into the center of the site,

The center of the entire megalithic structure.

Creating what I'm seeing as a portal.

And boy,

Are we in need of a portal right now for transformation.

And the Celts and the Druids celebrated solstice.

This is one of their highest holidays.

I hope I pronounced this right.

Albin Hefin is what they called it,

Which translates to let the light shine.

And this is a complimentary energy to the Phoenix and to the Ring of Fire,

But it's a little bit of a balanced energy.

Let the light shine means that we're not burning the place down.

We are consciously choosing rebirth and transformation.

So some interesting stories about Stonehenge.

In ancient times,

This was such a huge celebration and in Cornwall and Wales,

Kids were dressed in garlands of flowers and they went dancing and spinning around great fires.

And the young men whirled flaming brands around their heads to form pinwheels.

And there were all sorts of rites and feats of daring things performed during this time,

Such as jumping through tall flames.

And everyone in the community gathered at these sacred sites and they gathered.

It was a full day from sunset through the night,

All through the next day,

A celebration.

And the ashes from these fires are believed to have magical powers.

The farmers actually collected them and scatter their fields to bless their crops.

And on this night,

Solstice,

In Limerick County,

Ireland,

Something really special happened.

People processed up the hill of the fairy queen,

Ani,

Whose name means brightness,

Who is considered a goddess of the sun.

They set light to bunches of straw and hay and they waved them among the fields and grazing cattle to ensure good crops and healthy animals.

And when the great fire was lit at the top of the hill,

Ani's hill,

The fairy tribe and the fairy queen came to join the humans in a beautiful celebration.

So this gets us to the punchline,

Fairy goddess Ani.

Well,

First I invite you to consider how you feel when I say the word fairy goddess.

We've been conditioned away from powerful things.

Things like witches,

Things like the number 13,

Things like Mary Magdalene,

All have these interesting connotations about them as if they've been a little bit tarnished to hide their power.

This is the same case with the fairy realm.

These are,

I've come to know some of the most powerful light beings that are available for us humans to support us.

And Ani is the fairy goddess.

She's also the Celtic goddess of fertility and love.

She's also the Celtic goddess of the sun.

And so this holiday is her holiday,

Summer solstice,

Celebration of all the light that comes from the sun.

And she's amongst the most revered and powerful goddesses.

So there's a variety of legends about Ani,

But she's pretty remarkable in the sense that she's not only revered with tons of stories about fertility and crops and babies and love and the light of the sun,

But she is a powerful female goddess in terms of divine feminine energy.

And there's a few different myths.

They all have a similar theme.

And the theme is essentially that in some way,

A man was not treating Ani with proper respect,

Equal power,

Or just respecting her dignity.

And she did all sorts of things to keep her self powerful and empowered.

So gosh,

Let's get to a couple of them.

One of them is about Gerald,

The Earl of Desmond.

And it is said that he once stole Ani's cloak while she was swimming in a river and he wouldn't return it to her until she agreed to marry him.

So she did.

And they had a son.

And her son was known as a magician.

And she made a deal with the Earl of Desmond who stole her cloak that he would never be surprised by anything her son did.

However,

Her son was a magician and after performing a superhuman deed,

The Earl was surprised and Ani was free to return to the fairies.

In another myth,

The King of Munster,

Ailil Alom,

Was so attracted to Ani that he began to try to force himself on her and she protected herself by biting off his ear.

That sounds a little bit harsh,

But interesting because this king could only reign or a symbol of kingship was that there was no deformity on his person.

And when she bit off his ear,

It instantly happened that he could no longer be king,

That no one would respect him as king.

So he lost his kingship because of his disfigurement.

So suffice to say that this goddess,

This fairy goddess,

Was not a deity to offend or disrespect.

She also was so wonderfully loving and generous.

And it reminds us a lot of what's happening right now with Mother Earth,

Of all that we've done to her,

Of all the ways that we keep taking and expecting and disrespecting and of each other,

Which is why the message really is for us to fully come to understand that there is no separation.

All right,

So let's get to a practice.

It's time.

Find a quiet,

Sacred,

Safe space where you consider lying with your eyes closed.

And I invite you to travel with me to the megalithic site of Stonehenge and bring yourself to the exact center point inside this circle of stones and just feel yourself seated or lying right there.

Feel your own energetic field and feel how the energy of this place hums and that you're already being lifted up just by simply being in this portal.

And now imagine that you're there alone at sunrise on summer solstice.

And you can see the light in the sky on the horizon.

And imagine,

Start to feel the light of the sun coming up above the horizon of the earth and shining itself directly into the entrance of this sacred structure.

And the energy of the sun is beaming in to the center of the structure right to where you are located.

And as the sun continues to rise,

It's as if there's this energy bubble building brighter and brighter and brighter.

And feel the hum increase in this beautiful,

Loving manner so that you are surrounded with golden rainbow light.

Commuting with the sun,

Experiencing this energy,

Allow it to move into every cell of your body,

Every aspect of your being to merge with you.

And as you're communing and merging with the sun,

The sun goddess,

The fairy goddess,

Annie,

Comes to visit you coming down from her home,

Not too far away,

The hill,

Knok Annie.

And with her,

She's bringing thousands of fairies.

So she's coming into this center of this Stonehenge structure,

Bringing thousands of fairies.

And so now it's you,

This beautiful bubble of light,

This goddess of the fairy kingdom and thousands of fairies inside this circle of light.

And Annie and the fairies are asking you now to tell her,

To tell them what you would like assistance with.

During this ring of fire rebirth time,

What would you like to melt down so as to be transformed?

You can speak aloud,

You can just feel with energy,

You can visualize or just know that they know spend time here communing with them.

And feel how right this relationship is.

These beings,

This goddess and all of the fairies actually love to help humankind and is just now at this point on our planet where the energy is bright enough where they can begin to be motivated to show themselves to us again.

Because now is the time.

So feel how right this is.

The fairies and this goddess have been waiting for you.

And all they're asking is your love and your respect for their help with whatever you're seeking to rebirth.

In the same way that Mother Earth simply asks for those same things,

And she provides endlessly.

And already feel things beginning to shift inside you.

Feel how the energy is both hot and cool.

And notice if this goddess has anything to share with you about what you've asked for about your life,

About your purpose.

All right,

And connecting to your heart.

Send her and all the fairies the energy of love from your heart,

Acknowledging them,

Thanking them for coming to be with you.

And feel in some sense as if in the Wiccan and Celtic tradition,

The energy is coming through,

It is done and so it is.

Any gesture of gratitude towards goddess Ani,

Towards all the fairies,

As they prepare to depart,

They receive your gratitude.

And off they go back up to the hill.

And there you are once again alone inside this giant megalithic circular structure of stones and there's still this energy bubble.

The sun has risen.

Off in the distance you can hear the birds start to sing.

You can see the green grass.

It's as if this portal is helping you come back to earth.

Knowing that you're forever changed for being here.

Knowing that you can journey here whenever you need to.

Knowing that this beautiful golden bubble of light can come to surround you whenever you need.

Just a few more moments receiving,

Receiving,

Receiving this energy,

Sending gratitude back to the sun for its light.

It's light that warms your skin,

It's light that grows the plants.

It's intelligence and information that beams down to ourselves and our planet every day.

Thanking the sun and then this bubble of light falls away.

And there you are inside this giant stone structure and all of a sudden you can see the birds,

You can see the grasses.

You're fully present.

And then whenever you're ready,

Sending gratitude to the stones that make up this structure for the portal that they've created.

And then whenever you're ready,

Come back into the room where you're listening to this,

Back into the chair that you're seated on or wherever you're lying,

Back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and feel the sacredness of all that has just transpired and know that you are forever changed and that it is done.

I was shown while we were doing that meditation with the fairies and goddess Annie that one thing that we can do while the fairies and this goddess are helping us to achieve this rebirth is to give them offerings.

Fairies love flowers and plants.

Some of goddess Annie's favorite things are elderberry and St.

John's wort.

If you have an altar,

You can leave something for them there.

You might just leave something outside in your front or back door in gratitude.
