Ma'at & Aquarian New Moon

The energies of the Cosmos are shifting, with the new moon in Aquarius on January 24, we get the first inklings and breezes of future change. We are supported in understanding that we are to embody the change we wish to see. Egyptian Goddess Ma'at brings us energies of truth, balance, and harmony. Together, we do a breathing and toning practice that will help us be light, balanced, and expanded.
