Hello everybody.
Happy Sunday.
I'm here with your weekly astrology meditation.
This is,
You know,
It's specifically for the week of the 18th,
24th of January,
But really it's about plutonium energy and Aquarian energy.
So trust that you'll find it at the right time.
And if we think about what's happening this week and really in general,
In the collective,
We're moving into a new phase of our personal and collective transformation.
And this,
This practice I'm going to offer is really about nervous system safety during change to help the body integrate truth and power,
And to really help us harness momentum without feeling overwhelmed.
So let's go ahead and get started.
I'm going to invite you to find somewhere where you can sit or lie where you won't be disturbed for the next little bit of time,
And just find a position where your spine is straight and where your body can feel supported.
And if you can allow your eyes to gently close and take a nice,
Easy,
Slow breath in through your nose and release that breath.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let that exhale be long and steady.
Breathing in again,
Slightly longer,
Easy,
But deeper inhale in through the nose.
Release the breath through the mouth.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Coming here,
Coming now,
Coming present.
And exhaling.
And just continue focusing on your breath and really start to feel how good it feels to come present.
Instead of being all scattered out there in multiple directions,
To come here now,
And to really connect to the power of your consciousness.
But even more than that,
You know,
In the 3D world,
Let yourself right now feel,
If you're seated,
Feel the chair beneath you.
Whatever the contact points are,
Between your body and the surface beneath you,
Feel yourself held.
Let the mind,
But also the nervous system register that you're held and you're supported.
And if there's a theme that I'd like to offer at the start of this meditation,
It's that it's important for us to stay connected to who we are individually,
To not be reacting to other things.
So just,
You know,
Quietly acknowledge I'm safe to move forward at my own pace.
I'm safe to move forward at my own pace.
And that pace is determined by our connection to ourselves versus our being in reaction to the external world,
Right?
So let's go ahead and again,
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Breathing in through the nose and releasing through the mouth.
And as you inhale with your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness to your spine.
Exhale.
Breathing in again,
Just focusing on your actual physical spine,
Or that's actually the energetic conduit on which all the chakras sit in the body.
And just feel yourself coming into your center line.
And as you connect to that area along the spine,
Notice if there's any area of,
I don't know,
Or sensation of intensity,
Anticipation,
Any area that's on alert.
And whatever you notice on your spine,
Allow the energy and the wisdom of your consciousness,
Instead of magnifying whatever you're finding,
Just allow it to kind of gently anchor whatever you sense.
Anchor this energy into the spine,
And maybe even send it downward down into the pelvis,
The low belly.
The notion here is that power does not need to surge upward to be real.
The power can also settle and root and stabilize.
And maybe you even let whatever energy you feel on your spine kind of go all the way down into your feet.
And maybe you even send energetic roots down to the soil,
Root yourself down,
And maybe even allow whatever energy that's on your spine to kind of travel all the way down into your roots.
And as you feel how rooted you are,
How stable you are,
Give yourself permission to allow your strength to arrive quietly.
Part of the energetic of this week and the energetic of Pluto and Aquarius is that the world that we see is simply a creation of the past,
That we are creating the present now,
And that we are powerful,
And that we don't need to externally do things right now.
It's important for us to stay on our spine,
To stay in our center,
And to stay rooted and feel the strength and the power of your consciousness,
And just having that understanding that your body runs energy,
And that you can stay rooted,
And you can stay right at your center.
And as you're aware of this energy on your spine,
From the crown of the head down to the to the base of the spine,
But also down through your feet if you were standing,
This is a steady energetic axis that's always there.
And this axis represents the structure in our 3D world.
So feel yourself rooted.
Feel yourself centered.
And now begin to imagine this gentle breeze of possibility,
Kind of either circling or just gently moving around the area of your chest,
The breeze of possibility.
It's a horizontal current of energy,
And it's moving through the chest,
Through the heart,
Through the shoulders.
And this breeze of possibility represents change.
And see if you can allow yourself to hold both of these understandings at once.
Feel yourself both steady and feel yourself able to move.
Feel yourself rooted,
But feel yourself flexible.
And just as you instinctively know,
We can stay rooted but still walk around in our day.
We can also change without losing stability.
We can always have that sense of the alignment on our spine,
But we can always also keep our heart open out the front and back of our body and allow this possibility,
The winds of possibility,
The winds of change to flow through us and to allow ourselves to be energetically and intuitively informed.
So just allow yourself to feel and experience both alignment and rooting and stability and open to change and flexible and fluid.
And now you can bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly or just let your awareness rest at your heart and your sacral center.
I like to put my hands there because it just helps my awareness settle in there.
But as you're connecting to your heart and your sacral center,
Ask inwardly,
Without searching for words,
What truth is ready to be acknowledged now?
What truth is ready to be acknowledged now?
Let the answer arrive as sensation.
Let the answer arrive as even an image or just a quiet knowing.
What truth is ready to be acknowledged now?
Notice that truth does not demand urgency.
Truth asks for presence.
And keep your awareness with your breath and just breathe with whatever arises.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And really see if you can start to feel and understand that you can know truth without forcing action.
It could just be this knowing.
And you can take your hands off your heart and your sacral center now.
And we're going to next bring our awareness to the space just kind of right out in front of the body.
Still in your energetic field inside your aura,
But that space a couple feet in front of you.
And as you bring your awareness just slightly forward in front of you,
Imagine that there's a subtle field of possibility here.
And this field of possibility isn't goals.
It isn't plans.
It isn't orientation.
It's just this kind of potent but nebulous field.
And maybe start to ask or tune into what direction feels aligned even if it's not yet defined.
And just let your body respond.
What direction feels aligned even if it's not defined?
We're opening up to our energetic body's field of intelligence.
And see if you can really start to feel and open up to this notion that you can trust what is emerging.
There's nothing to force.
There's nothing to fear.
It's just about being present.
Being with the energy and trusting that you'll know what you need to know when you need to know it.
And then go ahead and return your attention to your breath.
Take a deeper breath into your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
And as you breathe in next,
Quietly offer yourself these words.
I move with clarity.
Take that in as you inhale into your pores,
Into your energetic field.
And as you exhale,
Let that be a sigh of relief.
I move with clarity.
Breathe it in again.
I move with clarity.
Receive that.
Exhale.
As you breathe in next,
I move with integrity.
Take that in.
Feel the truth of that if it resonates with you.
Exhale.
One more time.
Breathing in,
I move with integrity.
And exhaling.
And one final statement as you breathe in next,
I move at a pace my system can hold.
Breathe that in.
I move at a pace my system can hold.
And as you breathe in next,
I move at a pace my system can hold.
Feel the truth of that,
The power of that,
The trust of that.
Exhale.
One more time.
Breathe it in.
Take it in.
I move at a pace my system can hold.
And then when you're ready,
You can just gently open your eyes.
And may this meditation help you trust that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it,
And that when you stay in your center and stay rooted and stay open,
The universe will keep us in alignment.
Right blessings,
And have a wonderful week.
