For the next few minutes,
I will guide you into a deep stage of relaxation where your mind can open to feel a wonderful,
Calming and relaxing experience.
You don't need to do anything,

Prepare your body in a comfortable sitting or lying position,

Inhale for three seconds.
Hold it for three seconds and exhale fully for four seconds.

Then exhale for four.
As you breathe in and out,

Now imagine there is a golden light like a beautiful morning sunrise in the middle of the summertime right above you.
As the golden light is pouring on top of your head,
Feel a warm energy begin to slowly move down to your face and around your head.
Now the golden light is slowly spiralling down to your neck,
Your throat,
Down to your shoulders,
Spreading down to your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Imagine your fingertips are sparkling.
Now feel the light spread this way down to your chest,
Back and organs,
Your lungs and your heart,
Feel the warmth.
The golden light is embracing your hips and spiralling down to your legs and slowly down the level of your feet.
Feel the light moving through the tissues in this part of your body.
Let it soften you and release any tension.
As your whole body is filled up by the golden light,
Imagine your whole body is getting brighter and brighter and wider and wider and creating a golden ball surrounding your entire being and you feel so content and calm.
Inhale,
You are now fully protected and at peace inside this golden ball.
Exhale,
Nothing else out there can disturb you.
As your body is filled with calming,
Soothing,
Relaxing energy and you feel a sense of security,
It feels so very,
Very good.
I want you to feel the healing this light has given you.
Watch yourself feel this golden healing light through your body and around your body.
And in a few moments,
I'm going to count from one to five and every number that I count from one to five,
