Welcome to a guided meditation from Light Heart Collective.

I'm Larissa and I'll be your guide today.

Thank you for joining me.

This meditation will focus on using affirmations to calm the mind.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat.

You may choose to find a soft gaze or close the eyes,

Noticing and doing whatever feels comfortable for you in this moment.

Start by thanking yourself for taking the time to set aside this moment to tune into you.

Begin to notice your breath,

Noticing the air hitting your nose,

The air releasing from your mouth.

Just breathing into the space,

Into your body.

Let's begin to deepen the breath.

Inhaling slowly,

Exhaling slowly out the mouth.

Two more times at your own pace.

As you continue to breathe,

Maybe you think I am on the inhale.

And as you exhale,

Finding an affirming word that resonates with you.

So maybe that word is worthy,

Capable,

Or love.

If nothing comes to mind,

Maybe you just focus on breathing in I am and breathing out here.

Breathe in I am.

Breathe out here.

Continue to focus on this breath using an affirmation at your own pace and on your own time as the music plays.

Breathing in I am.

Breathing out here.

Breathing in I am.

Breathing out worthy.

Breathing in I am.

Breathing out capable.

Breathing in I am.

Breathing out me.

On your next inhale,

Noticing how you feel with whatever words you chose.

Coming back to that connection between your body and the earth,

Let's take two more breaths together.

Inhale and exhale with a sigh.

One more.

Inhale exhaling with a sigh.

You are here in this moment.

Thank you for joining me today.
