Today's topic is going to be processing grief.

I chose this topic for today because I just lost a dear friend last week and I've been processing grief.

And I just wanted to share a little bit of processing with you guys in case this might be helpful for somebody else.

Whether you lost someone or you're going through a big change.

Grief comes up in many different ways and for many different reasons.

It doesn't have to be that you lost a person.

It could be perhaps you moved to a new place,

A new job.

You're letting go of old patterns and letting go of old versions of yourself.

All of these things can bring about feelings of grief.

And it's really important to feel these feelings because if we don't,

The grief gets stored in our body as you probably know.

And it just comes and shows up later on.

Grief can end up causing illnesses in the body when it just sits there and gets stored and processed.

And so I just want to invite you to do some processing if you have something that you would like to focus on for today.

Breathing.

I invite you to bring to mind if there is something that you feel you need to kind of work through.

Feel a little bit and just release.

And just bringing that to mind,

Whatever it might be.

Allowing,

As you bring it to mind,

Allowing whatever feelings or sensations,

Whatever it is that is coming up.

Just allowing all of that to be there.

Perhaps it's in your chest.

A lot of times heavy emotions are in our heart space,

In our chest area.
