Becoming fully present to the flow of your breath.
On your next breath in,
Squeeze every muscle in your body,
Then release,
Let go,
And become more and more.
As you're breathing,
Use your breath as a guiding light to scan your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
If you find any areas of stiffness,
Tension,
Pain,
Or darkness,
Breathe into those areas with your breath of light and transmute the darkness as you wash it away and release it from your body with your gentle exhales.
Feel yourself grounded and connected to the earth below while feeling the lightness of the air above.
The earth and the universe have a natural rhythm and flow.
