You ask,
If we are to all live happily ever after,
What is the key to the universe?
If you come with me,
I can take you to where ever after starts,
And perhaps you can find out if a key to living happily ever after exists.
Let your eyes close and feel yourself drifting.
Drifting deeper and deeper into darkness,
Into stillness,
Just where you sit,
In silence,
In stillness.
Let's pause a moment here before we go.
Ask yourself,
What does live happily ever after mean to you?
Okay,
Let's continue.
In the darkness is a fine thread of light.
Follow it,
Through colours of time and space,
Spreading wider and wider,
Towards the centre,
The heart of the ever-expanding universe.
Deeper and deeper,
Feeling smaller and smaller,
A pinprick in an infinite expanse.
You can see it there now,
The centre,
The heart.
It is like a deep pool in an indigo abyss.
Come closer,
But not too close.
Stand in silence,
In stillness.
Focus on the pool.
The pool shimmers and you see ultra-fine threads of light radiating out from an ancient tree at its centre.
This is the mother tree,
The heart tree.
All power,
Wisdom and knowledge of the universe are stored here.
You are not the only being here.
Can you feel their presence,
Shifting shapes and colours?
If you look carefully,
You'll see the fine threads of light connect you,
Spreading out like mycelium,
Linking you all to the whole.
It is like a gentle energy,
A connection.
Each of you is part of the whole,
Like one of the trillions of cells in your body.
Each of you is insignificant,
Yet significant,
Essential.
Happiness is not an individual state of being.
It's like completed picture is the future,
Then without that piece there is no future.
And if there is no future,
There is certainly no happily ever after.
You are part of the jigsaw,
You and your planet.
What must you do?
What is your role?
The mother tree stirs,
As if a breeze has drifted through her leaves.
In front of her,
In the pool,
Is an image of the earth.
The earth shines like a jewel in a beautiful blue sea,
And then parts of it fade and turn a murky brown.
The following words are inscribed upon the pool's surface.
I am you.
You are me.
We are one within the fabric of life.
Love me.
Love you.
Nurture me.
Nurture you.
Destroy me.
Destroy you.
Save me.
Save you.
Abandon me.
Abandon you.
Happily ever after is in your hands.
You have the key.
Use it.
I'll leave you now.
Stay as long as you like and think about the key and how to use it.
Namaste.
