Meditation is something everyone can do. Practicing can help improve your health and wellbeing.
Explore MeditationVicki Bamber "Nature's Rebel" is a qualified Shamanic & Reiki practitioner, creative & inspirational writer, photographer, mum of twins & resilient warrior; based in the beautiful small town of Frome, Somerset, UK. It is now her time to share with you some of the powerful insights & wisdom she has gained from 15 years of dedicated shadow-diving & light-baring. She has committed to understanding & bringing peace to the impact that growing up with unseen & undiagnosed Autism had on her sense of identity, safety & belonging in this world. This became the backdrop to cPTSD, anxiety, overwhelm, imposter syndrome & insomnia. 3 years ago Vicki experienced a huge shock, as the backbone of a lifetime's creation of coping mechanisms & masks fell away when she developed Long Covid. She is deeply grateful to have had a strong & beautiful team of Guides, allies & teachers alongside her who have shone their light upon hers; reminded her of her magic when the shadows grew too long; kept her standing when her knees buckled & saw her inner potency and encouraged her decision to send it outward. Now, she gives her words the wings to fly - trusting they will reach the hearts of those who are 'meant to' receive them. If this is you, then you have found a safe space here for compassionate, yet powerful guidance & healing, along with inspirational lessons in discernment. With deep gratitude to journey space, the power of her own voice, this platform, & to you the 'meant to', for receiving her.
