This meditation is focusing on the present moment, the now moment, bringing us back to stillness and mindfulness at the moment. Being in the now moment is providing deep relaxation and an understanding that at that moment everything is fine. Visualization of a golden sun that goes through the body provides healing and grounding at the end of the meditation. "I am love, I am peace." The soft piano music supports the relaxation process.

I welcome you for this meditation,

Being in the moment and finding stillness.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

Relax your shoulders,

Straighten your spine,

Maybe wiggle your toes,

Move your shoulders first to let go of stored tension or contraction.

Whenever you are ready,

Just sit comfortably with the feeling that the head is slightly floating up and lengthening the spine.

Allow yourself to be receptive energetically.

Allow yourself to become present in this now moment,

This moment right now and this moment.

I am so grateful that we always have the choice and capability to be present.

You can choose to be present now.

You can choose to be in love now,

To be still,

Open,

Receptive,

Available.

Let's commune in this moment with a global community,

Love that is infinite and creating peace by being still in this now moment.

Bring awareness to your breath,

Allow yourself to find stillness in the breath.

A deep long inhalation,

A deep long exhalation.

Be aware how your mind becomes still,

How your body becomes still by being present,

By being aware on the breath.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Let's add a pause between an inhalation and an exhalation and being still in the pause.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

Be still and pause.

Breathe out long and slowly,

Feeling still in this now moment.

Deep inhalation in,

Hold the breath,

Feeling the stillness in the pause,

In the now moment.

A long exhalation,

Letting go.

Continue in your own rhythm and let's just be still together.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Maybe you are aware that your mind cannot be still,

That thoughts are coming up.

Just take note and let the thought fly by like a cloud.

You can watch your thoughts and being still.

Just observe without attachment,

Without interpretation,

Without nurturing the thought.

You can be still by observing the thought.

You can be still and in peace by observing your thoughts,

Allowing them.

In this now moment you allow yourself to be still with what everything is going on,

With all your thoughts.

You can be still in this now moment.

You can also come back to the breath,

Just focus on the breath and finding the stillness and peace in your breath in this now moment.

You can find stillness,

Love and peace in this moment now.

You choose stillness in this moment.

You choose love in this moment.

You choose peace in this now moment.

Choose stillness in this now moment.

Now I invite you to visualize a golden sun above your crown.

This golden sun you can feel the stillness,

Love and peace.

Now let this golden sun come through your crown chakra and slowly passing down through your midline,

Through your spine,

Bringing more stillness,

Love and peace and golden sun into your body,

Into each cell,

Into yourself as who you are right now.

Let the golden sun slowly floating down,

Nurturing you.

Feel the sun inside of you and then let the sun drop down into the earth.

Let the golden sun anchor yourself,

Connecting you with Mother Earth,

The strength of Mother Earth.

Feel the connection,

Feel the stability,

Feel yourself grounded in stillness,

Love and peace.

Feel this now moment.

Feel stillness,

Love and peace.

I am still,

I am love,

I am peace.

Now yourself,

Take a couple of deep breaths,

Feeling this now moment.

I am still,

I am love,

I am peace.

I invite you to take a deep breath from the earth up,

Back into your body,

Into your heart space.

And with an exhalation,

Feel yourself recharging.

Again take a deep inhalation up from the earth into your heart space,

With the exhalation recharge.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in,

With the exhalation feel an expansion of your being in this now moment.

Whenever you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes,

Move your body,

Feel the energy back.

I invite you to journal if anything came up.

Take a few minutes to write about it.
