I'd like you to begin this meditation by taking some nice full breaths and making sure that you're comfortable with your eyes closed.
Put down any and all multitasking.
This meditation is intended to be done in stillness,
Away from distractions,
And not while you're driving.
This is a meditation that is intending to bring you into the appreciation for the fullness of your life,
For this simple beauty that is your everyday life.
Because where you place your energy is where you place your attention.
And this is what will grow.
And this is what you will more and more be focusing on,
The beauty,
The splendor,
The richness and the fullness of the moment.
So let's pause and really drop deep inside,
Deep inside.
Receiving your breath.
Allowing the breath to rise and it fall as it naturally does.
It naturally rises and falls.
And right now you are invited to give all of your attention to your breath.
Because as you do,
You might notice that your body will begin to relax,
Release and let go.
Relax,
Release and let go.
And it can feel so good to let everything go.
Allowing all your attention to the rhythm of your breathing.
And as you breathe,
The mind quite naturally starts to let go and you might become aware of the back of your body,
Of the parts of you that are resting,
That are supported from underneath.
That's right.
Just noticing and letting go.
You're taking this time for yourself to tend to your body,
To your being and to give your attention to what it is that's working,
That's beautiful,
That's flowing in your life.
Your life is flowing just like your breath is flowing.
Tending to the flow of your breath.
The natural,
Easy flow.
And you relax and everything softens and you might be aware of some subtle sensation in the soles of your feet.
And this is a signal for everything to let go,
For you to open your awareness to the space inside where your breath is already flowing.
Because as you do this practice,
As you do this meditation,
You can become more and more aware of what is flowing in your life.
And perhaps there's an image or feeling that points you,
That illuminates what it is that's flowing in your life.
Where there's flow in the relationships that you have with friends and family,
With young people,
With animals.
Turning your attention toward flow.
Noticing what's flowing.
Just as you're noticing how your breath is flowing in this moment.
The easy flow.
And perhaps noticing your body's response to this easy flow.
And just allowing yourself to receive an image,
A felt sense of what it is that's flowing in your world.
Maybe it's your self-care.
And how you love yourself up every day.
Maybe it's the way you give yourself nourishing healthy food.
Or the time you spend walking,
Allowing the body to move and receiving the sky and the trees.
Whatever it is that you notice when you take walks in your life.
Turning your attention toward flow.
Receiving flow.
Because each time you listen to this practice,
To this meditation,
Your system is attuning more and more,
Finally,
To flow.
To what's flowing inside you and flowing in your life.
Tuning in to flow.
Tuning in to the flow of your life.
Just as you're aware of the flow of your breath and how good it can feel to notice how your breath is flowing.
How your life is flowing.
How your relationships are flowing.
And any place that you might notice where there isn't flow,
You can notice how easy it is to allow your attention to gently,
Gracefully flow around those places.
Just as your breath is flowing around the places in your body that might be holding.
And they gently soften in their own way,
In their own time.
Surrendering to flow.
Attuning to what is already flowing in your life.
And it can feel so good.
So each time you listen to this meditation,
You will awaken feeling relaxed,
Refreshed,
And open,
Open to flow.
Open to flow.
Open to flow.
And so it is.
And so it is.
And so it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
So it is.
