Please sit comfortably with your eyes closed.

Take a deep breath in and breath out.

Breathe in and slowly breathe out.

Feel the air moving through your nostrils.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Once again,

Breathe in and as you breathe out let go all your efforts.

Take your attention to your whole body.

As you breathe in,

Your body expands full of air and as you breathe out you let go gently all the tension,

All your thoughts.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Once again,

Breathe in and as you breathe out relax your shoulders,

Relax your hands.

Breathe in and as you breathe out let your body weight rest on the earth,

Relaxing more and more.

Take your attention to your eyebrows,

Face,

Ears and breathe out.

Be aware of your breathing rhythm.

Breathe in and as you breathe out let go all your efforts.
