Alright,

So good morning.

Namaste everybody.

Let's get in the flow and get ourselves balanced.

Right,

Shall we?

Today I want to talk about the third chakra,

Which is the Manipuri chakra.

It is the solar plexus and it governs our own personal power.

Right?

Doesn't that sound like great?

The power of transition,

Right?

And our warriorness.

I know it's weird to say I have a favorite chakra,

But I do.

And this is it.

This is my favorite one.

The color for the solar plexus is yellow and it also in our body governs our digestive system,

Our adrenals,

And our muscular system.

So it's very important to keep that balance,

Don't you think?

Very important.

So when this particular chakra is balanced,

You feel like that your outlook on life is great.

You feel like that everything is coming together,

Everything is good and just ready to go.

Right?

And just there.

When it's not balanced.

However,

You have that feeling kind of in the pit of your stomach and sometimes it becomes like you feel anxious and insecure and that sort of thing.

Right?

That sort of feeling.

Now here's the deal.

This chakra is our intuition.

So whether you have gifts or not,

Whether you think you have gifts,

Because I believe that everybody has a little bit of some,

Right?

Whether you have spiritual gifts or not,

This particular chakra is your intuition.

It's your gut instinct.

And when it's balanced,

That's really important to keep that balanced so that we can have that gut instinct and so that we can sort of faithfully trust our gut instinct and trust that we know what we're supposed to do.

I hope that makes sense.

So now to balance the solar plexus,

This might sound kind of crazy and weird,

But you can wear yellow clothes,

Eat yellow food like squash or bananas,

Right?

Lemons,

Right?

I know that sounds crazy,

But I swear to you,

It works.

So there you go.

You can take walks in the sunrise and sunset.

That's really good for it too.

So chamomile tea,

Chamomile,

Lemongrass,

Ginger,

Right?

Or you can carry around tiger's eye stones or citrine or yellow labradorite.

So all of those things you can do to help balance your solar plexus and thus keeping you in that place of power personally.

Right?

So how great is that?

All right.

So now you can also,

Something to keep it balanced is meditation,

Of course.

So let's get ourselves comfortable because we're going to get into our mini-puri meditation today.

So let's get ourselves comfortable,

Comfortable.

Whenever you feel like it's time to close your eyes,

Close your eyes,

You can sit cross-legged.

You can sit,

You can be laying down.

You can be sitting with your feet flat on the floor,

Whatever is most comfortable because what we are doing with this whole series of getting up early and meditating is we're creating a practice.

And if you want to create a practice and you want to come back,

You need to stay comfortable because that'll keep you coming back,

Hopefully.

So let's close our eyes.

Let's take a nice,

Beautiful,

Long,

Deep,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe in and release.

So now right there,

That's all I need in the world.

And I forget to do that during the course of the day.

Whenever you feel a little bit stressed or something,

Just take a nice,

Long,

Deep breath in and release it and it changes things.

So let's do that again.

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose and release.

Beautiful.

Great job.

So today our mantra for our meditation is the sound that goes along with the solar plexus,

Which is Ram.

So what we're going to do,

And I know we've done this before,

But it feels good to do it,

As we focus on our solar plexus,

Which is just above our belly button,

Let's put our attention on that area of our body.

Put our attention on that area of our body and let's imagine the color yellow filling up the room.

As we focus on the color yellow and sitting in that,

Let's begin our mantra,

Which is Ram.

Ram.

Ram.

And we keep saying that over and over again.

Now,

If you lose your concentration,

That's absolutely okay.

Just gently bring yourself back to Ram,

The color yellow,

And where our solar plexus is just above our belly button.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Ram.

Let's start releasing the mantra.

Let's take our awareness back to our bodies.

By taking a nice long slow deep deep breath in through our nose and outer mouth.

And when you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

Great job.

You know I got an impression as we were meditating that some of you watching may think that,

Oh my gosh,

I'm actually meditating.

But it's a thing you can actually meditate.

It's not something that is that hard to really grasp onto.

It's really not.

It's the practice of sitting in the silence,

Or however it is that you choose to sit.

Right.

So,

Grab onto your own personal power today.

Grab onto it.

Right.

And know that you have the tools to balance the chakra and to transform yourself.

Right.

So,

Until next time,

I love you all.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

And Namaste everybody.

Have a beautiful day.
