This gentle pratice promotes relaxation and sleep. It is the second episode of a series. We “invite” the brain to slow down the rhythm of its activity, gradually, from 14 to 4 Hz in theta mode. Please wear headphones as this contains Binaural beats. This meditation also allows to let go of our "monkey mind" and helps with anxiety and stress. Welcome to the second episode of Brain Synchronization which promotes relaxation and sleep.

We invite the brain to slow down the rhythm of its activity gradually from 14 to 4 Hz in Theta mode.

Please wear your headphones.

I take a few deep breaths.

I breathe in until 5 and I breathe out until 5.

I breathe in 2 3 4 5 and I breathe out 2 3 4 5.

As I breathe in,

My heart and my brain synchronize to become one.

To help them make the link,

I place my left hand on my heart.

And I breathe in 2 3 4 5 and I breathe out 2 3 4 5.

I breathe in 2 3 4 5 and I breathe out 2 3 4 5.

I feel the heat produced by the contact of my hands energy and my heart.

I observe this energy increase and accelerate.

I breathe in 2 3 4 5 and I breathe out 2 3 4 5.

As my mind calms down,

The muscles in my body relax.

I inhale and I exhale deeply.

I breathe in and I breathe out.

I breathe to the rhythm of the sounds that hypnotize me.

I continue to breathe deeply and with ease.

I breathe in and I breathe out.

I choose to come back to the present moment if I am caught in my thoughts.

And I use my breathing to achieve it.

I breathe in and I breathe out.

I breathe in and I breathe out.

I will now count down from 50 to 0 from your right ear to your left ear to synchronize your brain.

You have nothing to do but hear my voice going from left to right and left and right and let your brain release the sleep hormone for you.

When I reach 0,

You will feel completely relaxed and ready to fall asleep.

Have a restful night.

I will now count down from 50 to 0 from your left ear to your right ear to synchronize your brain.

I will now count down from 30 to 0 from your right ear to your left ear to synchronize your brain.

Interesting. My cognitive thoughts were analyzing the various parts of this Meditation (some physical stress, emotive stress this am). Brain triggers included the word “hypnotise,” & then the countdown. 🧐🙂‍↔️🙃🎈 Will try tonight, before falling asleep 💤 Thank you for this gift 🙏🏾

I truly enjoy this meditation even though I'm not quite sure what brain synchronization is. I have a chronic illness that causes severe pain, anxiety, and often long bouts of insomnia. Dealing with pain constantly makes it hard for me to unwind and stop my racing thoughts when I'm trying to sleep (or doing almost anything else), but this helps with that every time! Even if I don't get sleepy while listening to this, I do calm down and experience some pain relief when focusing on breathing and let the countdown happen. I'm going to go listen to Ellen's "Progressive Hypnosis for Deep Sleep *binaural affirmations" now because THAT knocks me out so fast! Highly recommend both!
