Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation designed to help you work through any doubt you might be feeling at the moment.
Doubt can crop up in so many areas of our lives.
It can show up in our career,
In our businesses,
In our personal lives and relationships.
But no matter what doubt looks like for you right now,
This meditation will allow you to process this emotion so that you can start to feel more trust or gain more clarity or feel more confident.
Whatever it is that you feel like you need to let go of and release,
This meditation will allow you to do so.
Before we begin tapping,
I encourage you to grab your journal and write down a few key things that you're feeling doubtful about at the moment.
This could be the situation you're in or perhaps it's just an emotion that's popping up for you or a feeling in the body.
Maybe there's something that you've been putting off because you've been feeling this doubt.
Whatever it is,
Get it down on paper and then once you're ready let's come back and do some tapping.
So very gently starting on the side of the hand,
Repeating after me.
Even though I'm feeling all of this doubt,
I feel it in my body.
I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I feel this doubt in my body,
I've lost some faith in myself and I'm feeling all of this doubt but I acknowledge how I feel now and I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I've been feeling this doubt and this fear,
I just don't feel ready.
Part of me doesn't believe I can do it but I'm acknowledging this now with compassion and I choose to love,
Honour and accept myself anyway.
Good,
Moving to the top of the head,
The first tapping point.
All this doubt I've been feeling.
Eyebrow point,
I just feel like I can't do it.
Side of the eye and I've been experiencing all of this self-doubt Under the eye,
This doubt I feel in my body.
Under the nose,
It's been holding me back.
Collarbone point,
I've never done it before.
This all feels new to me or maybe I have done it before and I failed.
So I'm feeling all of this doubt.
Under the arm,
This doubt I've been feeling.
I'm acknowledging it now.
Onto the ribs,
Maybe it's safe to let this doubt go.
Good,
Just drop the hands for a moment,
Just check in with your body,
Maybe shake the arms,
Roll the shoulders,
Roll the neck,
Just see how you're feeling after that first round.
Check in to see if that doubt's shifted,
If any other emotions have come up and just writing them down but we're going to keep tapping.
I'm gonna focus on the fear behind the doubt.
So tapping on the top of the head,
This fear I've been feeling.
Eyebrow point,
This fear behind the doubt.
Side of the eye,
Maybe I feel like I'm going to fail.
Under the eye,
Maybe I feel like I'm just going to be rejected.
Under the nose,
I won't be accepted.
Under the mouth,
So I'm feeling all of this fear and doubt.
Collarbone point,
This fear and doubt I feel in my body.
I'm acknowledging this fear now.
Maybe I can choose to let this fear go.
Under the arm,
It is safe for me to feel this fear,
To feel this doubt and to let these things go.
Moving on to the ribs,
Just take a really deep breath in here as we tap on this point.
It is safe for me to let go of this fear now and I'm also letting go of all of this doubt.

You can stop tapping here.
Maybe again get some movement in the body,
Shake the arms,
Shake the hands,
Do whatever you need to do and we're gonna do another round.
So starting at the top of the head again,
Repeating after me,
This remaining doubt I've been feeling.
Eyebrow point,
I know what I want to do.
Side of the eye,
But all of this doubt has come up.
Under the eye,
I can't do it.
Under the nose,
It's not possible for me.
Under the mouth,
I don't feel ready.
Collarbone point,
I don't know enough.
I haven't done enough.
I don't feel like I'm enough and I'm feeling all of this doubt but I acknowledge this doubt now.
These emotions I've been feeling in my body,
Maybe I can start to let this doubt go.
Under the arm,
I'm choosing to release this doubt.
Onto the ribs,
Even though I don't feel ready.
There's so much more I need to do or I should be doing but I'm letting go of that now.
I'm choosing to believe that I am ready.
I release this doubt.
Before we can drop the hands,
Maybe get some movement going again.
Just tuning back into that feeling of doubt,
How you've been feeling about this situation.
Noticing if any other emotions have come up.
I'm rating that feeling of doubt out of ten.
If the doubt still feels high,
Feel free to do some more tapping on your own or maybe go back and repeat this meditation.
But if that emotion or that feeling of doubt is below a three,
Let's continue on with some positive tapping and some affirming rounds to help us lean into trust,
Clarity and confidence.
So whenever you're ready,
Let's go back to the top of the head.
Repeating after me,
I'm releasing this remaining doubt.
Eyebrow point,
I'm clearing it out of my energy system.
Side of the eye,
I'm clearing it out of my body.
Under the eye and instead I'm feeling really light.
Under the nose,
Really energized and excited.
Under the mouth,
Maybe it is possible for me.
Collarbone point,
Maybe I can begin to trust myself and as I let go of this doubt,
It's safe for me to take action now.
I'm choosing to feel more confident.
Under the arm,
To trust myself rather than doubt myself.
Onto the ribs and that feels really,
Really good.
So I'm letting go of any remaining doubt.
I trust myself and I feel really grounded,
Calm and at peace.
Excellent,

Remember that you can come back to this meditation anytime that you are feeling that doubt start to creep in.
Remember that this is just a little quick fix,
10-minute tap on the doubt you've been feeling.
If you would like to go a bit deeper though,
There's plenty of work that you can do to work on your underlying fears that have been driving this feeling of doubt.
But for now I hope you're feeling a little bit more inspired and a little bit more excited.
