Welcome to the meditation on releasing your fears,

The law of correspondence.

I'd like to invite you to find a quiet space to where you won't be disturbed.

And start by taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth.

Letting go of all your worries of the day.

Breathing in love,

Exhaling out everything that no longer serves you.

Coming into the present moment,

Breathing into the presence within.

I have a question for you.

Are you ready to step into the unknown,

Beyond your fears,

Beyond everything you've ever known?

Today we're going to take a look at where fear comes from.

But first you must understand that you must release fear for love to conquer your life,

For the truth to prevail.

The truth is that there cannot be dark where there is light.

There cannot be fear where there is love.

And there can't be limitations where there is truth.

Let's begin with the famous story of a Zen master.

One day a scholar visited a great Zen master seeking wisdom.

The scholar insisted on telling the great Zen master about everything he knew.

All the books he had studied,

All the degrees he had obtained.

The great master just listened as he made them tea.

When the water was ready,

The great Zen master began to pour it into the scholars cup.

As the cup filled he kept pouring,

Having the boiling water pour over the top of the cup,

Going onto the table and onto the floor.

The scholar screamed,

What are you doing?

The Zen master stated in a calm way with presence.

You are like this cup.

Your cup is overflowing with everything you've learned.

The way you think things are,

You have so many fixed ideas and facts that there is no room for new ideas.

Before I can teach you anything,

You are going to have to empty your cup.

Only then are you ready to fully receive truth.

Emptying the cup is a spiritual concept designed to aid you in understanding the need to let go of previously restricted perceptions.

Letting go of the constructs that potentially limit your capacity to embrace your core truth and connection with your innate spirituality.

When you release your perceptions,

Fixed ways of thinking,

And your learned identities,

You can feel as if you're jumping off a cliff,

Not knowing where or when you will land.

It's scary to let go of something.

It's scary to not know.

You may get stuck,

Confused,

Frustrated,

Or sad because we attach on to living in safety.

But there is an entirely different world to explore.

You are the possibility of anything and everything.

But first you must be willing to have nothing at all.

Divinity work leads to unleashing that which is already inside of you.

It is the gemstone at the base of the cup.

The ultimate truth is always within.

However,

It cannot emerge until all of the limiting beliefs are released.

You have to let go of the way you think life is.

And when you do that,

Truth is birthed.

The truth is that the universe will open a parachute when you jump if you have faith.

The parachute may look different than you imagine.

Sometimes our greatest blessings come from our greatest sufferings.

But the greatest failure of all is to not give yourself fully to life.

The Law of Correspondence states that there is an order to the creative process.

The spiritual realm through the mental realm to the physical realm.

Your beliefs set this law in motion,

Creating the feelings,

Emotions,

And circumstances of your life.

Your ability to manifest and demonstrate are in the direct correlation to your ability to provide a mental equivalent within your mind and soul.

For every belief,

There is an indistinguishable comparative in the physical realm.

The outer world is a reflection of the inner world,

As within,

So without.

As Bruce Lee said,

Empty your cup so that it may be filled,

Become devoid,

And gain totality.

So today's practice is to empty your cup.

Look at your life today and identify which beliefs,

Viewpoints,

And considerations no longer serve you.

What beliefs have you filled your cup with that are not allowing new possibilities to come into your life?

What limited beliefs are you ready to let go of?

What are your greatest fears?

Is it fear of public speaking,

Fear of being judged,

Fear of failure,

Fear of rejection,

Or fear of success?

Which of these two do you fear the most?

Fear of losing what you value or fear of not getting what you want?

And so my final question for you is,

What is the one thing that if you did it,

You would know you could do anything in this lifetime?

For me,

It was writing a book.

So I invite you now to do that one thing,

Take the leap,

And know the truth with unshattering faith.

Thank you.

Have a wonderful day.
