Welcome to the meditation on shifting victimhood to empowerment and the law of transmutation.

Let's begin by finding a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

And start by taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth.

Breathing into the present moment.

Breathing into the presence within.

Let's begin.

I'd like to invite you to consider that there's no such thing as being a victim or the effect within the spiritual realm.

I'd like you to begin to ponder that all of life is designed for your growth.

Designed for your awakening.

The truth is that there is one source that has created everything.

Spirit.

Your true self.

Anything that you've experienced that doesn't align with what you desire to experience is a call from the universe for you to rise and assist in creating harmony for the whole.

I will say that again.

Anything that you've experienced that doesn't align with what you desire to experience is a call from the universe for you to rise and assist in creating harmony for the whole.

Order is the first principle of heaven.

And empowerment comes from responsibility.

However,

When you stay a victim or in victimhood,

You are mentally assigning something outside of yourself as being more powerful than your own consciousness.

The degree to which you place power outside of yourself is the degree to which you become powerless.

Reclaiming your power and your life is the path to empowerment.

It is your birthright to have emancipation from victimhood.

The mind has the ultimate power to create,

Innovate,

And thrive no matter the circumstance.

You always have the election to focus on what is right instead of what is wrong.

You always have the choice to hold onto resentments or forgive.

Moving onwards and upwards.

This does not mean that we don't hold people accountable or that anyone should stay in a dysfunctional situation.

But through this process of awakening,

You release the angst and suffering within.

You forgive,

But hold people accountable in a cultural commitment.

When you wake up,

You take action and realize that the only thing that can keep you suffering after an event has occurred is your own mind.

You always have the choice of what you energize and recreate within yourself.

Spiritual work offers a miracle shift of perception,

Delivering us to gratitude for the pain and suffering we have gone through.

It becomes the driving force,

Helping us to connect and commit to making the difference.

Our pain,

Our suffering becomes our energy.

We transform it into making a difference in the world.

Transmutation often becomes the impetus for desiring to live and to love.

The law of transmutation states that this is the metamorphosis of the ethereal realm into the physical reality.

Energy is condensed and formed via the mind.

So what is held in consciousness must transform into the material form.

This is their perpetual process because energy is infinite in its expansion.

What the mind focuses on informs the creative medium of the universe into action.

Energy is incapable of being destroyed.

Therefore it will take form.

Thus,

It is imperative to focus on what you want to manifest.

And so on that note,

Today's daily spiritual practice is to forgive and set yourself free.

In knowing that your mental focus must transmute into form,

It is important to let go of all victim mentality,

Sadness and regret.

Otherwise you will inform the universe of your negativity.

Forgiveness is a must when it comes to unlocking the goddess and guru within.

And so beginning to ponder and ask yourself the questions,

What events and experiences do you still suffer from?

Who do you need to forgive?

Do you need to forgive yourself?

What lessons and blessings came out of that experience?

What do you think it would take for you to make peace with your past?

And are you ready to focus on what you want to create in your life and let go of regret,

Sadness and past events?

So as we complete this meditation,

I invite you to take this back into your day,

Back into your daily spiritual practice,

Knowing the truth that you are a powerful,

Powerful spiritual being.

Thank you.
