Hello,

Good morning,

And welcome back to the Invigorate Your Life podcast.

My name is Molly,

And I'm your host.

This is episode two.

I am so grateful to be on the other side of the launch of Invigorate Your Life.

Like I mentioned in episode one,

I was dealing with so much perfectionism,

Self-doubt.

My inner critic was definitely coming out in that process.

And now that episode one is out there,

It's kind of like the momentum is really going.

And I'm just feeling that flow,

And I'm feeling that sense of creativity.

It's like,

You know,

I've heard before that thoughts and ideas,

Thought forms and ideas are these conscious beings that want to work with us.

And if we're closed off,

If we've closed that channel,

You know,

That creativity is not going to come through.

But as soon as we open that channel,

These thought forms and ideas,

They know that they can work with us.

So they're going to come through to us more clearly,

And we're going to feel more inspired and more creative.

That comes from kind of like a snowball effect,

Getting the ball rolling,

You know?

You have to take action first,

And then you're open.

And you're going to just start feeling creative and feeling inspired.

And I'm actually going to talk about that cycle today.

Just a little preview for you guys.

It goes like rest,

Action,

Inspiration.

And it can go in any order too,

Right?

Sometimes we need to rest first,

And then we feel inspired,

And then we can take action,

And then we rest again.

Me personally,

I have to take action first,

Then I feel inspired,

Then I take action again,

And then I rest again.

So it's kind of like that moving cycle.

So we're going to talk about that a little bit later.

Just to set the scene for you guys,

Like the last episode,

I am in my bathroom.

I moved my nightstand into the bathroom to set up my laptop and my mic and everything.

And I'm sitting on the lid of a toilet again with my notes just in my lap.

So I condensed like four pages of notes into two pages.

So hopefully this episode isn't too terribly long,

But I hope I still get some good content for you guys.

I just kind of wanted to share where I am in my life right now in relation to today's episode.

So today we are going to talk about your guide to consistent up-leveling.

So we are talking glow-ups,

Rebirths,

Transformation,

And just overall change and growth and self-development in your life.

So I have been on an up-leveling,

Quantum leap journey for about the past six months now.

Six months ago,

I was in a job that I absolutely hated.

I was extremely depressed.

I was absolutely miserable.

And my partner and I,

We were just dating.

We weren't engaged.

We weren't married,

Nothing.

And I guess you can kind of guess where this is going.

Six months later,

We are now married.

I am working the best job I've ever had before in my life.

I am the happiest I've ever been before in my life.

And I am going headfirst,

All in,

On all of my creative pursuits and my creative desires.

I am investing in myself.

And because now,

Six months later,

I have started the process of investing in myself,

And I'm so happy and I'm so energized,

I can only imagine where I'm going to be six months from now.

So we're talking about a scalable recipe for your success today.

Kind of like,

You can take a couple steps,

And that's going to get you so far.

And then we come back to that foundation,

And we kind of rinse and repeat the cycle,

Right?

So even though I'm in a completely different place in my life than I was six months ago,

I'm kind of rinsing and repeating the cycle.

Six months ago,

I was getting my vision clear,

Setting my sights straight ahead of me so I could move forward.

And a lot of it came from what I'm going to talk about today is equal parts energized,

Inspired action,

And peaceful,

Faithful,

Trusting surrender.

Trust me,

We are going to get into all of this and so much more today.

So just to kind of like preface before I start getting into the actual steps of this guide to consistent up-leveling,

We have to talk about confusion versus clarity,

And anxiety versus peace,

Which all comes back to force versus flow.

We touched on force versus flow a little bit in the last episode.

This is a concept that I just want you to understand to the fullest.

So if you want me to make a full episode talking about force versus flow,

I would absolutely love to.

But right now it's kind of just being used as a little extra detail a little extra spice to what we're already talking about,

Right?

So I had a session with my therapist yesterday,

And I was struggling with a decision.

I'm not going to go too much into depth into what that decision is because I don't think it's really relevant.

But it was regarding something in my physical life.

And of course,

Everything,

You know,

The law of mirrors,

What's going on in our physical life is a reflection of what's going on internally.

So because I'm having this conflict in my external life,

That means that I'm having a conflict in my internal life as well.

In some way,

I am not living in alignment with my truth.

When you are living in alignment with your truth,

With your authenticity,

With your core essence of the universe,

Because you are the universe,

Seeing itself through human eyes,

Right?

So when we're feeling confusion,

And we just don't know which way to go,

That's the wrong way.

Simple as that.

Because typically,

Whenever you have two decisions,

You're thinking,

Should I go left or should I go right?

Neither direction is going to feel easy,

Because life is imbued with challenges and opportunities for growth.

So nothing is ever easy.

Maybe that's a limiting belief of mine,

But I think it's exciting that things aren't easy.

I think it's exciting when things are challenging,

Right?

So if things aren't easy,

If these decisions that are in alignment with us are still uncomfortable and challenging and require effort,

How do we tell the difference between this healthy growth,

This healthy challenge,

And force?

What is the difference between that healthy challenge and effort and force,

Right?

So when we feel confusion,

We are out of alignment.

When we feel anxiety,

We are out of alignment.

But when we feel clarity and peace,

Even when it's uncomfortable,

That is so important for everybody to remember,

Especially myself.

Sometimes,

A lot of the time,

Living in alignment with your higher self,

With your most authentic self,

Is uncomfortable,

Because you are totally just stepping out of your comfort zone and moving differently,

Glowing differently.

And it's scary.

And we're going to talk about how scary the growth is and how scary the changes are and kind of how to cope with that.

But yeah,

I just choose the direction that I feel comfortable in.

I choose the direction that feels authentic to you.

I'm doing such a bad job at explaining this this morning,

Because I've got all of my notes in front of me.

I don't want to give away too much before we get into the actual steps.

But that's just where we have to start.

If you're choosing between one direction and another,

Choose clarity,

Choose peace,

Even when it's uncomfortable,

Even when it requires you to grow,

Even when it requires you to step out of your comfort zone.

Living in alignment,

When you are in alignment with your most authentic self,

The universe provides.

So it's about having trust,

Trusting that path,

Even when it's uncomfortable.

But that's the difference between force versus flow.

Force is,

Of course,

Sometimes force is more comfortable,

Because it's what we're used to,

Actually.

We are used to the chaos.

We're used to the drama.

And then flow can be uncomfortable,

Because we're kind of surrendering and allowing the universe to show us the path.

So we're going to talk more about it.

So I'm not going to get too caught up in the details in the first 10 minutes.

So step one to your guide to consistent up-leveling is to know who you are.

To know who you are.

This is where we always start with manifestation,

At least in my personal practice.

In my personal manifestation practice,

I always start with getting clear and crystallizing my vision.

Crystallizing your vision,

As in having an anchor to your vision,

Staying true to your vision,

Holding on to your vision,

But also allowing yourself the space to grow,

Evolve,

Change,

And transform.

So know who you are.

Your authenticity equals the core essence of the entire universe.

So how do you find your true self?

This is a process that I have been moving through for quite literally my entire life.

I remember being a very young child and feeling insecure,

Having low self-esteem,

Not being self-assured,

Not being confident,

And then that moved through middle school and high school and then even college.

Throughout middle school and high school,

I was really insecure.

I was really unsure of my path,

But all of the keys were there.

My authenticity,

Because I wasn't completely conditioned by the world around me,

Those keys,

Those hints and whispers to my truest,

Most authentic life were coming out when I was 12 years old,

When I was 16 years old.

And it wasn't until I went to college that I really shut that all,

Shut it all down,

Right?

When I got to college,

I was really conditioned by the world around me,

And I was really in this masculine success,

Hardworking,

Hustle mindset.

It wasn't until I left college that I completely dove into the feminine.

That was out of balance too,

Because I was resting in a way that was enabling me to not work on my dreams,

To not pursue anything,

To choose a dream and then just kind of keep it for as long as I could,

Even whenever it was out of alignment with me,

Even whenever it no longer fit in with my truth,

I would hold on to that dream because I felt like giving up is a bad thing,

And not that giving up is leading you to your higher self and your higher potential.

So those are just some of the ways that I have kind of explored knowing myself.

And I think the best thing you can do to know yourself is to know yourself.

For me personally,

It was looking back at my childhood,

Specifically the age of 16 years old.

I feel like we all have an age where we were just our truest,

Rawest,

Most authentic selves,

And maybe it was really triggering to other people.

I remember being 16 years old and finding manifestation and spirituality and I was so creative and I was learning Portuguese and I was doing all of these things that were totally in alignment with who I was.

My biggest dream was to write a book and to do yoga teacher training.

Two things that I am doing right now.

It took me six years,

Almost seven years to come back to that dream,

But that's just kind of how it goes,

You know.

We see our true selves and then we get deconditioned or conditioned out of it.

So just knowing yourself,

Being your most authentic self.

For me,

That has looked like listening to my body.

So looking back at my childhood,

But also looking towards my body and listening to my body.

You know,

Your body holds so much more wisdom than we give it credit for.

A lot of the times we kind of detach our body from our spirituality because our body is third dimensional.

It is physical.

It is not our soul,

But maybe we view it as a vessel.

But I think whenever we shift the narrative,

Instead of my body is a vessel and it's just a shell,

It's just a meat suit,

Maybe shifting that to my body is a temple.

My body is a temple of wisdom.

I come into this place.

I come back home to the body and I listen and I am receiving downloads.

I'm channeling divine guidance and ultimately wisdom,

The wisdom of the body.

So that's another way that you can tune into your truest self and get connected with your authenticity.

So here's kind of like a tangible example of how that might look.

For me personally,

I feel my alignment in my heart and my solar plexus and when something is really aligned,

I feel it in both.

So I'll feel kind of like that fire,

That feeling of being energized in my solar plexus and then I'll feel a softening,

An opening and ultimately a glow in my heart center.

So whenever those spaces are aligned,

That's how I know I am on the right path.

Similarly,

I will check into my body to see whenever something is not a good fit for me.

Whenever I have an idea and I feel a tightness in my chest,

That's how I know this is not for me.

Or if it causes me anxiety and I feel that anxiety in my physical body,

I know that is not for me.

If I get a download,

Even if it's something negative and I feel peace about it,

That's how I know,

Okay,

The universe has got me.

Even if this thing happens,

That could be viewed as darker and less light,

The universe has got me.

This is an alignment.

This is moving me towards my highest good.

So it's all about that peaceful surrender and energized action.

We talked about this a little bit in the intro,

Peaceful surrender and energized action.

So that's kind of like having that cycle,

Which I don't wanna get too much into it because I literally have in my notes where we're going to talk about that cycle of rest,

Inspiration and action.

And I feel like we should add motivation to that too.

But we'll get to that.

Only you can hold yourself back and only you can set yourself free.

Let's talk about that.

I feel like if you have,

Whenever you're in your comfort zone,

And we feel like we are feeling held back,

We're feeling restricted,

We're feeling put down by the world,

That is all,

Within the prison of your mind.

And by simply changing your perspective and by empowering yourself to change your perspective and to change your life,

You will have a different experience.

That is the law of mirrors.

So you are the only person who can set yourself free too.

Nobody else is going to do it for you.

Brooke from Arcanum talks about this a lot.

Nobody else is going to do it for you.

A lot.

Nobody is going to want your desires for you.

Nobody is going to put in the work to do it for you.

If somebody,

Doesn't it feel so much better when you work for something and you get it for yourself than when it is handed to you?

Similarly,

This is kind of like going into detachment,

The law of detachment a little bit.

If you're in a relationship and you're begging somebody to buy you flowers,

What feels better?

When you beg them to buy you flowers and then they break down and buy you flowers?

Or when you never had to beg and they surprised you with flowers,

What feels better?

One of them is being overly attached to the outcome to the point where we are controlling it.

And then whenever we get it,

It doesn't even feel good because it's no longer aligned.

And then the other,

Whenever we don't say anything,

We just set our intentions,

We are loving in our relationship,

We are in a relationship with somebody who loves us back,

There's that mutual respect and connection,

Which is what you have with the universe.

Hopefully,

You are mutually respecting the universe and loving the universe just as much as the universe is respecting and loving you.

But that is the law of detachment.

Whenever we detach from the outcome,

It feels so much better whenever we finally get that thing that we're wanting.

And that's what this is all about.

Your life is supposed to feel good.

You're supposed to have fun.

Life is all about experiences,

Right?

So that kind of gets me into step number two.

I don't want to get too ahead of myself.

Step number two is believing there is more to life.

That this,

Your current experience,

Is not all that there is.

There is more to life.

So I want you to allow yourself to dream bigger.

I want you to allow yourself to actually want success for yourself and look at your desires and kind of audit them and see how each desire makes you feel.

And then ask yourself,

Why do I feel that way about this desire?

So for me personally,

I have always viewed money as evil.

I'm an evil person.

I'm an evil person if I have money.

That doesn't do the world any good.

By taking money away from myself and putting it into the hands of the people in power,

The people who are influencing the world,

That does nobody any good.

But by kind of shifting the table,

By turning the tables and shifting the narrative,

I'm able to see that money is infinite.

There is no ceiling to how much money is in circulation at one time.

New money is being created every single day.

So why wouldn't I want more for myself?

Not for egotistical ways,

Not so I can flex on other people,

But so I can experience the life that I am meant to experience.

So we need to match the energy of our desired experience because everything is just an experience.

All of your desires are just an experience.

Even if it's a physical thing that you want to call into your life,

Like a house or a car or a bag,

That is an experience.

You want to feel beautiful.

You want to feel secure.

You want to feel luxurious.

You want to feel a certain way,

Right?

So we need to match the energy of the thing that we desire and here's how that looks.

Taking the thing that you desire off the pedestal.

That is believing that there is more to life.

So I had these goals.

I wrote down a list of my goals and my dreams and I started at my 10-year vision and I worked all the way down to my one-year vision,

Kind of breaking it down into smaller,

More attainable steps.

And then I had to take a step back and I looked at this sheet.

I don't know what I'm going to want in 10 years,

But these things that I have listed as my 10-year vision are things that I really,

Really want now.

Experiences that I want to have now.

So why would I put it on such a pedestal that I can't have it for 10 years?

So I wait and I don't work on it for six years.

I don't actually start,

You know,

Lighting the fire under my skin.

I don't start,

You know,

Lighting the fire under myself and pushing and going until it's been eight years.

And then finally it's been 10 years and I don't even want the thing anymore.

You know,

Why would I wait?

Why would I put my desires on a pedestal whenever this is just an experience?

An experience is not greater than my soul.

My soul is where the value is.

Knowing your worth,

Knowing your value,

Settling for anything that is less than your value.

You are the most valuable thing in this universe.

So why would you settle?

You can experience things that do not match your value because at the end of the day,

Your soul is the most valuable thing in existence.

More valuable than these manifestations.

So whenever we come back home to your value,

We are talking inherent value.

Nothing can make or break you.

Unconditional love and unshakable self-worth.

Do you have those qualities?

Is that how you feel about yourself?

Inherent value.

Nothing is adding or taking away from your value.

If I get this new job,

That is not going to add to my value.

If I get fired from my job,

That is not going to take from my value.

I have inherent value.

So why would you settle?

Bring your goals to your level.

Never settle.

Never have your goals as something beyond what your soul is.

This is about beingness.

Kind of stepping into that.

This is really that balance of divine feminine and divine masculine.

That beingness while also taking that energized action and achieving things.

So take it off the pedestal and never settle for another version of yourself.

I was just listening to Brooke's most recent podcast.

Her podcast is the Good F'ing Energy podcast.

And I was just listening to episode 31,

I think it was.

And she said,

Instead of saying your best self,

Say your favorite self.

Because there's no version of you that is more valuable or more worthy than another.

Me five years ago,

I was so insecure.

I mean,

Me a year ago,

Six months ago,

I was so insecure.

I had no self-esteem,

No confidence,

No clue where I was going with my life.

But that version of me is not less valuable or less worthy than this version of me today who feels so much confidence and feels so sure of herself and is so in alignment with her truth.

And I know in another year,

In five years,

In 10 years,

When I'm much older,

That version of me is going to look back at 12 years ago.

At 22 year old Molly and think,

She really thought she had it all together,

Didn't she?

You know,

It's going to get so much better as she gets older.

You know,

So no version of you is more valuable or less valuable than one another.

So never settle for anything less than your favorite version of yourself.

Because you deserve to love yourself at every stage.

But we are also here to experience the human experience.

So allow yourself to grow,

Allow yourself to dream bigger,

Allow yourself to expect more,

To think that there's more out there for yourself.

And there's a difference between authentic desires and egoic desires.

So never settling for anything shy of your truth.

So an authentic desire is a burning heart,

Soul aligned desire.

It is in alignment with your truth.

And an egoic desire doesn't necessarily mean it's just a material desire,

Because a material desire can definitely be aligned with your burning heart desire.

But an egoic desire is not,

It doesn't feel like you.

Maybe you're doing it to be someone you're not.

Maybe you're doing it to be more impressive to other people.

Maybe you're making these decisions or kind of crafting these desires so you can be,

You can do what you think other people are expecting of you.

And that's just not the most supportive and loving and expansive way to live.

And that's what we are here to do.

At the Invigorate Your Life podcast is to live your most supportive,

Most loving and most expansive lifestyle.

To invigorate is to give strength or energy to something.

So by invigorating your life,

You are empowering yourself.

You are infusing your energy with empowerment.

And you are radiating that into your life.

You are radiating that into your entire life,

Right?

So step number three,

This is all aligning perfectly.

Step number three is empowerment.

You have the power every single day to change your entire life.

Every single day.

Every day when you wake up,

You have that power.

An hour into waking up,

You have that power.

Right before you go to sleep,

You have that power.

I was just talking to my therapist yesterday.

You know,

We're changing.

We're different people than we were at the start of this conversation.

Because your ideas change,

Your thoughts change,

Your energy changes,

What you want changes.

And then ultimately how you act,

How you be changes too.

So are you going to take that opportunity to change your life?

So we've done step one.

We know what our truth is.

So step two,

Believing there's more to life.

Wanting more for yourself.

Now wanting to live in alignment with your truth.

Living a life that is one with your authenticity.

So that's step one and step two.

Step three is finding the empowerment to actually move forward,

Change your life,

Invigorate your life,

And ultimately have the experiences that you are wanting to have.

So never give up on what is within your power and always let go of what is out of your control.

So kind of like a key theme to today's episode is peaceful surrender and energized action.

If something is within your power,

Things like your mindset,

Your beliefs,

Your habits,

Your routines,

Your actions,

How you treat yourself,

How you treat other people,

Your words,

This is all within your power.

So have that energized action.

So for me,

For example,

I felt the burning heart desire to start a podcast.

So what do I do about that?

Energized action.

I sit down and outline the podcast and then I plug in my mic and I start recording the podcast.

And then I edit it and then I publish it,

Rinse and repeat.

So I'm putting in that energy.

I'm putting in that action.

But a way that I am peacefully surrendering is that I don't know how many views I'm going to get.

I don't know what kind of reviews I'm going to get on that podcast.

I don't know if people are gonna hate it.

I don't know if people are gonna love it.

So I surrender that.

I let go of it because it's out of my control.

If somebody gives me a one-star review,

That is out of my control.

There's nothing I can do about that.

It doesn't impact my desire to do this.

So I let go of it.

That's that peaceful surrender.

If it is out of your control,

Let it go.

If it is within your power,

Always keep pushing.

Always keep moving forward.

So rewrite your story and move differently.

And by moving differently,

You will glow differently.

So I wanna ask you a couple of questions.

Why are you staying in your comfort zone?

I know for myself personally,

I've stayed in my comfort zone for a really long time.

And it's been out of the fear of what other people think of me,

What I think of myself,

Not unconditionally loving myself,

Not feeling that inherent value,

Not having that unshakable self-worth.

So my inner critic comes out,

My perfectionism comes out,

And I'm just really hard on myself.

And that's kind of why I have stayed in my comfort zone in the past.

So I want you to ask yourself,

Why are you staying in your comfort zone?

And be open to whatever comes up.

You can channel this,

You can sit in meditation and ask this question,

You can journal it.

But I want you to consider why are you staying in your comfort zone?

And then I want you to ask yourself,

In what ways is growth scary to me?

What am I scared of losing?

What am I scared of letting go of?

And then I want you to ask yourself,

And then I want you to ask yourself again,

Is this thing that I'm scared of losing or letting go of,

Is it within my power?

Or is it out of my control?

If it's something like a person,

That is out of your control.

But if it's something like how you treat this person,

How you value this person,

Your beliefs about the relationship,

That is within your power,

Hold on to that.

But physically holding onto a person,

Keeping them in your life,

That's not an alignment.

If you love them and you are treating yourself well,

And you're treating them well,

And they decide to reciprocate because they treat themselves well and they treat you well,

Awesome,

More power to you.

But we can't control things that are out of our control.

I think that makes plenty of sense,

Right?

So what's scarier?

Another question to ask yourself.

Trying and failing,

Or always wondering,

What if?

What's scarier?

Putting yourself out there,

Stepping out of your comfort zone,

Or always wondering,

What if?

Is it scarier to do the thing or to never do it?

And to always have that desire to do it,

But you never did it.

So it starts,

This is an inside job.

We need to start with,

Like I said,

Our beliefs,

Mindsets,

Habits,

And routines.

That is the first way you can take action,

Is to change your mindset,

To change what you believe,

To change how you speak to yourself,

To change how you treat yourself,

And then really take action through your habits and your routines to make it a part of your lifestyle to step out of your comfort zone.

So for me,

My answer to that last question,

It is scarier for me to wonder what if,

And to always want something,

But never do it,

Than to actually put myself out into the world,

Get a little bit embarrassed sometimes,

And just see,

What if?

You know,

Let's try it.

So a way that I kind of align my habits and my routines with stepping out of my comfort zone would be to sit down and outline a podcast.

Outline a podcast.

Really get my creative juices flowing,

And then sit down and record.

That's scary to me,

Because when I'm recording,

I live with five other people.

They can hear me when I'm recording,

And I feel like I have this mindset that having a podcast is cringe,

It's embarrassing,

It's something I should be embarrassed about,

But I own it,

And I think we might've talked about this in the last episode.

I honestly cannot remember what we talked about in the last episode,

Because since then,

I've just had so many more ideas,

But I'm gonna talk about it a little bit right now,

I guess.

You have to own it.

If there is something that you want,

I think I did talk about this,

You have to own it.

If you're in a committed relationship with somebody,

And you do not wanna introduce them to your friends or your family,

They are not going to wanna be with you.

They're not gonna wanna be around you,

They're not gonna be in your field,

In your energy,

But if you wanna share them with the world,

And you are so proud of them,

And you're so excited to have them in your life,

That you want everybody to know,

They're gonna feel that energy,

And they're gonna feel loved,

And they're gonna feel appreciated.

So you have to do the same with your desires too.

And of course,

Being mindful who you're sharing your plans with,

Because don't take advice from people that you wouldn't wanna live their life,

Of course,

But yeah,

Just be proud and own it.

What do you want?

And own it.

So that brings me to step number four,

Which we've been talking about this entire time,

Energize action and peaceful surrender.

Creating from a place of security and self-assurance,

Balancing the masculine and the feminine energy.

So in this energy,

We are getting things done without the burnout,

And we are resting without the guilt.

So we're in that cycle of action,

Inspiration,

Rest,

Or rest,

Inspiration,

Action,

Kind of whatever order.

I kind of want you to play around with those three words,

Rest,

Inspiration,

And action,

And kind of put them in any order and try them in any order and see how it works for you.

Maybe add motivation to the list too.

And we have to trust the universe,

Right?

We have to trust that we are co-creating with the universe because we are the universe.

We are a mirrored image of the universe.

We are the universe having a human experience,

Seeing the world through human eyes.

So trust the universe.

Trust that the universe is loving and on your side.

I have this mindset that everything is always working out in my favor.

Everything always works out perfectly for me.

That is my mantra.

I've had that mantra since I was 16 years old.

Everything is always working out perfectly for me.

And even when things don't go,

Quote unquote,

My way,

It's because it's working out to be something even better,

Or something even more in alignment,

Right?

So just trust the universe.

We can go way deeper into this in the next episode.

I just don't want to talk forever.

I want to keep these episodes kind of short,

I guess.

And step number five is that playful,

Flirtatious,

What's next?

What's next?

So this is a recipe for scalable success.

This is something that you can come back to once you master one,

You build on the next.

And whenever you kind of feel one of these principles,

One of these five steps slipping,

You can go back to it and then build from there.

So just to recap,

Step one,

Know who you are.

Know your authenticity.

Step two,

Believe there is more to life.

Step three,

Empowerment.

Step four,

Energized action and peaceful surrender.

So this is that balancing act,

The integration of the masculine and the feminine.

And step five is that playful,

Flirtatious,

What's next?

Always wanting more for yourself,

Never settling.

I cannot,

Like you can be totally content with your life and love your life and be at peace,

But always want to grow and evolve and change because we are changing in every single moment.

Every single experience that we have,

Every conversation we have,

Every energy that we feel is influencing us and allowing us to grow.

So please let me know in the reviews if you have any questions,

If there is something I touched on in this episode that I didn't go totally into depth.

I know there were a few things that I just could not go into depth.

Please let me know in the reviews if you have any questions.

If you have any questions that you want me to answer in future episodes,

Any themes,

You know,

Topics for future episodes,

I feel like the reviews are the easiest way for you guys to communicate with me because I see that every single time you guys leave a review,

I see it.

I get a little red bubble in my teacher dashboard that somebody left a review and I can see the comment.

So please send me comments.

I'm sending you so much love and I'm just sending you so much empowerment,

Joy,

Bliss.

My word of the year this year is energized.

And I told that to my husband and he said,

Energized,

But calm.

And I loved that.

So thank you so much for being here.

This was episode two.

Hopefully this will be published pretty soon after I record it.

I'm always so bad with editing.

It's so hard for me to like sit there and just like focus and edit out like the little,

Like little small sounds.

Anyways,

I'm just kind of talking now.

I love you all so,

So,

So much.

And I will see you in episode three.

Have a beautiful day.

Bye.
